L’emplacement, hôtel très bien situé, très pratique. La literie de très bonne qualité

Emplacement parfait, le loft était grand. Il y avait des machines à laver ce qui est pratique avec un enfant. La chambre était propre. c'est un bon endroit pour visiter le centre de Montréal.

Le lit pour enfant était franchement limite. Je préfère payer 10$ de plus et avoir un équipement confortable ! Une petite couverture et un petit coussin n'auraient pas été du luxe. Heureusement que nous avions pris une couverture pour le vol en avion ainsi qu'un coussin gonflable. Les enfants de deux ans aiment aussi dormir sur de bons matelas avec un coussin et une couverture ;-)

Gute Lage, großes Fenster für die Aussicht, sehr großzügiges Fenster. Küche mit allen benötigten Utensilien. Waschmaschine und waschtrockner im Zimmer für die die einen längeren Aufenthalt planen.

Property was conveniently located in the heart of Old Montreal, minutes away from the Old Port and other attractions including Notre Dame Basilica, Place d’Armes and Rue St. Paul. The room was clean and included everything we needed; the staff were very helpful. Public transportation was quite accessible (bus, Metro) as well.

Central location, but still quiet, very spacious and stylish room, all amenities in room were great (full kitchen, washing machine), comfortable bed. Would be ideal for anyone staying longer than a few days.

Bathtub drain leaked so could not use the bath. Limited coffee pods provided for the stay.

Excellent location, nicely decorated large rooms with kitchenettes and laundry. Loved the keyless entry, too. Good wifi.

Bathroom was very small and no shelf in the shower for personal products. Mattress could have been firmer.

Great location, very clean, simple check in. This hotel as ROKU TV, which I believe all hotels should have. It’s nice to have an updated entertainment system.

I would suggest buying actual duvet covers for the quilt. Having the duvet exposed (I don’t know if they are washed), isn’t the greatest feeling when sleeping.

Location, close to main attractions but still tucked in quiet corner street. Building and suite was well maintained and clean. I was struggling to get into lobby to put our luggage in luggage locker before check in hours, but Staff came right ahead to help us.

Full height window doors had stoppers but toddler hazard. He was able to open the window by himself and opening was fairly large for him to stick his head out.

Although we didn't need any extra of anything, it felt as if there were extra steep charges for things ordinarily provided with lodging.

No staff to check in? You need a dumb 'boarding 'pass' that requires using your phone and a pin every damn time. I booked a HOTEL not an airbnb. I had heavy bags and coming in from overseas. It's really not absurd to expect a hotel to have staff on hand to help you on arrival and during your stay. That's why I stay in hotels over airbnb. The 'boarding pass' of it all just left such a sour taste in my mouth. Their luggage storage capabilities are pathetic, just 4 skinny lockers that don't even fit one real suitcase. Oh and the temps are in FARENHEIT???? Literally only one country in the world uses that dumb system and you're forcing it on the rest of us? How on earth am I supposed to know what 70 degrees is without having to check my phone constantly. This is meant to be Canada not freaking America.

Location is perfect! A quiet street right in the centre of old Montréal. Very spacious apartment and well laid out. Nice and quiet during night and even during the day. The instructions were easy to follow, helpful if needed

The location is amazing, the staff are helpful, supportive, and nice. The apartments are large and very well furnished as described.

The view from some apartments is just the internal wall of the building, with some sky visible if you look up. Minor: The bathroom could benefit from a small separator between the shower and the other parts of the bathroom to avoid water flooding the entire bathroom while showering.

It was a very dark apartment with two windows into a light shaft and gray walls. Very disappointing!

The hotel is well located, in a cul de sac in the old part of Montreal. The apartment is exceptionally clean, spacious and beautifully appointed. The boarding pass is very helpful and the instructions for access are easy to follow. The bed is comfortable, and there is a big bathroom. The appliances are modern and very clean. I would not hesitate to recommend it to others or to stay here again.

The only suggestion for improvement would be to have an app for easy access to the boarding pass. Otherewise when we needed staff, they were most helpful and there was nothing we did not like. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a travel delay due to a cancelled flight and we couldn’t get a reimbursement for a missed night. I understand it’s the policy, but it was disappointing.

The property has a very good location (Downtown) , was very big and very clean with all amenities necessary for a wonderful and pleasant stay. Additionally, the staff was very nice.

Die Lage ist super - genau so wie die technische Ausstattung (Küchenblock, Waschmaschine, Trockner -. Der Boarding-Pass einfach und induktiv aufgebaut und formuliert, so dass auch wir als Senioren (beide 73 Jahre alt) wunderbar damit zurecht kamen. Kleinere Probleme wie eine flackernde Glühbirne) wurden sofort behoben. Sollten wir (2 deutsche Rentner) noch einmal wieder nach Montréal kommen, würden wir hier wieder einchecken wollen! Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

The whole on-line process was difficult, especially in trying to figure out how to park our car. When someone came out of the office to help all was fine. The people in the office were very nice and helpful. They shouldn't be hidden away!

Bed - it was awful. So lumpy, soft and completely sagging. I ended up sleeping on the couch and my husband was lying across the bed to try and be comfortable. Very expensive for a not very comfortable room. Bathroom could also do with more towel hooks/racks and another counter top for toiletries.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Room was spacious, very clean, well stocked with towels, etc. I was a bit nervous because there is no staffed reception but we had no issues at all. Loved having the fully appointed kitchen and the washer/dryer. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

TV doesn't have good program options

Loved the location in Old Town and the room itself was very charming with exposed wood beams and full kitchen including washer/dryer. Great space for eating in for breakfast. Self Check-in and Check-out was also extremely easy.

2 Nespresso pods for a 3 night stay for two persons was chintzy in my opinion.

The location of the hotel is excellent: it’s on a quiet street and provides a good base for visiting all of Vieux-Montréal on foot. We greatly appreciated the helpfulness of Phayssal. The apartment we had was very comfortable, spacious, with a well equipped kitchen and high quality bed. Check-in with the "boarding pass" code worked easily.

Two practical improvements are needed: 1) a plastic mat on the slippery shower floor; 2) electrical outlets should be installed next to each side of the bed.

Beautiful, modern room that felt brand new, in immaculate condition, with amenities (from coffee to tide pods)fully stocked. Coded entry was simple and flawless, our arrival couldn’t have been easier. Unbeatable spot in Old Montreal too: was seconds from Notre-Dame, quiet street, everything walkable, really puts you in the middle of it all but somehow feels quiet. My partner and I would come back without hesitation.

The room, facilities and Hotel staff member José were fantastic. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I would happily stay here for longer and adore the location.

Hmm, well we arrived a bit late and count ourselves lucky to have caught José on his way out. Be aware that the hotel desk hours are 9-6. Assistance is given virtually outside of those hours but during these hours might be preferred to a newcomer. Everything is done via your booking pass, if you choose to park at the hotel that will be a new booking. Now, this wouldn't normally be an issue if my connection wasn't spotty and if I knew that the parking had another entry code different from my hotel room. All was well after our short bout of confusion. I would probably not book another room with balcony as my view on the 5th floor was blue sky overhead and a concrete wall across from me. Next time Iifht try the 7th floor with balcony instead or the 4th for the space Please know the roof deck has its own code and is only open until 9:00pm. It's lovely please do enjoy it.

The location is fantastic! Beautiful, safe, walkable, and central to so many spots a person would want to visit. The interior is spacious, well appointed and super clean. The staff was amazing. The rooms are super quiet. Beds are very comfy. Washer/dryer helped a ton. The tub was amazing! Appliances were top notch.

Xtra charges proposed. I stayed 3 nights and for extra coffee or towels I would have to pay more which I don’t see why. If I only stay 1 night I would get 2 coffee per day but why can’t I get 2 coffee x3 as I pay the same amount for my room all 3 nights? If I changed the room every night, I would get those 2 coffees every day. Seems like not fair to people who stay longer than 1 night. I’m sure it’s not the only hotel doing it but I wanted to point that out

The apartment was spacious, clean, quiet and had fabulous amenities. Especially the washer and dryer. Excellent and convenient location in old Montreal. Grocery store about a 15 minute walk.

This is an apartment and runs like an Airbnb rather than a traditional hotel. There is no front desk and everything is done digitally. I had some questions which were answered promptly through the excellent offsite staff. The only short coming was the lack of a decent view. Otherwise excellent. The windows in the apartment M1 were small and a view of what looked like a parking exit. I’d stay here again but at apt on higher floor with views.

I liked how close it was to everything, and it gave you the option for parking (if you have a small car). The security for it was good too, having to have codes for all doors.

It did seem the sheets weren’t cleaned as well, as the mattress protector had some staining on it. The towels were plenty, but they are very thin and scratchy. I love coffee so only 4 pods for two people over 4 days wasn’t enough, but that just made us explore the coffee shops near us.

Penthouse blackout curtains didn’t “blackout” the outside lighting, especially the floodlights on the hotel itself. I expect outdoor noise being in a large metro, but not good soundproofing from the hallways into the bedroom (can here everyone coming and going from the other apartments)

Everything was perfect. The hotel is in the best possible location, close to everything. The staff are very professional and genuinely care about their guests. I loved the hotel’s mobile system. The apartment was stylish, spacious, and exceptionally clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

Het is, als je binnen gekomen bent na veel moeite, een prachtige kamer met alle faciliteiten.

De meest klantonvriendele en ingewikkelde incheckprocedure die ik ooit mee maakte. Het binnenkomen moet via een aanmeldingsprocedure die via e-mail/internet binnenkomt. Uiterst irritant! En praktisch onmogelijk bij een slechte of ontbrekende verbinding! De vooruit te betaling 'schade verzekeringspremie' is bizar en wordt pas duidelijk NA boeking en tijdens de incheckprocedure. 60 dollar voor 1 nacht! Geen antwoord van helpdesk als verzocht wordt om een vergissing te corrigeren.

Great location, new property, very good sized rooms and facilities. The staff on site were amazing, couldn’t do enough from check-in to checking out. Stored our luggage and helped with getting us a taxi to the airport. 10/10

We arrived very late due a flight change and there was no milk in the fridge plus only 2 coffee pods for the 4 nights. Not a major issue and certainly wouldn’t stop us from re-booking. The staff were amazing and when we spoke to them they said we should have just asked for more coffee!!! So our mistake!

Spacious, modern, comfortable. Fantastic location right in the cobblestone street area with Notre Dame one block away. I was surprised by the full kitchen amenities, the washer/dryer, and the sheer size of the room.

It would have been helpful to know before booking that the onsite parking is only for very compact cars. This was extremely well communicated after booking, in the “boarding pass” email, and multiple alternatives for parking were suggested.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und es war gut ausgestattet.

Es war eigentlich kein Hotel, da es keine Rezeption gab und man Check in und out online macht. Eher eine Art Airbnb.

It seemed like a nice quaint hotel.

I had a reservation for July 4th-5th. I did not expect to have such an issue with parking a car. When we were ready to check in around 5:00w we temporarily parked on a side street kiddy corner from the hotel. The lady at the front desk tried to explain how to reach the parking ramps. Because we are traveling from the USA we are not familiar with the roads and streets, she tried to explain how to get to the ramp and how to reach another ramp if that was full. When we left to start navigating the streets to get to the ramp we encountered roads that were barricaded and a city full of one ways and heavy street traffic. In the meantime we had to ask the street attendants to get help and move street barricades in order for us to get through. We ended up circling the same block several times due to construction closures. We knew it would be impossible to find the ramp because of the horrible traffic and pedestrians in the street and barricades we had no choice but to leave and return to the Hilton where we stayed the previous 2 nights and book there instead and forfeit or reservation.. You would think the hotel would have an attendant outside to help or assist on parking and sending guests multiple blocks away is not good practice.
