Breakfast ok.

The reception lady told me I was upgraded. Later I found they charged me for that. It was hard sell. She could argue I consented. Not nice.

Great location only 5mins from metro stations. Staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier

El hotel es impresionante. El personal fue LO MEJOR de nuestra estancia. Siempre muy atentos, muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar en todo.

Nosotros teníamos dos habitaciones y una de ellas olía a tabaco pero nos lo cambiaron por otra que olía menos. No obstante en esta última habitación había una colilla y al avisar al personal vinieron a recogerlo y nos dieron unos tentempié como muestra de disculpas.

Chambre très confortable, propre et spatieuse. Accès à petit balcon fonctionnel. Staff aimable.

Le staff a malencontreusement marqué au feutre indélébile un tote-bag auquel je tenais (rendu par une amie qui me l'a fait livré; le staff y a noté mon numéro de chambre). Les chambres sont moyennement isolées, et mes voisins ont fait beaucoup de bruit entre 2 et 4h du matin. Accessoirement, la chambre a un côté "smart room" assez agaçant et non-négotiable : les rideaux s'ouvrent d'office en insérant la carte de chambre, ce qui déclenche aussi la télé et une tablette de commande (en chinois only) qui émettent toutes les deux une affreuse musique qui se superposent. Les rideaux peuvent se refermer manuellement, mais je n'ai pas trouvé d'autre moyen de les rouvrir que d'enlever et de ré-insérer la carte de chambre ==> re-coucou la télé ! Pas dramatique, mais un peu irritant. Enfin, le wifi est pas super fiable; prévoyez d'autres solutions.

The location of the hotel was convenient and close to lots of restaurants and shops

We did not like the layout of the room with the open concept bathroom.

Location-staff-clean

Excelente hotel en una zona excelente de la ciudad. Nada que decir en contra. Las habitaciones son espectaculares, muy espaciosas, funcionales, con todo el confort. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, la zona de lavanderia muy completa. El desayuno es asiatico obviamente pero muy completo. La zona para desayunar es espectacular. Los detalles para el confort y mejorar la estadia son muy buenos. El personal amable y servicial. Nada de nada en contra. La ubicacion es muy buena si uno quiere caminar y conocer esa parte de la ciudad o estar a tiro de un taxi de cualquier parte. Algunas zonas obviamente quedan alejadas, pero asi son las mega ciudades chinas.

No tengo nada que decir, la verdad nada negativo en nuestra estadia. El personal no habla casi ingles pero se las ingenian para siempre ayudar o comunicarse de la mejor manera. Y lo mismo que en toda China, incluir mas opciones occidentales en el desayuno, dentro de lo posible.

Lovely hotel in a great location to the technology hub in Shenzhen Breakfast was great every morning (although sometimes a little cold) there was a large selection of very fresh food. Made to order noodle bar as well. Friendly helpful staff Including our friend Xiao Guo who helped us stay another night and answered our many questions. The gym was convenient as well. We loved the takeout robot!

Nothing negative to report!

Cleanliness and spaciousness

I was first given a room with fake window which I refused. Then I was switched to a room with drapes over a wall half way, and a window looking into a mother wall 10 ft away. Can barely see the lobby downstairs. There is no safe provided. Not one international channel on tv. Though it is 10 min away from subway, one has to walk thru a rather steep underground tunnel to cross a major street

Kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak. Tipikus kínai reggeli. Szoba tiszta volt, az ágy alatt is. :) Felszereltsége jó. A szálloda halljában van egy pici kávézó, ahol rendkívül mosolygós barista nagyon finom kávét készít. Viszonylag közel van a metro, amivel akárhova eljut az ember olcsón.

Lehetett volna egy kicsit bővebb a reggeli választék.

我太喜歡gym room, 單車踏腳破掉！ 早餐部份食物都是冷的！沒有客人的時候沒有把蓋子蓋上！煎蛋煎了一大盤放著冷！應該是客人要求點煎蛋時才現做現煎嘛！

Booking.com上的資料寫的華強南站是錯的。累我多走了近30分鐘路。 其實應是華強路站。福星站還再近點。

O hotel parece ter sido improvisado nos 4 primeiros andares do prédio, logo as vistas são todas para o estacionamento ao redor do prédio. Por conta disso, se ouve tudo vindo do lado de fora, além do isolamento acústico dentro do hotel ser ruim. Não é insuportável, mas também não é legal.

Restaurant is open for breakfast only. Would be good if the was a small shelf in shower to place toiletries.

Sehr gute Lage zwischen zwei Metrostationen. Sehr nettes Personal. Als länger Reisende waren die Waschmaschinen und Trockner ( alles kostenlos) sehr hilfreich. Konnten so unsere gesamte Wäsche einmal durchwaschen.

Die Lage zwischen mehreren Metro Stationen und gegenüber dem Central Park ist ist fantastisch. Frühstück ist natürlich sehr stark asiatisch geprägt, aber das stört uns mittlerweile nicht mehr. Ein Joghurt und Cornflakes gibt es schon auch.

Auch hier wieder: kein Angestellter spricht auch nur ein Wort englisch.

Room: Clean with with mod cons (in Chinese). Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. House keeping was good. Complimentary mineral water was a plus replenished everyday. Breakfast: Predominantly Chinese food like noodles in broth, buns, congee, stir fried dishes, fried noodles etc. Western options limited. Staff: Very nice people despite limited English. We used a translator machine to communicate mostly :-)

The toilet smelled of smoke. Someone definitely been smoking in there to avoid the fire detector from going off.

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja - wszędzie blisko: czy to do Huaquianbei czy do lotniska oraz innych istotnych lokalizacji. Mega czyste, nowe pokoje z pełnym wyposażeniem, wodą oraz napojami w cenie. Bardzo cicho - mieliśmy pokój bez okna (z imitacją okna, z dżunglą za szybą) i oceniam to bardzo dobrze, bo było cicho i bez tak zwanych przeszkadzaczy z ulicy.

Nie potrafię znaleźć minusów w tej cenie.

Было грязновато. Как будто пол мыл робот пылесос. Все углы в грязи, куча мелкого мусора на полу. Пришлось использовать тапочки

The room was very nice and spacious. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is friendly.

I didn’t like the smell of tobacco. Also, be aware of the hotel’s wrong address. We wasted some time looking for it

It was too complicate to confirm the hotel location when I used taxi. The reception desk employee always asked me which room I checked in whenever I talked with my husband walked cross the lobby. The wall was so thin that I was stressed out by the noise in the next room.

Clean easy to find

No windows in rooms and noisy from other bedrooms (probably not common but the sound travels round the hotel a lot)

The rooms and facilities are lovely and very clean. The shower is excellent.

The address on booking.com is wrong. Took us over an hour to find the correct location and address of this hotel.

It was close to my daughters hotel. It was clean. Beds were comfortable. I like the free laundry room available even comes with free washing pods. Close to the shops.

I hated the smoking in the hotel. The smell was everywhere in the hotel. It was disgusting the smell of cigarettes everywhere in the hotel, even in my room. English communication is very difficult. Had to use the translator app all the time.

Easy location to mall. Facilities were good, breakfast came with booking & access to laundry facilities. Friendly staff. Room made up everyday which was lovely. Great shower space.

Venue was not smoke free so the smell of smoke was through the hallways & in sitting areas. Not much table space in the room I had. Toilet was very close to the door.

由於晚上入住時已經很晚，沒有正常檢查衛生，後來才發現床單上有血跡，而且洗手間的水如果洗澡就一直流出去門口，再者明明訂了行政房說升級一個陽台房居然比行政房小很多，一進門就很大廁所味道

Staff was not cooperative as we were short of RMB, we offered them dollars as room security and asked to pay RMB in morning at the time of check-out but they denied and insisted for RMB

エクスペディアの地図検索からホテルを予約しましたが　全く違う場所にホテルがありま駅チカだから予約しましたが失敗しました。 ホテル？マンションの３階をホテルに改良してる感じです。 でも部屋は綺麗で広く無料のジュースと水４本ありました。 茶器でのお茶もありました。 駅チカなら１００店のホテルでした。

The room is located on the 8/F, quite spacious. During check-in, we were told that our room had a smaller window than the others with the same room type. We didn't mind too much, but if you are expecting a large window, then be aware of room 8421. The room is right opposite the hotel's restaurant, so there might be some noise in the morning when people and staff are going in and out. However, we were lucky that our stay was not affected by it.
