Reviewed Sep 19, 2026The first room they gave me was not properly cleaned. They changed the room to one that was cleaner, but still far from spotless. I frequently visit Guangzhou and see it as a lesson that this is one of the lesser Atour Hotels (the sports stadium one is better in every aspect)
A bit off the grid for everyday travel, right on a busy road with poor sound insulation and the hotel looks old and tired with some minor polishing.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Excellent hotel. Better than the actual Hilton Futian. Especially for those who need proximity to the electronics and communications markets. Metro nearby. Currency exchange in the same street towards the metro. And for halal travellers the Turkish restaurants are fairly nearby (15 minute walk).
The synthetic bedsheets. I don’t understand this. You get cooked in them, and how big can the price difference be between these synthetics and 100% cotton? The roomservice robot is annoying. You’re constantly in the lift with one and it blocks you from entering and exiting, stands right at the doors so you can’t pass it when it takes far too long to exit or enter. it’s so annoying that I’ve seen Chinese people pushing it away. No safe in the room. This was very annoying as that meant I had to take certain items with me the whole time.

Felt light smell of cigarettes at the beginning, no coffee machine in the room, even in lux. breakfast had extremely poor options for vegetarians. Almost everything was with meat, even basic fried rice or noodles.

Reviewed May 22, 2026早餐超级超级美味！从来都没吃过这么丰富的酒店早餐！让人难忘，绝对的物有所值！酒店房间很大也很酷，超大落地窗在房间的两面，夜景超级漂亮！在房间里都不想外出的感觉，非常舒适和漂亮。而且，酒店还有免费的大型洗衣机和烘干机，非常新，非常非常方便！干净和清洁程度都无与伦比，远超预期！地铁站楼下就是，出行也非常方便。
唯一的就是酒店的位置在深圳的“老区”，周围环境有点老旧。

After 1 hour of waiting they see that im not going to cancel my booking they gave me my room. Be careful with them don’t cancel your booking.

La ubicación es muy buena porque está cerca de la plaza de la tecnología y alrededor hay muchos lugares de comida y tiendas y el resto de las áreas que visité estaban a 15 min en Didi; es una zona súper bien comunicada y bonita. El personal es muy amable y me ayudó en todo momento. El desayuno está súper bien y tiene variedad para los que no están acostumbrados a los sabores de China. La habitación en la que estuve fue muy cómoda y con una vista a la ciudad inmejorable. Sin duda me hospedaré ahí cuando regrese.

Suggestions for improvement : 1) smell of smoke on the bed sheets, make sure you wash them better and a bit of smell of smoking from the AC 2) the washing machine should have a quick wash setting for 10 mins so 2 hours is not wasted washing and drying.

Вокруг отеля многочисленные кафешки, вкуснейший ужин обеспечен, если успеете занять очередь. Сотрудники отеля дружелюбные. Мы были в канун нового года, ребенок каждый день получал подарки на ресепшн. Также у ресепшн стоит попкорн, чай и сок. Сын сказал, что это лучший отель, даже без бассейна. Номера начинаются с 28 этажа, поэтому вид будет обеспечен. Автоматические шторы понравились. Горячая вода в душе сразу горячая и не нужно сливать. Унитаз с подогревом) Полы в номере убирали по просьбе. А так в основном чисто. Завтрак хороший, особенно понравились десерты, мини тортики. Иногда были морепродукты на завтрак. Всё очень вкусно.
