Nice standard Holiday Inn, offers everything what to expect

We checked in after midnight and were asked to pay for 2 nights. We only stayed one night and checked out in the morning and refused to pay extra, but still that doesn’t leave a good impression

About 7 stops north on the Metro from the Bell Tower and three stops south from Xi'anbei train station. Convenient and a great price to stay for a few nights in Xi'an. Easy to do your own trip to the Terracotta Warriors. Lots of places to eat and drink around the hotel

If you want to be right in town then it's a bit out of town! But the metro runs all the time.

Отличная гостиница. Расположена в двух минутах пешком от выхода C6 из метро Административный центр (пересечение линий 2 и 4). Напротив на втором этаже торгового центра Youth&Fashion Plaza 168 расположен не дорогой ресторан местной кухни для ужина. Завтрак отличный : шведский стол со множеством блюд и фруктов

It's a cheaper Holiday Inn but the standard is still there. Convenient for Xi'an North Railway station (Xi'anbei). Just three stations south on the Metro and about 6 stations north of the main city and attractions. It was clean and there are a lot of eating places around. Staff as helpful as they can be with limited English. Good breakfast

Location of hotel is perfect, nearby outlet and 2 shoppping centres. Also nearby parks. Really loved it. Breakfast also is tasty and a lot of options to choose.

Furniture a bit old. Also washing machine in laundry room needs to be updated

Locate just behind a big mall

No clear instructions how to go to hotel from the subway. Use google map also no use. Actually just tell the customer to look for “city on mall” because the hotel located just behind it.

Отличный бюджетный отель, хорошая кровать, тихо в номере (хоть и слышно улицу). Горячая вода, кондиционер, круглосуточный ресепшн. Отдельное спасибо персоналу за помощь с такси. Бесплатные напитки на 3ем этаже.

Ковры в номере. Их видимо не стирают, у нас в номере что-то разлили, и вонь стояла от ковра ужасная. Под синтетическим одеялом очень сильно потеешь.

Buena atención. Nos recomendaron lugares para masajes. También nos prepararon el desayuno a las 4:30 am, ya que al día siguiente salíamos temprano.

Proche de la gare pour aller à Xian (métro à 2 minutes) - quartier agréable et hôtel très soigné.

Все на высшем уровне, отличный завтрак, милый персонал, отличное расположение. В номере было все что нужно! Багаж после чек аута оставили на ресепшн до отъезда из города. Спасибо!

Era un hotel moderno y cómodo en muchos sentidos. La habitación era fantástica, muy espacioso y la cama era muy cómoda. El baño funcionaba perfectamente y tenías agua mineral de manera gratuita, lo cual fue de agradecer. Por otro lado, tenían un servicio de lavandería gratuito (creo que 24h) que me vino realmente bien para lavar la ropa sucia que tenía. Tenían lavadoras y secadoras, que aunque no llegué a usar la segunda, te puede ayudar mucho a tener tu ropa lista de manera más rápida. Por otro lado, tenía un buffet de desayuno genial, con muchísimas opciones.

Esto no pretende ser una crítica al hotel, ni mucho menos, ya que depende más de Google, pero estaría bien que hablaran con responsables de la entidad para que ajustaran la localización del lugar en la aplicación de Google Maps. Pasé un buen rato tratando de encontrar el hotel en cuestión porque la referencia provista estaba equivocada (al menos con un margen de 200 metros).

A little bit far from the downtown, but located near subway station (around 5-7 minutes), so it was quite easy to move around. A bunch of cafes, shops are nearby, so it was no problem to go to get some food. Room was quite spacious, light and clean. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast also was not bad, but I felt the options for me were quite limited because I'm not really used to Chinese food, but still got something to eat, so I think it was not bad.

Just one bad point, that they have many hotels within this chain, so first I went to the wrong hotel, after I asked staff to help me to get a taxi and navigate to the right location, they still sent me to the wrong address😅 and only after that the nice lady at the second hotel managed to send me to the correct location. Consists that my phone died, it was late, and I was tired, it was not really fun. So just be careful about the address and better to confirm with the staff before arrival. Other than that, I had a great time staying here.

Gostei de tudo no entanto o endereço do hotel no Booking é diferente do verdadeiro. Acabamos ficando perdidos e o mesmo aconteceu com um.amigo alguns meses atrás.

Location of the property is good,close to a metro for easy access to places. Room was clean. Breakfast was good for the cheap price we paid for the room. As noted in other reviews,staff didn’t speak English but we communicated via translation app and they were helpful. You just heed to have an app loaded on your phone it wasn’t a big issue for us.

Really needed a mini fridge in the room. Only hotel we have stayed in that hasn’t had one.

The room and shower were very spacious. Very comfortable beds. It was very clean. Good buffet breakfast with lots of options. The interiors looked a bit old and need to be renovated.

The staff speak little to no English, which we didn't expect since it's an international chain.

Clean and comfortable room

Requested taxis to the North train station. The guy at front office walked with us outside to help us. I showed him our train tickets that showed north but he told the taxi the south train station. We missed the train and had to fly to Shanghai at a 300 USD per person ticket and we were 10 people and not a refund for train ticket either.. Not acceptable ! We are formally complaining to their corporate office.

Nice hotel.

The bed as a bit hard. The shower pressure was low. The staff doesn’t speak in English but they were very helpful and nice.

Was central and room was clean and comfortable.

Couldnt drop aircon temp below 24.5 as is centrally controlled.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean, room service is very responsive when I asked for air purifier or mineral water they immediately send to my room, extremely helpful and prompt response! The place has its free self service laundry with detergent and dryers which is very practical for me who staying for a week, I can wash my clothes there. Hotel serves breakfast buffet albeit not many choices but taste good. Location is very strategic, train station and malls are adjacent to the hotel. Walking distance just next to the hotel. I will definitely come back again, thanks for the warm hospitality!

Nothingw, btw if can consider to provide lotion coz Xi'an weather is too dry.

Very good hotel with excellent service.

The front desk receptions are polite and helpful. When I needed to check out early during the departure day, they went the extra mile to pack the breakfast for me so that I could enjoy them during my waiting in the airport. That is definitely a very warming touch! The serving crews during the breakfast were very attentive , helpful and polite. The food varieties have the balance spread between the East and the West. It is a great location for those who are the working groups. However, it is quite a distance away from the city for those who wish to visit as a tourist.

I was utterly very surprised that there was no mini fridge in the room as this was my first experience to come across an International chain hotel which did not have a mini fridge in the room. Due to that, I could not store the food or drinks for my enjoyment after a long day outside trying to relax in the room.
