Great location in the heart of the old Town. Good range of basic facilities in the kitchen area.

Ground floor dual aspect room was noisy at night, and in early morning.

Quality decor with nice touches in the perfect location. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Liked being able to read on the rooftop patio.

I needed a place for one night and selected Maison Sainte-Therese for it's price and location. What a pleasant surprise! The room was great, the location unbeatable, and the rooftop terrace a nice little oasis.

Incredible location in the heart of the best bit of Montreal. Stress free check in and entry but still felt like there was someone on hand to help whenever you needed it. Apartment was super stylish too- loved everything about it.

Canapé lit peu confortable

Heel centraal. Leuke hippe kamers, goed bed, grote badkamer met heerlijke producten. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Je krijgt alle codes en ze zijn er niet permanent. Maar als ze aanwezig zijn zijn ze super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Handdoeken in de badkamer zijn dringend aan vervanging toe. Onze kamer lag direct aan de straat. Gelukkig was het maandag en was de bar er onder gesloten.

The location was great in the old town of Montreal. There were lots of restaurants near to the apartment. The check in was simple with all instructions provided.

There was a bit of noise from the bar nearby, as well as the other guests gathering in the hallway. The room is next to the main front door. Additionally, the bed was a little bit uncomfortable and could be improved for better sleep.

Super location right in the heart of the old port, but in a quiet spot. Apartment was extremely well equipped. Although reception was manned only during the day, the staff responded by WhatsApp very quickly to any questions. Good laundry room, very comfortable.

Location is right at the center, with easy access to lively streets and the port. Room was clean and comfy.

Although they had mentioned that the room would be noisy, I did not expect the level of noise. It was not just noise from the street; the music style was torture for my taste.

Came home one night to a random pool of water in the entryway. No idea where the water came from, as the rest of the room was dry. Also, at one point in the night, the power went out. I messaged the contact and they said they’d look into the issue but never got back to me.

Close to everything! everywhere we wanted to go was a walking distant. It rooms had a nice design and for a family of four was comfortable.

On a adoré notre séjour à Maison Sainte-Therese ! Très bon rapport qualité prix, l’emplacement est optimal, au cœur du Vieux Montréal. Appartement tout équipé et joliment meublé. Nous avons même pu profiter du toit terrasse très agréable. Croissants offerts le matin en bonus :)

The hotel was very safe and secure, and my room extremely clean and well-appointed as well as quiet. The staff were most hospitable, courteous, and well-informed. Due to a restricted diet, I was able to cook meals for myself with all the equipment necessary provided. The I-pad was set up with all the information any tourist would need, especially the transportation data such as bus timetables. The location was absolutely perfect for all the attractions in Old Montreal as well as easy access to Place des Arts and downtown via bus and/or metro. Thanks for making my Montreal visit so memorable!

The location was close to a Metro station, which made getting around convenient. I was hugely impressed by the small touches like umbrellas, a shoe tray, slippers, and a speaker to use. The croissants in the morning were a pleasant touch.

The location in old Montreal was perfect. You are literally steps away from shops, restaurants, pubs, the pier and Notre Dame. The room we stayed in was clean and quiet. The instructions to get into the building and room were clear and concise.

The outside storage of garbage from adjacent businesses is why I can’t give this location a good review, especially when the cost of the room is almost $400 a night. The room we were in only had one window and for our entire stay our view was to look at, as well as smell dirty garbage. The garbage is not in a container, it is in bags and the birds were ripping the bags apart and spreading it out. After 2 days of looking at it, I informed an employee and was told it would get addressed that day. It didn’t. I sent another text 2 days later asking why it hadn’t been cleaned up and was told the City of Montreal is moving to bi-weekly garbage pick up and they weren’t aware the change. Basically, the responsibility for clean up is the adjacent businesses and while that might be a legitimate thing, no one wants to pay that kind of money for a room and have to look at and smell dirty garbage for days on end while on vacation. If the outside of this place would have matched the inside, I can and did justify the cost, but it wasn’t. To say I was disappointed is an understatement and I wouldn’t recommend this place to stay at because of the garbage outside. Even if it had been in containers, that would have been more acceptable.

This place was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable and in a great location. My only complaint is that we did not receive instructions on how to check in so we had to call when we arrived however the person that we spoke with resolved this quickly.

Tuvimos un incidente con el lavavajillas y lo resolvieron satisfactoriamente. El staff es muy agradable y resolutivo nos facilitaron la estancia todo lo que pudieron. Además la ubicación es estupenda para caminar por el centro, el puerto viejo y el downtown o para coger transporte público.

No consiguieron coordinarse con Booking para hacer un ajuste en la reserva. Sin embargo facilitaron tanto la mudanza que no ha tenido importancia.

入住前10分鐘沒有即時收到自助check in 的信。我上官網找WhatsApp 聯絡資訊才找到人協助，這是唯一不開心的地方，如果要落實自助，應該要跟客人再三確定有沒有收到信件。

Easy to get in, the room was stylish and clean. Everything you need in the bathroom and kitchen is provided. It was also really handy having access to the laundry room. Personable communication - always someone to help you out if needed. Not too far to public transport and lots of dinner and drinks places nearby, as well as museums and other sights.

There were a couple of things I think the room we stayed in would benefit from in order to be more comfortable for a longish stay (more hooks for towels, that sort of thing). I've shared those with the hotel. There wasn't anything terrible at all! I think if you're 2 people and you're planning to stay a while and use your kitchen etc, you probably want to pay a bit more for one of the larger rooms. This was the smallest one I think, so that was my mistake.

They really thought of everything - so many lovely little touches. Beautiful interior design, location could not be bettered.

The only negative thing I could possibly mention was that the fridge was slightly noisy. However ear plugs were provided!
