We chose the Neighbour hood because of its close proximity to the Franschhoek Tram Wine tour. This expectation was met

The design/layout of the apartments was poor. I had to use a spiral staircase to reach the bedroom - quite difficult as an oldie - getting a suitcase up there was very difficult!. We had a few problems when we arrived - missing lights, broken towel rails etc. However when we pointed these out out the response was excellent and the problems were all fixed quickly.

The location to the town centre was perfect. We also had two other couples that stayed in the same apartments - so it was easy to cordinate with them and go out for meals and the wine tram. The Apartments were very comfortable!

There wasn't really much to fault, the beds were comfortable, we had parking and we're pleased about the location.

The friendly staff, the room was beautiful room and the service was overall professional.

I just expected two point power outlets more readily available in the room.

Loved the room! It was beautifully set up, cosy, and the perfect space for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and communicative, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

The walls are very thin and so you can hear all the neighbours and weather (as it was windy) Shower wasn't great - more like a tap

There were no windows in the room. I really didn't like just having the artificial lights.

The location was amazing and the ease of obtaining the keys after the online registration was great. The room was spacious and had everything we needed to move in and out based on our day's activities.

The basin in the bathroom had a small leak and the empty walls made the rooms lose personality.

Tudo impecável! Localização super próxima do Wine Tram, supermercado, restaurantes… dá pra ir a pé! Apartamento confortável, bem espaçoso, limpo, todos os móveis em perfeito estado.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel loft con soppalco e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. L’alloggio è accogliente, curato e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Non mancava davvero nulla: dal bagnoschiuma alla cucina completamente attrezzata con pentole e utensili, perfetta per preparare i pasti. Si vede che c’è molta attenzione ai dettagli. L’unico piccolo aspetto negativo riguarda l’insonorizzazione: le pareti sono piuttosto sottili e si possono sentire i rumori provenienti dalle stanze vicine. Nel complesso è stata un’ottima esperienza e lo consiglierei senza esitazione a chi desidera soggiornare a Franschhoek.

The tv had no channel playing no Netflix.

The walls are not sound proofed. Could hear the neighbours conversation and snoring. Did not sleep well

What I like was how clean the place was and I was very impress with the bathroom.

Poor planning as our lock box number didn’t work and then when we opened up the place it wasn’t cleaned yet. Then was given another room which was then clean but this lock box number didn’t work when given. Stayed in room 7 and it was terribly loud so early in the morning. The sky light above the bed was terrible not knowing how to close it.

Perfecte ligging voor de start van de wijntram. Restaurantjes en winkels op loopafstand en ook in de avond is het veilig om naar dit appartement terug te lopen!

Close proximity to the main street. The staff were really friendly. Able to answer any queries I had with efficiency. The place is well equipped it’s a loft apartment but it felt more like a one bedroom apartment because the bed is upstairs and you have your own patio. The Internet was really strong. I was able to work from home with no problems at all and you brought fresh towels every day if needed.

The loft was everything we needed and close to town which allowed us to walk around. Great staff and place to stay.

There was nothing it lacked, and had everything we needed.

Wrong keys in the box, we couldn't get access for 20 minutes. Cold in the evening with no extra heating facilities for the lounge, even though we asked housekeeping. Lack of replies on Whatsapp when we needed support.

Great location. Walking distance into the village and next door to a beautiful bakery. Despite it being self check-in , we were welcomed and shown to our apartment on arrival.

The apartment is spacious, clean and confortable. It is ideally located in the town. The bed was confortable. And the host gave clear instructions for check-in. It is a nice place to stay.

We were a bit cold during the night so a small heater or extra blankets would have been nice. But other than that everything was fine.

Sehr gute Lage, fußläufig zu Restaurants und der Wine Tram. Sehr freundliches Personal mit Tipps zur Umgebung. Früheres einchecken war problemlos möglich. Zimmer war sehr groß.

Leider haben wir im Voraus auf mehrmalige Kontaktversuche über unterschiedliche Kanäle (Booking, WhatsApp, Anrufe) keine Antworten erhalten. Die Unterkunft war nicht sauber.

Everything was very nice, spacious and clean. The room was very nice and dark, as I prefer. The gentleman at reception was very friendly and helpful.

The shower door set-up doesnt work for me, I was very cold. I would also suggest to clean out the shower heads once a month, to help with clogging. I messaged the host on booking.com and didnt receive a reply. I had to phone...

The facilities were very basic, 2 cups, 2 glasses etc. the major problem was that the rooms had no windows and there was no outside space either.

Very spacious apartment. Easy check in and out. Easy to access from the main road. Comfortable beds. Parking in front of unit. As in pictures. Aircon made the bedroom nice and warm as the unit was quite cold in May. Good lighting all over. Comfortable couch. Motherdough coffee shop next door is very convenient.

Showerhead is floppy and pressure not great. A space (ottoman) to place suitcases on would be great, and bedside lamps. Noise across the street late at night. Received the check in info a few hours before arrival and had to register etc - would be nice to receive this 24h before so that there is enough time to send the requested documents.

It was really cold and dark inside . No safe for valuables. No bedside lights . Just very basic .

The people take forever to reply to their clients I wrote them 4 times for the day of the check in and later start to call as it was close to check in with no details. They neef to focus to be more pro active.

Excellent location, within walking distance of a number of great shops and restaurants. Rooms were very spacious, kitchen fully equipped.

The room I stayed in was very utilitarian, but the other room for our family was lovely and well appointed. In the unit I stayed in, the bed was in the loft area with a narrow spiral staircase to navigate, and the washroom was downstairs, which made it a bit trickier. It was lovely having the space, but an extra table and chairs in the dining area would have been a nice touch.

Clean, friendly and obliging staff. Spacious. Secure. Parking just outside the room is very convenient.

. Bathroom towel rail was missing - this should have been spotted before we checked in. Having said that it was rectified quickly. Generally the placed is furnished and equipped at an absolutely minimal level. No shelves or anywhere to put anything in the bathroom so toiletries and sponge bags must go on the floor. Bedside tables are badly needed - the semi circular tiny shelf does not suffice. The kitchen is again very minimal. We did appreciate the full size fridge freezer but something to make fresh coffee would have been appreciated. I had to go a buy a Caffetierre/coffee plunger. Also a sharp kitchen knife and scissors. I didnt cook anything whilst there but there is only one cooking ring and i am quite sure more cooking utentsils would be needed. The glass walls of the bathroom mean night time trips bathe the whole bedroom in light and waking your partner. It would be more thoughtful to have another smaller light. Overall it is designed to be functional rather than comfortable. A few small and inexpensive additions would make a big difference.

Could not ask for a better location in Franschhoek. Very easy check-in procedure

It was clean, close to the supermarket. The apartment was confortable for a short stay.

During our stay, the area was affected by heavy storms and a general power outage. There was no backup power source, the air conditioning did not work and the window was broken, we couldn't close it completely. Morover, the roof was very thin, so we had to endure loud noise from the rain and wind.

The aircon/heater was not working, and that area is freezing cold.

The location was excellent, especially being so close to the station where the Wine Tram departs. The apartment itself was very spacious, with a great living room, bathroom, and bedroom. Check-in and check-out were easy, with well-organized digitalized steps that made the whole process very practical. It was also very easy to park the car nearby, which was another big plus.

There were just a few minor downsides during our stay. The shower water leaked outside the shower area, which was a bit inconvenient. We also missed having a heater in the bedroom, especially because the weather was quite cold during our visit. In addition, when we arrived, our key was not in the lockbox as indicated in the check-in instructions, but the issue was quickly resolved by a staff member who appeared at the reception.

The location was excellent. The unit was lovely and spacious. Generous sized lounge, dining and kitchen. Generous size bedroom and bathroom.

It was cold. The tiles were freezing. A few rugs would have made a big difference. Especially next to the beds and in the bathroom.

The location was good and the apartments were secured. The kitchen was practical too!

The messages they send on whatsapp is a bit invasive and not reassuring at all.

Well located in Franschhoek town, ideal for using the Wine Tram.

We hadden een studio en een suite. In deze laatste koelde de airco niet zo goed het slaapniveau (onder dak). Maar het was ook een warme periode.

A two point plug and wine glasses were not offered but provided after request. Chairs and table outside could have been cleaned.

Was a very lovely base. Had absolutely everything we needed.

The property is located so conveniently! Really cosy and homely feeling.

Only one coffee cup, also the water did not stay very warm for long when showering.

Op een aantal punten zag het er leuk uit, maar werkte het niet (nachtlastjes zaten los, dus waren zo schuin dat alles eraf gleed/viel, geen douchekop in t bad dus daar kun je niet douchen, defect nachtlampje).
