The shower was unfortunately not very clean- it had mould on the floor and side walls. The water in the shower also tends to pool on the floor, perhaps drainage issue?

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Beautiful view and spacious room. Design and look us very nice considering the price of room.
TV, Dstv, netflix and nothing was working. Old model tv which couldn't even allow wifi connection or mirror for watching anything. Both shower and bath seperate spray head does not work. Staff around woke us up at 22h30 and were very loud around the room on outside which gave us a fright. Drainage on shower also not good as water ran out over tiles.

We had a problem with ants and because of the construction next to our room, we couldn’t sleep In as the noise was too loud but all in all, it didn’t ruin our stay.

I even has chats with the host at night cause he was reaching out to check if we were comfortable or needed anything else extra. I think that place should be 5 star. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The beatifull lake next our room. The beatifull birds songs in the morning. The clean roons and the attention to detail! We will be back 4sure!

I requested specific balloons for my partner but I guess they didn't find them. There were some renovations happening on site which caused some noise, especially in the morning .

Reviewed Oct 20, 2025The room was breath-taking, the facility very beautiful everything you see is as exactly as advertised luckily we witnessed a wedding which was really beautiful so the experience at the property was nice and we had a good time with privacy.
The location is far away from the shops, which makes it hard to self cater also there was no accommodating shops or restaurants around me and my wife we were looking forward to purchase a champagne bottle, the check-out time for the price was a little to high not to have a check out time of 11:00 or 12:00 cause other accommodations the check-out time is usually 11 or 12

Reviewed Sep 2, 2025The room was very clean and well equipped - at least on face value: - fast chargers for cell phones - microwave oven and air frier - work-top for working on a laptop - full DsTV suite The place was relatively quiet and clean.
Initial reception on arrival was poor - I had to wait 10 minutes at the gate before I could enter. Communication and reception is faceless and impersonal - comms only on WhatsApp, no real human interface. Gas was not checked - had to shower cold one morning. Room and decor offers very cold and clinical atmosphere - not a place to linger or relax. Although well equipped on face value, the offerings were poorly executed: - fast chargers cannot charge a phone beyond 45% - work-top was too narrow to put a laptop on - so I could not work int he room - poor ventilation - no ceiling fan or AC - so mosquitos were a problem when sleeping - no workspace in the "kitchenette" - so microwave and air frier had no real value - getting a cup or plate out of the small, narrow kitchen cupboard was quite difficult. - so self-catering is not an option...

Reviewed May 18, 2025I loved everything from the location of the place to the how clean and beautiful the rooms are, it’s a very quiet place with a beautiful view of the lake. The host was so friendly and welcoming, made checking in easy. Also the fact that uber eats delivers
It’s a very cold place cause of the lake, the heater they had was working but it wasn’t too strong, however they had very warm clean blankets

There were a lot of ants , could barely leave a glass or dish with something in it . So they could get some pest control.
