La habitación era algo paqueña y se echaba en falta un banco donde depositar el equipaje y una encimera en el baño. Lo peor es que no cuente con un servicio de aparcacoches dadas las dificultades del entorno.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026La decoración lo que más, es precioso. La ubicación, en pleno casco histórico, a 5 minutos de la plaza mayor. La calidad de los utiles de aseo, la ducha, el baño en general. La comodidad de la cama principal, había contraventanas que permiten mucha oscuridad.
El aire acondicionado insuficiente en la habitación familiar, está dividida en dos zonas y donde ponen el sofá cama apenas se nota. El sofá cama bastante incómodo, creo que se puede intentar mejorar.

Casa Pizarro has the perfect location, wonderfully friendly reception staff, beautiful rooms and delicious a la carte breakfast from the restaurant next door. Overall lovely!

Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber Lärmempfindliche könnte der Club direkt am Hotel unten im Garten etwas stören. Wir fanden es super, da richtig gute Stimmung mit Livemusik (waren am Wochenende da)

Reviewed May 14, 2026Difficulty in booking this hotel as they did not acknowledge my online booking on their site until I phoned. Arrived to find I had been allocated a room with no window - only a skylight which could not be opened for fresh air and had no blind. Room was also designed for impaired mobility which made bathroom facilities awkward. Had to return 'Ceasar Salad' twice in restaurant as it basically was improperly prepared - lattice drissled with dressing, wrong type lettuce, blocks of plastic cheese rather than flaked parmesan, no croutons. Left dish untouched but waiter insisted on full payment despite complaints. Raised issue with reception who responded that the restaurant is under separate management. Overall not a good experience.

Reviewed May 13, 2026In my opinion the best hotel in Cáceres. We had an amazing room with lots of lovely light and a wonderful terrace. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t brilliant to have made the most of it. Staff were so great and reception staff spoke good English and were great with pointing us in the right direction for everything. A nice little coffee shop and bar attached to the hotel which was very lively with good atmosphere. The smell in the hotel, room and bedding was utterly delightful.
Only thing missing in the room were bathrobes. This would have made the room perfect. If you’re staying over the weekend then take earplugs, you will need them especially if you like sleeping with a window open. The bars to the side and rear are busy, till late. Either join in or put them in!!

Reviewed Mar 26, 2026Wow! We absolutely loved this hotel, fabulous central location yet very quiet. The room was just gorgeous and the huge bed really comfortable. The room was beautifully designed, soft lighting, great decor and attention to detail. The bathroom was well stocked, thick towels with a really powerful shower. We booked an extra day as we loved it so much and felt so rested.
It’s not a dislike - just an observation, the photos don’t do it justice online.

Reviewed Mar 19, 2026Great location in the historical area, short walk to parking, the biggest bathroom we’ve ever had and we travel a lot! (the suite). Comfy bed and pillows. Lots of light and two patios. Delicious breakfast from a menu. Really good sourdough bread!
We prefer buffet spreads for breakfast so we can choose what we really want but what we were offered and ordered was delicious.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026Heel mooi en intiem hotel op een centrale locatie. Laat je niet afschrikken door alle verhalen over de parkeergarage. Gewoon doorrijden naar de voordeur van het hotel (je krijgt geen boete, want het hotel geeft dat door aan de gemeente/politie). Je laat je koffer achter en dan rijd je naar de parkeergarage (je krijgt een vaste plek). Vanaf daar is het 3 minuten lopen naar het hotel. We zijn 4 nachten gebleven en iedere dag gebruik gemaakt van de auto. Ideaal! Heel vriendelijk personeel.
De kamer was vrij klein, ook al kregen we er een mooi groot terras bij. Badkamer rook een beetje muf, maar niet erg genoeg om het aan te geven.

Tiene muchas opciones de restauración al rededor y nos sorprendió la disposición del personal que estaban atentos de todo y sus recomendaciones nos resolvieron más de una comida! La unica “pega” es que tengo intolerancia al gluten y la lactosa y lo avise previamente para el desayuno, habia opciones alternativas, pero era el pan precongelado que se queda tieso en un segundo, tomé un bowl de frutas que estaban muy buenas!

Location was apuzzle when Google maps told us we had arrived, but hotel was in the old town and we were still outside the old town walls. My fault, because I missed an email sent by the hotel telling exactly how to arrive at the hotel by car to drop the luggage and where to park.
