What can I say. It's a parador.

Een fantastische locatie; daarbij hadden we ook een heel mooie kamer; bij aankomst werden we door het receptiepersoneel geattendeerd op het feit dat er een processie onder ons raam plaats zou vinden. Dat was een fantastische ervaring!

De airco werkte niet goed, maar het personeel wist dat uitstekend op te lossen.

The location in the old city

The car parking although the staff were very helpful. Access in and out of the old part of the city was very difficult and they could do with more signs showing you the way in to the hotel and the way. Sat nav couldn’t cope!

Det Service beim Dinner konnte sich nur schwer auf englisch verständigen.

El entorno y la tranquilidad de su emplazamiento.

Por su situación dentro del casco antiguo y dadas las obras que se están realizando en la zona, por supuesto ajenas al Parador, nos ha resultado realmente complicado el acceso en coche. Por otro lado y siempre que fuera viable, deberían contemplar la posibilidad de ofrecer su servicio de parking en algún lugar más cercano al Parador (el parking público que nos indicaron APK2 se encuentra ubicado a 13 minutos caminando)

A comunicação com o hotel antes de lá chegar… enviaram-me uma informação errada dizendo que eu não poderia ir ao hotel com as motos e deixar as malas è diretamente no Paradouro informaram que era possível e depois aparcaria num parking. Isso causou um desnecessário desconforto…sugiro que telefonem para o Paradouro pois a informação será muito mais correcta.

La situación

La poca falta de personal. Tenías que sacarte tú mismo la bebida a la terraza. Precio cinco estrellas servicio de dos.

Aparcar ha sido un poco complicado pero nos dieron unas explicaciones muy claras, .

Personal muy amable, instalaciones muy limpias, habitación amplia con camas muy cómodas, lugar muy silencioso, cafetería a temperatura muy agradable. El aire acondicionado en todo el parador funciona muy bien. La ubicación es perfecta para visitar el Çaceres monumental.

Todo el tema de acercarse al hotel en coche es un lio tal que preferimos aparcar en un parking público a unos 12 min andando. Los desayunos, al menos en Booking.com, aparecen como 25€ /persona y luego en recepción nos dicen que finalmente los dejan en 16€, y eso ya debería de poder saberse desde la página en la que uno está valorando dónde se alojará. Por otro lado, yo escogí habitaciónes de dos camas y al llegar me dicen que eso no es posible que yo lo haya podido hacer on-line, que Booking no puede ofrecerlo. Finalmente tuvimos una con 2 camas y otra no, pero como una "deferencia". Quiero tener lo que escojo, deberían coordinarse con Booking.com.

Le parking payant assez difficile d'accès et assez éloigné de l'hôtel. L'absence de piscine dans une ville où il fait 40 degrés au mois d'août. Ou du moins une terrasse rafraîchie par des ventilateurs avec brumisateur d'eau.

No parking at the immediate location

After a long day on the road, the challenge of finding the hotel and parking was a bit off putting. Roadworks around the one way system took us longer to reach the Parador. We were able to park outside the hotel to drop luggage but the underground car park was then some distance away down a steep hill, which had to be climbed back up later. Despite being given a numbered space, it was occupied and we then had to move the car 3 times, as others were in wrong spaces and in doing so, we scratched the car in the tight area. We had a super deluxe room but after unpacking and showering fir dinner, the found we had a faulty toilet flush, which rendered it unusable and so had to move in to another interior facing, standard room, with inferior AC on a very warm night and a rattling sound that kept us awake. So despite having a good dinner in the restaurant I’m afraid our stay was spoiled. We would not return to this Parador without a better solution for parking, which we would be more than happy to pay extra for.

El señor de recepción demasiado grosero y muy pesado además hay que ir a dejar el auto como a 2 kilómetros y regresarse en taxi de igual manera a la hora de hacer el check out igual con valijas en taxi al parking (2km) luego el botón de inodoro se averió y teníamos que ir al lobby a usar el baño. Todo mal en este lugar

L’atmosphère de séjourner dans un ancien palais! C’est impressionnant! Et les petits-déjeuners sont somptueux

La configuration des lavabos: l’eau déborde facilement et il y a des saletés qui semblent incrustées dans l’ouverture mince d’où l’eau s’échappe. On les voit et c’est dégoûtant. Aussi, le manque de rampe pour accéder à la chambre 106 (ou 105, enfin celle devant la réception avec 5 à 6 marchés à monter) rend cela dangereux: je viens du Canada et dans mon pays, un tel accès à une chambre ne serait pas permis.

El servicio de recepción fue excelente. La comida del lugar es maravillosa, recomiendo que lo aprovechen si pasan por este hotel. La ubicación es perfecta para conocer el centro histórico de la ciudad. Y el confort de sus habitaciones es inigualable. Fue nuestra parada favorita, nos hubiera encantado disponer de más tiempo para disfrutarlo una noche más. Regresaríamos sin duda, ojalá muy pronto.

El parking queda un poco lejos del hotel, pero la calidad de su servicio y el confort de las habitaciones lo compensan por completo.

Beautiful old building situated right in the middle of the old city. Beautifully restored. Huge bed, good aircon.

Beware, parking was a long way away, and the tv (if you want to watch it) was dated.

No parking on site . And the map they gave to get to the parking lot was very confusing . They should create a new map clearly outlining the route from the hotel to the parking garages . We toured around tight streets for half an hour and still could not find it

Parador gelegen in het middeleeuwse gedeelte van Caseres, ook de ontvangst moeten we niet vergeten door Lois ,een vrolijke gastheer van de receptie.je kan met de auto tot bij de Parador komen en daarna de auto verplaatsen naar de garage van het hotel €.. of iets verder gratis parkeren bij de witte omlijnde vakken. De kamer was modern van opzet en groot Het ontbijt was zeer goed en het het diner was heerlijk.

Rustige plaats, mooi hotel. Wederom van Parador kwaliteit. Lekker zwembad, voldoende parkeergelegenheid.

Klein raampje, strijkijzer en strijkplank zijn schijnbaar al 2 jaar ''verdwenen''.

Very nice, not too expensive, well located. Paradors can be hit or miss. Some are great some are OK. This one is very good. Beautifully cared for. Well located. Great staff. A little confusing to get around in, but that’s the nature of old buildings.

Luis at the front desk helped us out on coordinating a taxi. Excellent and a relief. The staff over all were very helpful and made our stay a success. Thank you.

Despite the fact that the hotel is in a historic building all the amenities are very modern and scrupulously clean . The location of the hotel is wonderful ,right in hart of the old town.

Nothing about the property itself, the only drawback is that the lanes to the property our quite narrow which can be a bit nerve racking negotiating your Ferrari around

El garaje está lejos del parador y no hay un servicio de aparca coches, lo que te hace tener que volver andando y cuesta arriba por calles complicadas

El desayuno a partir de las 8:30, no antes, y había que reservar sitio. Impresentable. Si quieres madrugar no puedes. La cafetería sin recoger las meses durante 5 o 6 horas. La habitación con puertas de armario que no abrían, rozaban en el suelo. El parking a mas de 350 m subiendo una cuesta importante, a 36º en mayo. La tele instalada tan baja que tenías que retorcer el cuello para verla. La mesita de la cama sin limpiar. Armarios sin un solo cajón. No es acorde a un parador e 200 € la noche. El desayuno muy muy muy flojo. Macedonia con fruta mala, una sola camarera para todo. En resumen un desastre. Un edificio histórico bien reformado en buena situación pero el resto horroroso.

Location once navigated is perfect for exploring the old town.

Driving to the property was difficult due to construction but the staff sent very helpful directions for arrival drop off and parking options.

Mobiliario de la habitación antiguo y estropeado y mucho ruido que entraba del exterior ,nos dieron habitación situada en zona de carga y descarga,no compatible con el precio que hemos pagado por dos noches alojados .

The Parador de Caceres is a great property in an amazing, historic village. A beautiful, historic building with very comfortable rooms and a bountiful breakfast to start your day!! Absolutely recommend!!

Booking made me reserve 2 rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids (3 and 6). One room was enough, there was a sofá cama big enough for my daughters.

Lovely paradore perfectly situated in the old town. Beautiful architecture that has been perfectly restored and updated.

The bar didn't have any snacks and had limited service, which is a shame because dinner at the restaurant doesn't start till 8pm and it would be nice to be able to have a little snack after arrival. Also, our room was in a newer wing and didn't look like the pictures which had me hoping for something more historically atmospheric. Be sure to ask where exactly you will be staying - new or old.

Really extraordinary property. My first stay in a parador, so I can't compare to others, but I was really blown away and it is right in the heart of the oldest part of Caceras. Oh - and the dinner was great, too.

Hard to find fault but if they could improve one thing the breakfast service seemed a bit overwhelmed - they probably could have used one more person.

Fabulous in every way - location , property , food , staff …. We are well travelled but agreed this was possibly the best place we have ever stayed !

Perfect location, amazing building — intriguing and unique. Service was very good. Beds were very comfortable, and food was excellent, but quite expensive. Very difficult to get to the hotel, and instructions on how to reach them did not work as described. Reception did not answer telephone after multiple attempts to reach the hotel to get help with directions. Some of staff at reception were amazing, others less so. I completely understand that this is is a foreign country where it would not be reasonable to expect all staff to be fluent in English, but for an elite hotel like this one, one would expect slightly better English skills at the reception.

De centrale ligging in oude stad op loopafstand van de bezienswaardigheden. Fijn hotel in 14e eeuws huis, mooi gemoderniseerd. Aardige bediening bij receptie en in restaurant.

Ivm werkzaamheden is het moeilijk met de auto bij de parador te komen. Men verstrekt wel goede informatie en route beschrijving. De parkeergarage is ons goed bevallen.

Mi habitación (301) daba a unas vistas preciosas pero daba también a la zona de acceso de carga y descarga, se oía gente hablando, cargando o descargando cosas, deberían insonorizar más esas ventana.
