There were cocroaches in the bathroom and the made me feel uncomfortable had to use my shoes to kill them but could not clean them and reported to the reception in the morning Room 209 There was also the noise of evacuation alarm at 6:am had to wake up and ask the reception what's wrong then they said the smoke from shower was detected then alarms went on

We were visiting my wife's family, so were there only at night, which we knew would happen, and was fine. The hotel is conveniently close to a major shopping mall. The one complaint we had (with the toilet seat slipping out of its holding bracket on one side) we notified staff in the morning, and when we came back that evening, it had been repaid properly, so no complaints there.

There was no electricity in Benoni. The back up power ran out. There was no power at all for more than 16 hours.

The floors were filthy with white stains The was load shedding and the back up power was switched off on day 2 so we couldn’t charge our electronics nor use the wife.
