Excellent location, facility was spotless and beautiful. Appreciated the complimentary bottled water. Had a standard size fridge and washing machine. The facility has it all and is nice a spacious for the square footage. Will book again in the future.

I was emailed the incorrect location to pick up the keys. Then had to fetch at the Marriott hotel then drive over to location finally.

Can you please provide atleast a proper blanket not the fleece We didn't know that the cleaner was going to come and we left our clothes all over the place in the room since we were rushing to attend the function. So, when we got back to our room the bed was done and we really appreciated that, but our clothes we left on the floor and could not make sense to us to make the bed and leave the clothes on the floor that kind of disturbed us because we felt the cleaner could have just left the bed as is if she's going to be lazy to pick up clothes from the floor that we didn't leave on the floor.

Daily house keeping, secure location, and a walking distance to all the places I needed to go to such as Canal Walk and Century City Conference Center.

My room was facing the road and there were no sheer curtains so anyone driving or walking by could see directly into my living room.

I did not be bring my hairdryer as I thought there was one in the apartment. The basin in the bathroom did not drain well. Please fix the drainage as the plug was broken. Nothing you can fix.

The room in general.

The shower kept overflowing with water. We had to use our towels to wipe it up everyday and some of the utensils and dishes were dirty, no carpets 😞

The warm welcome at the entrances, when I fetching my keys. The lady at the reception, had already prepared my keys and was aware I will be fetching them. The process was easy and quick with an updated digital tools🥰. The apartment was closer to my conference center. Apartment was clean and spacious, loved how the cleaner left it after cleaning the room. Thanks to the team 💯

I am 18 weeks pregnant and with my sense of smell being so high. The Marijuanas smell was not pleasant to be around. And when we got there the door was open. Curtains were dirty, had chipped cups, and even the lamp was dirty. So no, the stay was not pleasant at all.

Only received email with booking in details 01:32 that is 7 hours after I booked in. Checking in was a bightmare, not knowing where to go and what to do. Nobody helping. Took more than a hour to get my keys. Unacceptable!! I were already in bed late night when the front desk phoned me and said I am in the wrong room and the guests that were booked in the room is there to check in, they actually expected me to changed rooms that time of night. I refused.

When leaving its difficult to get out of the building as you do not have any codes to go back to collect luggage inside. There was also no iron inside. The night stands had staining as well as thr chairs. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Has everything one needs except for hairdryer need to ask for one. Reception should advise. There were no teaspoons.

The sliding door window had no netting so we had to keep the curtains closed as the room is just above the building entrance door.

Room had empty condom packets in cupboard, no iron even though one was requested and excuse given staff and transport shortage

The location is great, central to almost everything. It's secure and safe.

Inside my particular unit (212), I noticed a few spiderweb looking cracks running along the plastering of wall in the bathroom as well as the room itself. Although the bathroom was clean, it needs to be deep cleaned as there was dark, mold-like build up in the little nooks and crannies, especially on the glass and door of the shower.

The stay was disappointing. The room was extremely small and cramped, and there was no balcony as expected. There was only one blanket, making it quite cold at night. I would not recommend it base on my experience

After key collection got to the apartment and there was 4 ladies in the suite having a nice conversation meaning apartment wasnt ready for occupation. Fast foward after they left apartment was filthy and dirty not cleaned

Checking in process. When I used the address(1 Boulevard), the navigator was not showing a building, I was so lost. You need to be specific that the keys are collected at Crystal Towers. Because I had to go to Palms to ask the security where do I collect the keys, as the host was not answering my calls.

Security guard is proper, the place was presentable, every day the room was cleaned towels changed I realy appreciate that. Washing machine inside make me go back home with clean clothes. Most places don't have cleaning staff over the weekend

The owner needs to consider of buying new beds, we were so uncomfortable, and the shower Sims to be blooked, when I take a shower the water was not going down

The WiFi wasn't working and the issue wasnt resolved, the service waa just horrible. I also think it is best for them to notify you beforehand that check in is located elsewhere and the check out procedure too.

With the apartment facing the sun for most of the day and the temperatures reaching 40 degrees it really needs air conditioning

Poor ventilation in the one bedroom apartment. I had to move out and find new accommodation after 3 nights

I arrived at 12h45 to pick up the keys . The reception refused to check if housekeeping cleaned the unit even after informing her that infill only go to the flat at 2pm. I had to go away and return at 2pm for the keys. She rudely refused to check with housekeeping . As an international traveler I found this very disturbing.

1. *The disgusting smell* in the shower, described as the most unpleasant odour experienced. 2. *The drain smell* that permeated the entire unit, making it smell like garbage and drainage. 3. *The overall horrible experience* since the inception of the stay, deemed the worst among all places booked in Cape Town. 4. *Inadequate business operation* of a large company, perceived as operating in a senseless or abnormal manner. 5. *Filthy conditions* upon arrival – no linen or towels provided. 6. *Poor communication* requiring excessive back‑and‑forth to obtain basic hospitality rental information. 7. *Presence of fleas or lice* found in the bed. 8. *Overall horrible service* in the accommodation, leading to a request for a credit or refund where no one will respond to you moving forward. 9. *Weed smell* Guests smokes weed in the building where you can smell it everywhere. 10. The pictures that was posted is on arrival at 4:30pm and weve messaged prior well be arriving just after 3pm where we were told linen is still not available.
