Отель отличный, чистота, уборка. Персонал отзывчивый, Kaia вообще супер, помогла купить билеты в Universal Studios, позвонила и все уточнила, языковой барьер через digital переводчик, Персонал отличный. WI-FI отличный. В отеле есть рядом Pizza Hut , китайский ресторан, напротив магазин, в 10 минутах китайской ресторан с Уткой по пекински.

Локация не очень, если ты хочешь чтобы все было под рукой.

Location is good. Staff is willing to help even though they don't speak English. Free water bottles available. Pizza Hut, Starbucks and few local bistros just nearby.

The staff speaks only basic English. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom could have been better. I've found dusty shelves in the room. Limited options of vegetables for breakfast. Breakfast is overpriced.

Too less Western Food options for breakfast as you would expect from a Hilton Hotel. The Shower cabin needs a major renovation (Lime). No shelfs for shirts, pants or socks.

Sobre la ubicación del hotel tendría que decir que es un buen sector pero esta alejado del centroturistico y no tiene lineas de metro cercanas que permita tomar servicio público, nos toco movilizarnos en DIDI

Великолепная кровать, постельное белье и еда после долгого перелета, набрались сил и полетели дальше. Персонал очень вежливый, к сожалению не запомнила имя девушки на ресепшн, очень приятная.

Smoke smell in the public area and washrooms.

Everything was nice, from the room size and cleanliness to the commodifites in the hotel (gym and laundry). Besides, the hotel is lcaoted near the Temple of Heaven, which we visited.

One thing to take into account is that the closest subsway station is about 15-20 minutes walking from the hotel, so this needs to be considered. Personally the weather was nice so it was always a nice walk, but we guess in winter or summer it might be something to be kept in mind

Отель понравился, находится в 15 минутах ходьбы от станции Tiantandongmen (5 линия), рядом с Храмом неба. В здании отеля находятся Starbucks и Pizza hut. В номере убирались каждый день, воду пополняли также, даже если осталась неиспользованная вода. Завтрак был не прям разнообразный, но всегда были яйца, овощи, фрукты, хлеб, голодным не останешься. Что порадовало, наличие в номере отпаривателя для одежды.

Все не понравилось, предоставили отпаривател, но он не работал, батарейка в весах не работала, в ванной плесень, шумный туалет, непонятно как работает кондиционер. Пришли на завтрак в 6:30, ко времени открытия, половина еще не была готова

The staff were really genuinely helpful to ensure I got around the city safely and conveniently. Breakfast spread was great and homely plus the pizza hut and other restaurants next door have good affordable meals for dinner

Cancele la reserva y me fui a otro hotel . Este hotel estaba horrible . La temperatura de las habitaciones a 27 grados , no se podia dormir , el hotel colocolo un ventilador en la habitacion ,el cual no parece justo pagando un hotel 4 estrellas , la humedad en el baño con rastros de moho negro , el desayuno muy pocas opciones, el personal fue muy amable y entendió mi situación por suerte la políticas de cancelación permitían pagar una noche y poder cancelar los restos de dias ya que tenia 2 habitaciones pude cancelar las 2 . No recomiendo este hotel . LA ZONA TAMPOCO ES LA MEJOR , VIAJEROS NO PERDER EL TIEMPO EN ESTE HOTEL HAY MUCHAS OPCIONES DE MEJOR PRECIO .

A bit far from city center

Классное расположение отеля (недалеко храм неба, запретный город и станция метро). Персонал помогает со всеми вопросами. Номер свежий, с хорошим ремонтом, все необходимое есть (тапочки, щетки, расческа, фен). Единственное кондиционер выше 23° не нагревал и ночью без одеяла было прохладно. Удобно что пицца хат и Старбакс прямо в отеле находятся) классный отель, если поедем в Пекин еще, то приедем именно в этот отель.

Great location near local park

Очень приятный отель. Удобная локация в тихом районе, легко дойти до Храма Неба и метро. На такси удобно доехать до любого места в историческом центре. Сам номер очень красивый и чистый, все полностью соответствует фотографиям. Персонал очень вежливый и дружелюбный, помогал решать все вопросы. Очень вкусный завтрак: в нем много фруктов, выпечки и традиционных блюд.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Beijing was excellent from start to finish. Without a doubt, the biggest highlight of the hotel is the staff. Every employee was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, always willing to help and making sure everything was perfect. In addition to the amazing team, the hotel offers excellent services that make the stay even better. The laundry facilities, gym, and copy/printing services are outstanding and extremely convenient. Everything is well organized and easy to use, which is a huge plus, especially for longer stays or business travelers. Overall, it was a fantastic experience thanks to the exceptional staff and the great facilities. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Everything is great. Staff is so friendly, they are always ready to help. Especially girls on daytime. They try to help even if you don’t speak chinese. Also the laundry service was great. Location was very nice, it’s located almost near to every tourist attractions.

None of the staff spoke English and while I know Chinese hotels are not necessarily geared to tourists, I feel a Hilton hotel should have one member of staff who can at least have the basics. It made it almost impossible to ask questions about locating an ATM, and restaurant recommendations which we then wanted more details about. But we got there. Most importantly, both Hilton's website and Booking.com say there is a restaurant on site serving different cuisines. THIS IS NOT TRUE. There's a restaurant area but only for breakfast, not lunch and dinner as advertised meaning you cannot eat other meals on site. We booked this hotel in part because of what it said about the restaurant serving different cuisines (we thought we might need a small break from Chinese food being Westerners).

I just want to share how incredibly grateful I am to the team at Hilton Garden Inn Beijing, because they did something absolutely unforgettable for us. I booked a room for my parents, who were travelling to China for their very first trip abroad — it happened to be both their wedding anniversary and my dad’s birthday. Since I’m so far away, I really wanted to surprise them and make this day special. I reached out to the hotel team, and they told me they would try to prepare some “simple arrangements.” But OH MY GOD… what they did was beyond anything I expected. I sent them a few family photos, and they actually printed and framed them, put them in the room, and even framed the note I wrote for my parents. They added their own beautiful message, a small souvenir, fruits, and even a little swan on the bed. My mum cried, my dad was so happy. I honestly cannot describe the emotions they created for all of us. It was such a touching, deeply personal gesture that made this special day even more meaningful. I don’t think we will ever forget this moment. Thank you so, so much. I am truly grateful from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Завтрак вполне приличный, без излишек но на любой вкус, прилетели очень рано утром, к счастью, комната уже была готова и заселили пораньше. Оплата произошла во время регистрации, персонал приветливый, уборка в номерах качественная, Сами номера очень приятные и уютные. Расположение не далеко от центра, в шаговой доступности Храм Неба, рекомендую к посещению, отличный парк и храмовый комплекс, в 5 минутах от отеля есть еще парк в котором можно побегать утром, или просто погулять, при возвращении в Пекин постараемся остановиться там снова

Super comfortable and clean, with great facilities. The breakfast was really good too. The staff were lovely and did their best to help, even though we didn’t speak the same language.

It’s not as close to the train station as I expected, but that didn’t ruin the experience.

The breakfast buffet

My first impression wasa bit disappointing as they front desk didn't have my reservation making me wait for almost an hour. After that incident, it was all uphill. The room was nice, clean and quiet. I have a marvelous view from my room. The laundry room was a welcome as I had to use it. The breakfast had option for everyone , a good mix of vegetarian and non vegetarian. I was also able to make special request for bfast

I think the carpet in the room felt quite dirty. They could probably just remove it completely. The staff also barely speak any English, but that's quite common in Beijing
