Everything works perfect in this hotel. Very clean, friendly employees, a variety of services, excellent breakfast.

Great stay overall. The room was excellent and very comfortable, definitely a 5-star experience. The location is also a big plus. It’s right next to a luxury mall with great food options in the basement, and just outside is a beautiful park with a waterway. Perfect for walks, as it connects all the way to Jinji Lake, with lovely views of the Suzhou Ferris Wheel. Only a minor note on my end — I’m probably just being a bit picky. The room came with two soft pillows, and I didn’t think to request more at the time, so my neck wasn’t the happiest after the second night. More pillows or firmer options would be a nice touch.

In spite of signs around saying ‘no smoking’ our room smelled quite strongly of smoke for the duration of our stay.

Staff is friendly and can speak English, room is clean and modern. Very close to nice restaurants and attractions also is always a bonus

I didn’t like that I couldn’t open the windows n-especially since the room was 24°C as the AC was not functioning yet.

Amazing room, welcoming experience and an excellent service. The view was spectacular especially at night when city lights are on, everything you need is a short walking distance.

The staffs were friendly. And the location is excellent, room very comfortable and clean.

Fabulous hotel. Rooms are spacious with great views of the surrounding commercial district. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and fresh produce. Lovely swimming pool with a view. Gym is modern and very good for a hotel gym. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Modern hotel, great views. Good facilities, like extensive gym and breakfast. Walking distance from several shopping malls a day just 10m away by foot is a whole area of restaurants.

They’re trying a little too hard to be trendy and cool. I didn’t like the fake bird chirping in the breakfast area and the handwritten note on my window, which was marring my gorgeous view… The check-in when you arrive is on the 25th floor. It would be nice if that was made clear on the ground floor (‘sky lobby’ could be anything. Consider the word ‘reception’ or ‘check-in’. )

I would give the M. Social hotel a perfect score but the air conditioning is not working properly.

Excellent service from a considerate staff. Zora was so kind, her english skills was great. Easy to communicate. Quite unusual to see someone that can communicate so well in China. We had a good time, the view of the hotel was great. Overall Satisfied. Will repeat.

A highly recommended option with great value for money if you visit the development zone in Suzhou. I loved the high-floor panorama and the friendly staff.

Still thinking... I'd really have to make up somehthing, like the foggy weather blurred the lake view we'd otherwise have.

My family spent fantastic holiday at M social, we all love it . The setting is stunning, especially the sunset view at the bar is breathtaking. The staff are excellent , smiles, listening and helpful

Nice lunch above Suzhou. We have decided to try this new place, the atmosphere, food, and views are all great! Best location near the lake. Plenty of healthy offers, and Malaysian food was generous with a lot of flavors. A good try.
