None !

Good location as we needed to go to the airport in the morning. Shuttle was every 30 minutes and took only 15 minutes to get us to the terminal.

Room, service etc was all as expected. Attentive, comfortable but nothing out of the ordinary. Would go again.

Location neat sport center

Nice stay at the hotel, comfortable and welcoming. Excellent breakfast with a variety of options. Will definitely stay again!

Internat was very bad...

Удобные кровати, хорошие матрасы, есть выбор высоких и не высокие подушек. Просторный номер, хорошая душевая. Хороший европейский завтрак.

The location was excellent. Very close to Wuxi expo center. The rooms are comfortable.

They were unable to effect a refund for the night i didn't stay

Cleaness, luxury, great food!

Food was great!

Large and comfortable room with a great view. Breakfast was excellent and there is also a very good evening buffet at a reasonable price. Be aware that some of the staff do not speak English, but that's not a problem with Google translate.

Housekeeping was a bit erratic - our coffee cups were left unwashed for several days. Apart from that everything was fine. The room description mentions pyjamas being provided but that seems to be a mistranslation for bath robes. But those were very nice!

The twin double beds in the family rooms were too small for 2 teenagers or adults l. They were smaller than normally for Holiday Inn standards. The staff didn’t seem to know we were travelling with teenager, they expected younger children, even though we informed age of the children when we booked.

Clean, great food, very accomodating.

職員都很積極協助客人，酒店近博覽中心和展覽中心，但隔音和房間角落清潔有待改善，禁煙層有時候也不煙味

Location Clean Nice staff Robot

well maintained property, clean, nice staff, excellent breakfast. will back again!

Nice area all around. Restaurant closes way too early, at 9 pm. I wish the buffet was all day as well and not just breakfast.

조용하고 평안 합니다 조식도 무난합니다 핼스장이 조금 떨어져 있고 설비가 오래 되었지민 사용하는데 지장은 없습니다 가까운곳에 큰 쇼핑몰이 있어 편리합니다

My trip was last minute decided one week ago. This hotel was recommended by my colleague and I was impressed by the girls at Front Desk with smile and warm welcome. Clean rooms, perfect WiFi, that’s enough for a business man. I will definitely choose this hotel for my next visit.

Pros: Great breakfast and service. Concierge was very helpful. Hotel was close to the venue but nothing else. Cons: bed is extremely hard with resultant poor sleep. The bathroom and bedroom are separated by glass! Even with the blinds drawn, you can still see into the shower from the bedroom. (Very strange). Coffee was terrible. My AC didn’t work and front desk only offered an apology.

Stayed here for Cycling event and this place was recommended by the Organisers. Nice clean hotel newly built. Staff attentive. Rooms clean and spacious with no stale smoke odour. However corridors and lift areas would have smoke odour but this cannot be helped being in China. We wanted to eat outside for dinner, but couldn't find a taxi, then we went to the Hotels Buffet restaurant and was quite suprised with how much food they had available. Think it was 139 RMB for all you can eat and drink!!! WE came back to the hotel when biking event was finished for lunch and once a gain it was delicious. However I think the restaurant needs more coffee machines to deal with high demand.

Good hotel but need to improve on the internet speed and stability.

Good and comfortable hotel stay. Safe needs to be bolted down. Security personnel needs to be flexible in terms of dealing with cars parked temporary in hotel. Have to assess if it's busy or not and be flexible according to the conditions.

Overall a good hotel stay with friendly staff. Can pay more attention in terms of housekeeping. Found sticky spots on the table. New full set of amenities, slippers and tea/coffee should be provided daily. On the first day, noticed the hair conditioner was a used one, perhaps from the previous guest. Internet connection and speed is not good.

I stayed 3 nights here while in the process of moving to town. The hotel is very new and my room had an extremely comfortable bed and linens. Check-in was smooth. The level of English spoken by the staff was sufficient for handling matters. During my stay, when I asked to borrow a phone charger, the staff member did not understand my request, thinking I wanted to check out. However, she was proactive in finding a way to communicate and the concierge was able to assist me. While I have spent a lot of time in China, I have very limited Chinese, but did not have any significant problems communicating with staff. The hotel has a full service restaurant and the breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations. Breakfast carries an assortment of western dishes (fried eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage, etc.) and Chinese (dim sum, noodles, congee, steamed buns, etc.) There was also a selection of cheeses and cold cuts, fruits, coffee, tea, etc. TV only carries Chinese stations at present, but the note in the room states they plan to carry international channels in the future. The location is a little remote. Don't expect to walk to other restaurants. However, the Coastal City mall area is about 2.5-3km away and easily reached by taxi (13-15RMB). For the price, this was a solid hotel with adequate service and an above-average breakfast.
