Candlewood Suites Collingwood by IHG

There’s a breakfast??

If I had known about the breakfast

Very clean and comfortable place with a well-equipped kitchen, including cookware, dishes, a fridge, and a microwave. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

Nothing!

The staff have been absolutely amazing!! I had a hiccup which was easily solved by them ❤️ Then I got to my room and it’s beyond clean, beautiful and comfy!!!

Not a thing!!!

Lorraine was terrific at check in. The closet area & complimentary coffee in lobby were nice. The bathroom was very clean.

Bed was a bit soft. There were long black hairs on the floor around seating area.

It was very close to where I needed to be.

Everything was perfect.

Well landscaped. Clean rooms. Great bathrooms.

Pillows. Pillows were flat and had no support. They were clean.

The room was wonderful, so comfortable and beautifully designed & decorated, the kitchenette was a real bonus, one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. 10/10 We will definitely stay again

If I had to find something…..just a couple of minor things….would be a light in the closet area, also being only one chair meant that someone had to lounge on the bed, it was fine for us but may prove awkward for some guests.

The room was great, with the kitchenette, and also lots of room for our bikes! Excellent cleanliness and staff were very friendly and helpful!

Close and clean Great little king suite

A pleasant surprise at this price point, wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Everything was great!

Very helpful and friendly staff! Our Room was a lovely spotlessly clean and well equipped suite. Having self-serve hot drinks including hot chocolate was a very sweet and well used treat! I will absolutely stay at this hotel again!

The only thing that was disappointing was not having a pool but it was cold outside anyway! Since I enjoy a hot cup of tea, a kettle in our room would have added convenience. I suppose boiling water in the pot that was included was an option though. Everything else was above and beyond our expectations!

Friendly staff

Stove top

Need better towels

Free washing machine. Everything was very new. Full kitchen in bedroom.

Saw off leash dog roaming around.

breakfast is not provided, by the kitchen is helpful to make my own. Location is in a quiet area, and very close to everything needed

none

Room was clean and bed was comfy. That was all we needed. Check in was smooth and friendly. The small kitchenette would be handy for longer stays. It has everything you would need to cook your own meals.

Only one armchair in the room for 2 people.

Liked the location.

The small suite was extremely comfortable. The kitchenette really makes it feel homey. I could easily spend an extended period of time there. Very clean, very modern, well stocked and well maintained. The reclining armchair was a nice touch.

we booked a one-bedroom suite, that has a king size bed and a sofa bed and Ive specified that there will be 4 people ( 2 adults+ 2 kids).when I booked the room. However, the hotel didn't get a comforter for the sofa bed, and when we asked for it, the front desk said they don't have access to it… so we had to turn the room temperature up and my kids had to sleep without a comforter for 2 nights.

The holte was clean and spacious. Out room was just perfect for two people

Clean and newly renovated and easy to find

No breakfast service in the property

Everything was excellent ... staff was awesome

No restaurants or bars in immediate area ... but thats not your fault.

It was clean

No pool

Front desk very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and quiet.

Nothing.

Very clean and nice

quiet and clean

Location, new and comfortable

Cost and food was a long walk.

suite was well appointed

charging $5 for a small 8 oz bottle of water is insulting

The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean, well equipped and comfortable. It’s great having a kitchen!

Very nice room, and good price for the room. I had a full fridge with kitchen, two burner top, dishwasher and plates, and utensils. Bathroom was nice with walk in shower. The are was nice as well, and near restaurants.

Neues Hotel mit sehr guter Einrichtung. Auch das Zimmer ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Die Küche mit allem Nötigen bestückt. Sehr guter Kaffee in der Lobby erhältlich. Werden sicher wieder einmal hier her kommen. Grosser Parkplatz.

Excellent facility

All staff were amazing and friendly. Quick check in and check out.

Very nice, clean room. Kitchen facilities well stocked. Guest relations very welcoming. Highly recommend

Everything… location, staff, amenities

A five min drive to anywhere in town and 15 mins to the spa. This location is fabulous and the rooms were lovely and so clean.

Everything was great! The staff are lovely, the room had everything we needed, the kitchen is a great amenity. We loved our stay and we’ll be back!

Room was spacious and clean with great amenities. I will stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Was good. Nice to have a kitchen. Quiet rooms.

KITCHEN WAS WELL EQUIPPED BUT NO NEED ON THIS TRIP.

Very clean, large room. Friendly staff.

Staff was extremely friendly

We had a small, but very cozy room. It was well decorated and had a great large TV with streaming services and a super comfortable bed. We loved all of the amenities the room offered - the large fridge and kitchen, with lots of equipment and storage space which was so convenient! We loved to be able to prepare our food instead of having to eat out.

There were some cooking smells in the late evenings, which lasted for at least 2h each night. We had no idea where they were coming from and there was no way to air the room. So this was a little annoying. We spoke to the lady at the front desk, but she just said that others had complained about this too; she thought it was a default in the ventilation installations.

It was great

New hotel with great suites, very well appointed with amenities.

Clean. Quiet rooms.

Only one glitch that I can think to review, and it wasminor. The heat/AC thermostat did not seem to work. Therefore the fan came on periodically all night. Apart from that, the staff, location to the downtown, cleanliness. All top notch. Thank you!

Near walking paths. Very efficient place.

I was pleasantly surprised with the room. Very clean, everything where you'd expect it to be. Very comfortable. I wish I was staying longer!

The hotel is very clean the room was excellent. Very quiet. Having a kitchen was great too saved on going to a restarant brought my own food. Would definitely come back

Clean quiet modern room

That there wasn't a pool or gym... Other than that it was a great little stay!

First time here! What a nice place. The staff was friendly and the room was great. What unique idea of the shared little appliances like a crock pot. Location to restaurants was very helpful.

Clean quiet. Great stay.

Very neat and crisp finishes. Beautiful bedding and pillows. Nicely appointed room.

The power went off for 2 hours on Friday evening but that was not the hotel's issue. Easy access to Collingwood and staff gave great suggestions to our inquiries. Very nice accomodation. Would stay again if in the area.

My wife and i stayed here for the night after spending the day at Scandinavian spa. The bed was super comfy and the hotel was quite and super clean. Thanks to the staff for a great stay at a great price 👍

Felt very new and fresh. Great amenities in the room... very comfortable. Close to local shops, etc.

Candlewood Suites are ideal for us as we stayed there with our son and dog The accommodation is perfect and the suite had all we needed. This was our third stay and I expect to stay there again in the future.

Very well appointed rooms with a kitchenette.

No table and only 1 chair Phone didn’t work Heat was hard to control

Weird odour in our room the entire stay but overall it was great!

We really liked the central location of this hotel. You are not more than 20 minutes from Blue Mountain, Wasaga Beach, the Scenic caves, lots of trails and restaurants. The hotel was very clean and modern. The beds were very comfy too.

Room is an excellent size, well laid-out and well equipped. Having a mini-kitchen. Very convenient to both Collingwood and Wasaga Beach. Friendly and helpful staff.

Amazing stay…staff was very friendly and ensured our needs were met!
