The suite was perfect. there wasn't anything we did not like.

The location is amazing. 1 minute walk to the main shopping area with private parking. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. I loved the slippers! I usually bring my own so it was nice that they were provided. The bed was very comfortable and the fireplace a lovely addition. It was a good size for solo travel or couple.

The only thing I didn’t like is the size of the shower in the Kate suite. The bathroom is a good size and very clean/well designed. The shower is just a little small when trying to wash your hair or move around. I was worried about the stairs after reading other reviews. However, it was truly nothing at all. This is pretty normal for older properties especially for travel around Europe. It was minimal effort in my opinion. I would have gladly helped other guests bring up bags if they needed. It is maybe 15 stairs.

Perfect location easy to explore the town good parking secure . All around a perfect place to be while visiting the region.

The bed in our room, Kate’s suite, was only a double size. It would have been better if a queen bed. Saying that, the bed was really comfortable.

Einzig das Bett / Bettwäsche war nicht ideal, da der Bezug (vermutlich Synthetik) nachts zu heiß und nicht atmungsaktiv war.

What a great location and a well appointed guest room. Parking was so convenient.

There was noise from the Harp Irish bar but not a deal breaker for us. Out of owners control that a school bus of people unloaded at 10 pm which was loud.

Very clean, perfect location. Had everything we needed. It was well equipped for a small space. The balcony was a bonus.

The noise from people going into the pub, but it was fine. Some other people may complain about that. We brought a fan with us so it blocked out the noise nicely.

The suite was very well appointed, quiet, exceptionally clean and we couldn't have asked for a better location right in the heart of NOTL but just off the main drag. Food, drinks and shopping were right there. The private parking was a bonus downtown. Everything seemed fairly new. A little hidden Oasis.

A very warm welcome from the cleaner who was just finishing up when we arrived! I needed to do some laundry and that was no problem and straight away helped me to get set up. A spotless clean property - so much room and so many extra little bits in the room to make it cosy. A truly gorgeous stay in a fantastic location right in the town and beside a lovely coffee shop. Free parking was great and comfy huge bed. 100% recommend to stay here!

Great location, easy access, and comfortable room. Plus the parking was really convenient.

The only issue we had is that the fridge had food from the previous occupants. However, it wasn’t an issue for us, just noting it.

We like the property is very accessible to all stores and restaurants! The place is superb ,cozy ,very secure and very clean ! Everything is perfect !

The location couldn't have been better - right off the main strip in Old Town Historical District. The room was easy to access with a key code, on-site parking, and really comfortable room.

Couldn't ask for an easier process for getting the codes for the building and room. Parking was fantastic, location is fantastic. And the little things count. Loved the slippers, water is the mini fridge, wine opener, tooth paste and tooth brushes were extremely appreciated as we forgot ours! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very clean suite. Spacious and comfortable. Full cooking facilities and very well appointed kitchen and dining facilities. Bathroom clean and again well appointed. Balcony was lovely. Unfortunately there was a request to not use the barbecue , given the weather was unseasonably warm for October this was a significant disappointment.

Lilibet Suite: The property and room was very clean. Very easy check-in with excellent communication from the owner. Close designated parking for each suite. Kitchen was stalked with everything needed and lots of linens and towels, etc. I would highly recommend staying here.

It was a very spacious room. More than we expected! Wish we could have used more of the amenities/facilities provided. We did not dine in enough. The terrace was beautiful!

The cost of the room was a little more than we would have liked to pay for a weekend.

Suites on King has a location that can't be beat. Our suite (the Diana) had a wonderful balcony, comfortable bed, and an excellent bathroom. The included parking lot space saves you from wasting time looking for a place to park in town - and you can walk easily to the theatres, shops, and restaurants (the Harp is 30 seconds from your door)! NOTE: If you have trouble with stairs, this in NOT the place for you - there is NO elevator, and it is a long flight of stairs up to all three suites!!

great unit, with ideal location in the heart of Niagara on the Lake. Steps to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocery store. unit was well equipped and clean. the terrace was an added bonus and a great location to enjoy a glass of local wine in the cool of the evening. would stay there again.

Very cute! Absolute perfect location for exploring historic NOTL. The place was very clean and even had toiletries provided- loved the toothbrushes! Only thing that was not the most ideal was the pullout bed was not actually a mattress but the couch pulled out and formed like a segmented platform. There’s a foam topper that definitely helped, but it was most comfortable for only one sleeper closest to the back of the couch.

Amazing suite in a super convenient location! Communication with property manager was timely and concise. I would definitely recommend this property.

I'd like to put a review up that this place is bad so that others dont book here....but honestly this place is amazing and we will definitely book here again.

A last minute stay and booking which proved to be the perfect location. Clean & comfortable. Close to Main Street. Check closely the check in details - parking is available at rear of property through the boom gate (no code required) which we didn’t realise. Would stay again.

What perfect location to indulge in all Niagara on The Lake has to offer. Walkable to both theatres as well as shopping, dining and a grocery store. Great room with all the comforts and charm of home. Well appointed and stocked.

It Is advertised as a 1 bedroom and sofa bed, the bed is not in a bedroom, the sofa bed is not actually a sofa bed and is very very uncomfortable, not typical of a standard sofa bed

Great stay

We loved this property. It was so much nicer than a hotel room. We stayed in the Diana Suite which gave us a balcony overlooking King Street. I enjoyed my morning cup of tea, sitting in the evening reading my book and watching the horse drawn carriages riding by. The room had so many nice amenities making our stay very enjoyable. It is within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. I will definitely book here again the next time I travel to Niagara on the Lake.

The suite was perfect for a short stay and has everything you might need and more! The bed and bedding is high quality and very comfortable. The bathroom with shower was spotless with lots of toiletries. Overall a very delightful space with higher quality dishes and finishes throughout. Would definitely recommend.

This property is absolutely fantastic! Always friendly and courteous service, amenities are always on point and easy check-in/out. Personally, I prefer the Diana with the front balcony. The Lillibet Suite is spacious, and has everything you need to enjoy your time in Niagara-On-The-Lake. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the bed is comfortable. The patio is large and inviting and even has a grill. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at your location. The room was quite comfortable. The only negative was the size of the shower... we are used to having more space to move about. We enjoyed leaving our car in your free parking lot and walking to the museum, to the shore, shops and restaurants.

Fabulous location, especially for the theatre if that's part of your visit. Neighbourhood great for walking around, lots of restaurants. So easy to check in. Lovely room, comfy bed. Will return!

The room was the smallest of the 3 suites but it ticked all the boxes. It was quiet, immaculate and comfortable, and just a few minutes to the downtown shops, restaurants and theatres. I particularly liked that the drinking water was supplied, along with a nice selection of sweets. We met our host and she was oh so nice. We also liked the coded entries - no keys to worry about.

The only downside is the long set of stairs to get up to the suite, all located on the 2nd floor, but we coped just fine.

The Suites on King is a great location for walking old town of NOTL. We enjoyed the area's offerings of restaurants, shops and the Lake park. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and had a delightful balcony for relaxing and people watching. We enjoyed the Irish Harp pub next door with its nightly events and friendly staff. We did music trivia on Tuesday night and watched a band on Thursday night. It was a nice end to our daily excursions around town. Wineries are a short drive away and having on site parking made it easy to leave and come back. I recommend this boutique hotel to anyone visiting the NOTL area. I could tell the hosts put much thought into making the room welcoming and pleasant.

We were delighted with our room, with large patio. Location is ideal. The host was very accomodating. Lots of attention to detail. We had a very enjoyable getaway and had everything we needed.

We visited the place for the weekend of Easter. This is our second time staying at the same place and we could not find anything bad to say about it. It is perfectly situated and a walking distance from wonderful food and shops. It is almost a homely stay with everything provided for. The beds are absolutely comfortable and the room which we had had a balcony overlooking the street and you could sit outside and have tea or coffee. It's such a lovely place. This is our go-to place from now on whenever we visit Niagara on the lake. Loved it!

(Lillibet Room) A gorgeous room located in spot central to food and shopping. Room was very clean, the bed spacious along with a full kitchen. Lots of extra touches including snacks. Easy to understand private parking and access instructions. The bar next door had its tent full but with the doors and windows shut we couldn't hear a thing. Couldn't use the balcony due to weather but it is still a great spot. Will definitely look to stay here again when we are back in Niagara-On-The-Lake.
