The June Motel in Sauble Beach exceeded our expectations. It may be called a motel, but the experience feels much more thoughtful and stylish than that. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the whole place has a cool, relaxed, refreshing atmosphere. We really enjoyed the small touches: the hammock, s’mores, welcome rosé, and the overall design of the property. The on-site restaurant was also very good and made the stay even more enjoyable. A lovely place with personality, great service, and a fun atmosphere. We would definitely come back.

We had stayed previous but things were not as before. No internet . No channels on tv. Has to change room as we were back of the kitchen and a lot of noise! Breakfast was stale croissants the second day that we could not eat. The vent in the bathroom did not work. Really gone downhill in two years

The staff is lovely. the food is spectacular service fantastic the pool is very nice Coffee in the morning was one of the best. I wish it was available longer as it is so good

the sink is way to high? it is nearly impossible to wash your face. the bed is way to soft. it would be great to have a few drawers limited wine available. as a vegan I was not able to find the wine on any list so I was not able to have wine with dinner.

Friendly check in, glass of rose a bonus, room clean and very comfortable, love the retro vibe! Gigi … Waitress at Heydays was so attentive and fun to chat with, food was great. We would definitely return!!

Unique & fun stay, all you need in one spot. Very cute restaurant/bar, pool & firepit area, along with chic room decor.

Motel was super communicative by text of checking in, breakfast being open, restaurant on site change of hours etc. Motel was so cute and worth the trip. Sauble beach after September long is pretty quiet so be prepared for early dinners and nights but if you’re not looking for the crowds it’s the time to go.

Everything about how the June is amazing. From the moment you enter the lobby, it is so relaxing and beautiful. We were greeted by Hayden at check in and she went above and beyond to make sure my family and I felt welcomed and that everything was going well. From the pool to eating at Heydays & roasting s’mores at the fire pit (special shout out to Amber for ensuring we were topped up at the fire pit) & a lovely breakfast set up in the mornings, our family will definitely come back. Every person working here was kind and friendly. Thanks June friends, until we meet again!

Air conditioning can be quite loud. If you’re a light sleeper like me pack extra earplugs.

Service was excellent. Second to none. Shout out to Jujee (spelling ?) for her great service. Nice outdoor pool, decent contiental breakfast. Very old, outdated TV, but minor gripe. I think it's a great choice for families who may be spending quite a bit of their time at the hotel. For a couple who may not be there so much (day trips to Tobermory) it's probably a pricier option than needed. Even for the price it's quite a lot for what's provided. I've spent time in 4 star hotels in bigger cities that cost less. But location is everything and you're right by the beach and all restaurants. If you're spending most of your time in Sauble Beach stay here. Well worth it.

Our stay was such a unique experience. We were able to walk from the beach to the motel, the breakfast was delicious and the pool was so nice for a morning swim before checkout. If you can I would recommend this hotel for a family vacation, date night or even a girls trip! It is definitely an all around great motel! Would love to be back soon:)

We had a great time. Intend to go back next year. Location was great. The only things noticed were chipped paint and original patio doors with broken lock (had working safety bar). But truly it was such a cute boutique motel. Well thought out and decor was very retro. Live music was great too!

I enjoy the pool, service at the pool, breakfast of croissants and coffee for guests, location is close enough to walk to restaurants and shops. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Quiet and relaxing. (Note: I went through the week and not the weekend)

Very cute quirky motel with lovely views from room and an excellent ambiance.. perfect for a relaxing weekend away ..can highly recommend .. loved the decor and cute reception area , staff were really nice and friendly and the pool area was nice too

nothing apart from be careful on the wooden decking area next to the pool in bare feet as I got 2 splinters from the wood ..so just make sure to put some deck shoes on ..apart from that no issues

I recently stayed at June hotel, and it was an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The team was fantastic! They were energetic, friendly, and always created a fun atmosphere, they truly made the stay memorable. Their enthusiasm and creativity added a special touch to our holiday experience.

Excellent time at the June! Beautiful place, wonderful food and drinks. We stayed on the property the whole evening and were never bored, we were so lucky to get to hear live music all evening. Drink service at the pool is a great touch, feels like being at a mini resort. We had an issue with billing after changing our check in day due to a staff oversight, however it was fixed for us eventually, and staff were great to deal with.

The atmosphere and the staff are excellent. I felt like I was staying at a $1000/night resort

Really enjoyed the welcome drink, s’more packages and breakfast items. The bath products were quality and smelled great. Hammock on the balcony was a great idea and comfortable

The cost. Very expensive and so it was a huge splurge. Indoor wicker chair looks great but very uncomfortable, maybe at a think pillow. Had one day stuck inside while is poured rain so I realized how uncomfortable the chair was.

The breakfast and staff were fantastic.

I found the room very dark.. the bedside lights lovely but not enough for me.Perhaps a floor lamp in the corner. Loved the body oil,sheets lovely.

Food at Heydays was good but not great and overpriced. Thought the rooms would be more upscale for the price. Would like to have a bathtub and not just a shower in the room. TV very small and not proportional to room. Also they should include bathrobes. No real feeling of luxury which you should get when spending that much money.

We like how we checked in monday at 4pm Brady was so nice to us made us feel welcome very polite to us told us everything we needed to know everything was great .. but dont mean to be rood in the moring to girls didnt even say hi to us or a good moring to us . That was rood but everything else was good would liked to go to the pool but alot ppl seemed to hogged it . Went to beach got great shots on sunsets .

Close to everything

The location is a 5 mins walk from the beach and Sauble main strip. HOWEVER, with all that the June Motel offers, you don't want to leave! Service was top notch! You truly have created a little retro vibing world within the Sauble beach area!

Simpler options on the menu. Very hard to find a refreshing salad in Sauble especially for those hot beach days!

I do wish the pool steps had a hand rail. I have knee issues so could not get in. Also designated parking per room near your door. you do have to lug your luggage upstairs for 2nd floor.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent. And the little extras..glass of rose when we arrived and the s’mores by the fire pit. Were excellent! Staff were very friendly.

Room was beautiful. The only complaint would be the pillows were very puffy. Very uncomfortable to sleep with. Had to use one of the towels as a pillow.

Amazing time at the June! Will be back again and again.

Cleanliness along with very nice staff upon arrival

Such a great vibe. The staff were all so incredible and friendly. The welcome rose was a nice touch. The continental breakfast croissants from a local bakery were to die for. We loved laying around the pool all day and having service for drinks and food around the pool. The firepits were great to sit at at night with a glass of wine. It was also nice to have the restaurant on property to have dinner. It was so much fun to have watched the makeover of the motel on Netflix and then to go and experience it ourselves.

It would have been nice to have some smaller food options as snacks for around the pool like chips and salsa or gauc or some other finger food items. We did order the charcuterie board the second day but on the first day we were snacky (and not seafood people) and all we could really order was some fries.

They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From their warm welcome at check-in to their attentive and friendly assistance throughout our visit, Hayden and Jayden truly made us feel at home. The motel itself is charming and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and retro vibes. They thought of every little detail, from the s'mores, blankets, and board games to the delicious breakfast! I highly recommend The June Motel to anyone looking for a delightful and memorable stay. The exceptional service from Hayden, Jayden, and the rest of the staff at The June Motel and Heydays was the cherry on top!

I loved the convenience of the amazing restaurant HeyDayz being right there. The rooms are clean and simple. Cute little set up with coffee station and fire pits.

We enjoyed our stay and will recommend the June Motel to extended family and friends.

The place is highly relaxing and staff makes you feel very comfortable.

It was a fantastic stay at June Hotel. We booked a deluxe room with two queen size bed. I really like the looks of how the color and set up touch of pink theme. The overviewing pool and the super cool code door instead of having a key card. The pool was nice and clean not too much clorine which we able to stay longer. The stay are friendly and accomodating. Overall satisfaction and we will be back again this coming summer.

AC is quite noisy at night and it’s not responding to button very well. Some dirts are found in the mug

My check in was delayed as the motel failed to have my area code with my phone # and I did not receive the check in info.in advance so upon arrival my check-in was delayed by 30 mins due to this issue.
