The host, Caitlin, was lovely. When we didn't make it down for breakfast one morning, she packed us a to-go breakfast which was very thoughtful of her. Highly recommend this place to stay in NOTL!

Closeness of surrounding bedrooms.

It is a lovely home with an accessible fridge, coffee maker in the room, good sized bath, TV, good breakfast, parking and quiet neighbourhood.

The 4 poster bed is very high.

Breakfast only at one time in the morning. Which did work on this visit but often we like to leave earlier when either playing golf or sightseeing with tours booked

It stuck us odd that the house was never locked but just our rooms I went to sit outside and furniture was dirty - I needed to clean it off before use Unfortunately, our hostess was ill and we had to leave for our breakfast one day and the continental breakfast was not what we expected for the price Of our stay We did receive a bottle of wine which was a lovely gesture

Everything is great. If we can stay longer we would. Loved the walk around the neighborhood and walking distance to NOTL. Host is such a lovely lady. Rooms are clean.

My mom and I enjoyed our breakfast conversations with other guests. Proximity to tourist attractions around town.

My partner is a Taurus and immediately remarked upon how comfortable and thoughtfully made the bedroom was. She specifically commented on the high thread count of the sheets, the incredible shower (and bathroom in general) and wonderful peace and quiet. Great tea-making facilities, and lovely communal breakfast each morning. Walkable to the town (we arrived by train/bus from Toronto) and easy access to Niagara Falls.

Honestly, nothing. We were perfectly satisfied with our stay.

L’accueil fait par Caitlin est vraiment agréable et ses petits déjeuners à la canadienne sont vraiment top. Le tout dans un environnement calme et reposant à seulement 20mn du centre-ville de Niagara on the Lake. Parfait pour nous.

Lovely and quiet.

Everything was excellent. My only very minor suggestions would be to add a box of Kleenex somewhere and a spoon to stir the coffee. :)

Located in a quiet neighbourhood. The host sent very detailed information for checking-in and about the facility. Breakfast was very good and the host was lovely.

There was no table for luggage and very few hangers. These would help to keep the room tidy during guests stay.

Caitlin is a kind soul, a smart and enthusiastic hostess! It was her first time hosting an Orthodox Jewish couple. We are Kosher strict! She took her time and dove into it, learning what Kosher is and its requirements! She got us all kosher products and even bought a brand new toaster for our use! We felt at home, missing the Mezuzah at the door (LOL)! The inn is impecable and she really demonstrated her ability to conduct business, adapt and grow in an organize and hearty way. We hope she enjoyed the Cholent we left to her and her family!

There is nothing we didn't like about being at this inn. The place is exactly as advertised.

We had an excellent stay here! The room was clean, quiet and cozy. Caitlin serves a wonderful breakfast as well as being a welcoming host! Will definitely return.

Just a nice relaxing stay

The location, room, and everything about it was lovely. Breakfast was delicious & the host was accommodating and responsive.

Breakfast was great. Caitlin was very kind. B&b was a converted house so small and intimate setting.

The breakfast was amazing and it was so fun to share a table with the other people staying there! We all exchanged tips for wineries and restaurants. Bed was super comfy and parking was easy, which is not the case around town!

J'ai apprécié le calme de l'endroit, les bons déjeuners, la cour arrière pour relaxer, le salon, la chambre, la propreté ainsi que l'amabilité du personnel. Ma déception fut que le gite était à quelques kilomètres du centre ville alors que Expédia mentionnait que c'était au coeur de la ville. Mais c'était Ok quand même. Le problème, c'est toujours le stationnement en ville.

The suite is in a beautiful neighborhood. We are in our 60's and walked downtown in the morning and then again for dinner. It took about 20 min. After the ghost tour, we walked home about 11pm and felt completely safe. There are 3 suites in the Settlers suites and we had the smallest, but all the room we needed with a big closet. Very comfortable bed, big bathroom and shower and a fridge available just outside your room. Very easy entrance, and we did not meet our host until the following day. Breakfast is at 9:30 and very tasty and creative. There is a nice sitting area outside as well. The home is known to tour guides and we were picked up at the house for a wine tour. There was parking for our car on the property. Kaitlyn is lovely to talk to and knowledgeable about the area, restaurants etc.

We did not mind at all , but all 3 suites are about a dozen stairs up, so if you have mobility issues it is a thought. One couple we met have been coming for 3 years and he has a cane. The stairs didn't bother them either. There is a desk and a chair in the suite. I would have liked a 2nd chair instead of sitting on the bed. Just ask if you would like this. The owner answered any question within a minute of texting her.

The breakfasts were exceptional. Caitlin was great, friendly and informative. Friendly guests and had a wonderful time.

Comfortable accommodations, wonderful food, delightful hostess who bends over backwards to be helpful. We will stay there whenever we can.

This property is in a very quiet neighborhood with an extremely welcoming outdoor area. Caitlin, our host, could not have been any friendlier or more accommodating. And the breakfast was delicious. We will absolutely be repeat customers.

Fireplace was listed as a “selling feature”. Turns out it was an electric fireplace. Didn’t change the experience though as wasn’t really cold.

Settlers Inn was a lovely B&B property away from the immediate hustle and bustle of downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake. It was only about a 5-7 minute drive to get to the tower! The accommodations were very comfortable and the breakfasts that Caitlyn prepared were excellent. Coffee maker in room, led tv, water. Sure beats a hotel room! Nice comfy room.

The bedroom furnishings were dark, had a “heavy feeling, and were outdated. Outside property was lovely. I assumed the price quoted on bookings.com was in the country’s currency. It was not and that was very misleading.

Beautiful quaint area and home! Room was filled with charm. Our hostess spoiled us with every delicious breakfast!we felt relatively “at home”! Lovely neighborhood! Our bed in the Queen suite in excellent shape but too soft and plush for my injured back needs. Not a fault of the B&B just my personal needs unfortunately are for a firm bed. One other critique, it’s a smaller room and very limited for luggage space. No suitcase riser was provided in closet. I had to work with it open on the

Location was a nice quiet residential neighborhood that was convenient to the town. A few minutes' drive or a reasonable walk to the center of town and to the theater. Caitlin was very friendly and made fantastic breakfast.

Breakfast was very”light”. We are not big eaters, I do not eat meat, so the second morning I got 3 slices of toasted bread with sugar, maple syrup , a spoon of cream and 3 small pieces of strawberries! We do not eat bread and sugar either- so… . I do think the breakfast should be more healthy, it looks that B&B s owners are more for profit oriented, the culture of B&Bs is fading!

Part of B&B culture was to meet other people, to talk with the host, share impressions about your trip, get more informations about places around. Is not like that anymore, I had the feeling that we are rushed to finish the breakfast and the talk with other guests!

Caitlyn was a very friendly host. The breakfast was quite delicious. The bed was comfortable and room was inviting.

Minor repairs needed. If you have any mobility issues rooms are upstairs.

Nice quiet place not too far from the Historic Old Town (about a 4 minute drive). Caitlyn is a great host and very responsive to any needs.

An absolute pleasure to stay here. Caitlyn our host makes the most delicious breakfasts, and nothing is too much trouble. Can’t praise this place enough. Clean,peaceful, perfect location for Town and Exploring Wine Country. Won’t stay anywhere else moving forward!

It feels like home, and yet close to Niagara Falls on the lake, walking distance to the town and restaurants. Breakfast is great, sitting down and being served in communion style which you can socialize with other guests.

Breakfast was great! Had to miss the first morning due to a run, but something was left for me early to give me a boost!

Room was a little tight getting around. Could have used another piece of furniture to put my suitcase on, either in the closet or mount the TV to the wall to make that table top more useful.

The house is beautiful! as well as the location. It was a very nice getaway from the US. Caitlin was so so nice! And breakfast was delicious!

It was very clean & quiet. All information was communicated well, check in was seamless. We did not partake in breakfast but we are not morning people.

There wasn’t anywhere to place our suitcases, a baggage tray would have been a nice touch. The location is very residential which we were fine with, but it’s not central/walkable to town.
