Reviewed Jun 7, 2025It’s a new developed area away from downtown Wuxi(about 30-minute by car) so probably not that convenient if you don’t drive by yourself. However the amenities are new and the rooms are nicely designed. We went to the pool and had dinner at the Cantonese restaurant. Though not busy, we felt very welcomed at the retaurant.
We found an unboxed toothbrush on the shelf in the bathroom, and a piece of used memo paper by the bed.

The staff kindness and willingness to help, the quality of the rooms, the variety of the breakfast, the hotel infrastructures and surroundings, the relaxing rooftop pool (excellent way to start the day). I rate 5* to all. All staff has been very kind and helpful but I would like to specially mention the Guest Service manager Minny D., James, Katherine and Philip at the reception. I also would like to mention and thank the worker at the roof top pool (apologies for not recalling his name) who has been extremely polite and making sure nothing was missing. Thank you to all and wish we meet soon!
