The interior, amenities and staff were all excellent!

Amazing staff that were super helpful with any questions and requests I had. The room was gorgeous and the soaps were great. The property was also beautiful with the pools and beach access. The pools were never too full and there was always space for me on a bed.

The bed was super squeaky unfortunately and the AC was super cold even at the lowest setting at 24 degrees. The elevators were a little annoying too because theres only two of them.

Évacuation douche bouché Clim dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas Le coffre est placé dans un placard au ras du sol pas très pratique d accès on doit se mettre assise par terre pour composer ́le code Au petit déjeuner il faut commander 2 fois un cappuccino pour finalement le recevoir froid. Demandé des œufs a la coque on les a reçu dans des coupelles il a fallu demander des coquetiers. Récupérés sur une desserte parce que personne ne nous les a amené a table.

Manque des places au bord de la piscine et transats à la mère pour les clients d’hôtel. Stress constant pour arriver le premier pour être sûr d’avoir sa place. Les pris des boissons beaucoup trop élèves. Manque de climatisation dans les assesseurs et dans le lobby. Beaucoup de bruit dans le couloir, aucun isolation de la porte

La atención de todo el personal y las instalaciones. Es hotel es super lindo y bien ubicado. Habitaciones super bien equipadas y limpias.

New hotel, has a great gym.

It doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel more like 4 star. Staff inattentive, very slow, poor customer service. Around the pool area people reserve their beds from early morning so you can’t get a bed too. Breakfast, slowest service ever staff forget your orders so you just waiting there for hours. I know it’s a new hotel but somebody needs to upskill their employees to the right standards.

The hotel is very stylish, fresh and very well located. There is no need to get sun beds on the beach as you can walk down from the hotel directly to the sea - that was the reason I choose this hotel

Unfortunately, despite a variety of facilities, we had a bad experience due to negligence of the staff. For three nights we had a problem with an air conditioning turned on every night automatically at the temperature of 21 degrees. Note: we switched it off on purpose every night, however it is strangely repeatedly switched on. I left a complaint at the reception and it seemed a concern for them but eventually no one showed up to fix it. As a result - we both ended up having a cough and temperature at the end of our stay. It is really so sad the vacation was spoiled because of that. The stuff at the restaurant looked lost at the breakfast - everyone had to catch them to order. The rest is ok.

Le service était catastrophique La nourriture de la piscine très mauvaise et overpriced Musique très forte à la piscine La chambre qu’on nous a donné donnait vue sur un immeuble en travaux….

Tout était bien pensé. L’hôtel sublime, l’entrée et le lobby parfaits et l’odeur du Labo très agréable. La chambre était très spacieuse et agréable.

Le seul problème est qu’il faut payer les transats même au bord de la piscine.

I had a truly fabulous stay at the Mondrian Ibiza. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. We experienced an issue with our room upon check-in, but the manager, Jaime, handled it immediately and professionally. He upgraded us to a better room and even treated us to a round of drinks at the bar while everything was being sorted out. What could have been a frustrating experience was turned into a great example of outstanding customer service. The entire team made us feel at home throughout our stay, and a special mention goes to Charlie at the bar, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. It’s staff like Jaime and Charlie who make a hotel experience truly memorable. We were genuinely sad to leave and are already looking forward to returning next year. The hotel, service, atmosphere, and overall experience were exceptional—easily a 10/10 stay.

The only minor drawback was that taxis to and from Cala Llonga can be somewhat infrequent, which occasionally led to longer wait times. That said, it didn’t take away from what was otherwise a perfect holiday. Thank you to the entire Mondrian Ibiza team—we can’t wait to come back!

* The lack of proper training of one of the reception staff members. Upon arrival, I was specifically asked to provide a credit card. I normally use a perfectly valid and fully functional debit card, on which the hotel can place whatever security deposit it requires. The receptionist explained that using a credit card would mean the deposit would be released immediately. Unsurprisingly, this was not the case, and at check-out I was told that a debit card would have been perfectly sufficient after all. It is quite frustrating to feel that I need to have access to credit — even in the form of a credit card — simply in order to stay at a hotel. * Getting a taxi was an adventure in itself, and one that the hotel staff seemed to have difficulty managing. Given the hotel’s rather isolated location, I would expect some form of transportation solution to be available, or at least a shuttle service. At one point, we waited for 1.5 hours in front of the hotel. It honestly felt like a scene from a bad movie: whenever a taxi finally arrived, everyone would rush towards it. * The bathroom amenities were extremely basic. There were only large dispensers of soap, shampoo and shower gel, with none of the small essentials you would normally expect from a hotel of this standard, such as cotton buds or similar bathroom kits. * There were no bathrobes in the room, and I had to call reception three times before they were finally provided. * The area itself is peaceful and beautiful, but the location makes it quite difficult to get anywhere else on the island.

This is the best hotel I ever been in my life - that’s why I was there already 3 times and more to come!

The elevators took forever, we waited and waited and it isuper small so it can only take 4 people max at the time. For a big hotel they should have more elevators

Lovely room, with a great shower, nice fluffy towels and thank you for the water every day as the temperature and humidity was exceptionally high.

The pool water was too warm it was not refreshing at all. And I didn’t like the music every afternoon it was too umph umph and annoying when we just wanted to relax. So went to the beach to get away from it.

The service was amazing. Property was clean and food was really good.

What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was Ruth Martin, the Head of Operations. Her professionalism was second to none — warm, attentive, and endlessly competent. She has a rare gift for making every guest feel genuinely valued, and she handled everything with a friendliness and grace that set the tone for the whole experience. The entire team deserves the highest praise. Every single staff member was courteous, helpful, and clearly proud of the work they do. It's obvious that this level of excellence starts at the top, and the hotel's manager should be immensely proud of the outstanding team and culture they have built. The Mondrian is a beautiful hotel, with nice facilities and great staff! The rooms are very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, poolside cocktails and I highly recommend dinner at the hotel's restaurant, Niko. The location is nice, a little out of the way, 20 minutes into Ibiza town. The only reason it's not a five star review is we found the shared set-up with the Mondrian's "sister hotel" - Hyde - a bit irritating and confusing. The pools are shared (nice!) but the sun loungers are not (so even if some are free, you still can't use them) + access to the beach club is an additional cost, even for hotel guests.

We stayed as a three generation family group and everything was as we had hoped. The location is perfect with the clean safe sandy bay, the swimming pools also clean and with beautiful sunbeds and never too busy. Great pool people. Rooms are clean, spacious and light (not much hanging space) excellent shower and a well furnished balcony. Kids club was fun for a couple of sessions, restaurants are varied and food good especially Niko. The breakfast is superlative with big buffet and also waiter a la carte: think avocado on sourdough, eggs benedict, pancakes, all kinds off egg etc etc. Handy jetty with boats to Formentera and Ibiza town All this is topped off with the friendliness of the staff throughout the hotel, we couldn't fault it so thank you for a great holiday.

Lovely area and location great and the hotel is spotless , rooms are great ( wardrobe space very limited) and the staff are friendly and very attentive. BUT the music from the bar blasts out all day and isn’t exactly to everybody’s taste . It forced us to move . The corridors are especially noisy at night and in the morning due to doors being slammed , children running up and down and as there is no carpet any noise and voices just echo.

The hotel is really well situated and well suited to families with the beach, multiple pools and the kids club. The food is great with several options. What really makes the place stand out is the staff who are outstanding and always looking to help and make the experience better

The view, location, rooms, staff - all excellent. We’d read reviews about availability of sunbeds but we didn’t experience this. Kids club is very cute with a HUGE ball pit. Breakfast is lovely and made even better by the staff - walked in holding hands with our 18 month old. So cute! Beach location is perfect and range of restaurants around the bay meant we ate somewhere different every night!

Need bigger lifts! Need an easier way to get down from the room to the beach if you have a pram. My husband had to carry our pram (with baby inside) up LOTS of steps within the hotel complex as the lifts don’t go all the way down

Had an excellent 3 night stay at the Mondrian for my best friend’s hen party. Stylish hotel, beautiful aesthetic, upmarket and all staff very friendly and accommodating. I emailed ahead of time to ask for the room to be decorated for my friend due to celebrating her impending wedding and they printed off Polaroids, provided a lovely cake, cava and balloons. Was worth the money and my friend really enjoyed the surprise. We had room service most nights, late night and was nice and quick service too. Our flight home wasn’t until late night and after a midday check out, we were offered a courtesy room ahead of our flight so we could shower and freshen up. Only minor detail was that the final bill had the room decoration charge on there, when I’d already paid for this ahead of time but I pointed this out and they rectified it immediately. Would 100% recommend and would stay again when coming to Ibiza.

Rooms are noisy and bed is uncomfortable

We recently spent a week at the Mondrian to attend my nephew’s wedding. On the whole I would say we enjoyed our stay but would not agree that it is a 5star hotel, more like a 4. The poolside music was also too loud and club like for us as an older couple. Our room was on the 12th floor & we had a partial sea view which was lovely and quite quiet apart from the occasional disturbance at night from other guests on the corridor. The hotel is clean but not spotless and housekeeping is good but not consistent. We had breakfast included in our package which we found on the whole to be very good quality, fresh and plentiful. The meet and greet could have been managed better with more staff. The restaurant staff were very friendly indeed and helpful especially Sandra and Ikre, not sure if spelt correctly?? The most outstanding member of staff for us was Davinia, part of the concierge team. She really went above and beyond to help and make us welcome, even sending a bottle of fizz up to our room to help celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary 🥂 Thank you again. The hotel is in a beautiful position in the bay of Cala Llonga offering stunning views of the beach and bay. The ferry also operates from just below the hotel at the back, which is very handy for daily trips.

We had the most incredible time at the Mondrian Ibiza. The incredible hospitality kicked off with Emma at Guest Relations and continued with Vivian at Conceirge, followed by the incredible team at Bungalow (pool) and Niko (sushi restaurant). My two sons (ages 10 & 6) are thinking about when we can return.

Just back from four wonderful days at the Mondrian Ibiza, and I honestly can’t fault a thing. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and exceeded expectations. We booked a sea view room — and wow, what a view! Waking up to those stunning sunrises was a real highlight of the trip. The room itself was fabulous: spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast each morning was a treat. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and there was a great variety to choose from. The French toast was a personal favourite — highly recommend! We spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool and treated ourselves to a Bali bed, which we absolutely loved. Lunch by the pool was perfect — fresh salads most days, and even some delicious sushi one afternoon. And of course, plenty of drinks… the iced latte each morning was the perfect start to the day. One evening, we headed into Ibiza Town, which was so easy thanks to the ferry right outside the hotel — just a 30-minute trip and very convenient. All in all, an amazing stay, and we’ve already booked to come back later in the season. Can’t wait!

We stayed at the Mondrian for the first time on our trip to sort out the finishing touches for our wedding! We had the most amazing stay from the get go, the team on reception were super welcoming and we were greated by concierge. Had a lovely chat where she took my number and immediately sent me recommendations she'd mentioned, activities they were running and beaches nearby we should explore! On the second day I was having my hair trial and she sent up a bottle of Cava and pods for expresso's as I'd made a joke about needing coffee when having any bubbles. Such a special stay in the most gorgeous hotel - can't wait to stay again in the future!!

The staff were incredible - so friendly and couldn’t do more for you. The pregnancy pillow they provided was exceptional and the bed/pillows were super comfortable. They cleaned daily, sometimes twice if you were out however we were often in so missed the turndown service.

The rooms are advertised as soundproof as they were far from it. We could hear entertainment outside (even though they made us aware when happening which is great), and everyone returning from night out in the corridor. I was woken up every night by someone and being pregnant, I really was after some good rest. The restaurants were quite disappointing too as we were looking forward to some Mexican food only to be charged 20EUR for a small bowl of guacamole and the menu was extremely limited. It only had 3 variations of tacos and 3 burgers but 1 of the taco flavours (the only veggie option) wasn't even available. The food was very expensive everywhere in the hotel and didn't live up to expectations sadly. I would definitely venture out to get food instead.

We stayed for a week at the Mondrian Ibiza with our 8-month-old daughter on her very first holiday, and we had such a brilliant stay. Before we arrived, I emailed to ask if a baby bath could be provided for our room. Elisabeth replied almost immediately and arranged everything for us. When we checked in, she had also organised a lovely bottle of cava in our room to celebrate our first holiday with our baby, which was such a thoughtful touch. Oscar helped us with our bags on arrival and was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. Housekeeping were fantastic throughout the week, always keeping amenities topped up and leaving plenty of bottled water for us twice a day. We also had a beautiful sea view, overlooking the sushi restaurant below, which made for lovely evening people-watching from the balcony once our baby was asleep. Breakfast each morning was delicious with a huge variety of fruit, cereals, pastries and hot buffet options. The breakfast staff were all so warm and welcoming every morning. There was also an excellent à la carte menu included at no extra charge if you wanted something different from the buffet. We spent many days relaxing by the pool and having one large sunbed between us worked perfectly with a baby. The pool was slightly on the cooler side, but we visited in May and I imagine it would be perfect during the hotter summer months. The pool service was excellent - you simply scan the QR code on your sun bed, order food and drinks, charge everything to your room, and it arrives incredibly quickly. We used this a lot throughout the week. Cala Llonga itself is absolutely beautiful and such a perfect, peaceful part of Ibiza for families. The beach is stunning, with incredibly turquoise, clear water that honestly looked like the Caribbean. There are plenty of lovely restaurants nearby and all the locals we met were so friendly - especially towards babies! Overall, we had the most wonderful trip and absolutely loved both Cala Llonga and the hotel. We genuinely couldn’t recommend it enough and would love to return again in the future.
