Reviewed Aug 5, 2026easy access of the transcanada highway. central in town between the popular general store and beach. Super friendly staff, and the cleanest hotel bathroom i have EVER seen. We stayed in a three bed room, which was great for our family. I have never seen a room with three beds, so that was a treat! I was concerned I'd be able to hear people who were outside using the bbqs and just hanging out, but i didn't, so that was nice!
bed was a little firm for my liking, but not lumpy or saggy.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026the CLEANEST bathroom I've ever seen at a hotel/motel. Absolutely glistening. Super friendly owner, nice to have three beds in a room option, and easy access to rooms. Large fridge/freezer for the room, and close to things like places to eat and the Wawa General store. We stayed on our drive from ON to AB, and stayed again on our way home.
The beds are a little firm for my preference, but not terrible. Honestly, that's my only 'fault'...and it's just preference!

Since it was on a main road it was bright. They had clips that kept the curtains shut but they should have something like velcro to stick the sides and bottom of window. Bring am eye mask. Only one night stand and my phone never charged

I expected at least a few bottles of drinking water to be provided in the room, but there were none. I stayed in a back room, where the noise from behind the property was relatively loud and disturbing. There was a large refrigerator in the room, which seemed unnecessary and made the room feel smaller and more cramped.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Very clean and comfortable property located in central Wawa. Room was a good size with a rustic northern cabin feel. Full size fridge was a nice touch. Check in was easy and the fellow checking us in was very friendly and helpful. Choice of a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The cookies in the morning and the chairs outside the door were nice touches.
Ash buckets beside the chairs took away a little from the relax setting with the old cigarette smell.
