Gill is an amazing kind hearted host, gave us ideas on what to do and prime restaurants to explore. Friendly staff and efficient service. Delicious breakfast. Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Das Seaforth Country House hat uns sehr gefallen! Unser Cottage war riesig mit zwei separaten Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer - perfekt für eine Familie! Das ganze Cottage war sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, so dass man sich auf Anhieb wohl fühlte. Auch die Terrasse mit dem kleinen Sitzplatz und Sicht auf den Garten war wunderschön. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker. Schade, dass wir nicht länger bleiben konnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Between the cereals, fresh fruit and breads, and the cooked breakfast (I'm veggie, so scrambled eggs, tomatoes one day, mushrooms the next), I was full up until dinner! The hosts (and their dogs) create a beautiful 'home from home' energy (if my home were this nicely decorated!), and were incredibly welcoming, going out of their way. The view and greenery from the breakfast deck is stunning. I was pleasantly surprised that it was pretty peaceful despite being close to the highway. Hope to be back!

op zondag is er luide live muziek van anglicaanse kerk in de buurt.

Das Anwesen ist sehr gut bewacht. Die überaus freundlichen Inhaber und auch die Mitarbeiter kümmern sich sehr um ihre Gäste.. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse ist phantastisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wat een prachtig terrein, mooie moestuin, ontbijt op een magische plek. Je krijgt ontbijt vanuit de moestuin en de tafel werd met zorg gedekt. Leuk om Ballito te ontdekken en de host gaf goede tips voor de omgeving! Het voelt echt alsof hier met hart en ziel met veel trots geleefd en gewerkt wordt. We zijn fan.

The breakfast was excellent, and sharing it together felt just like being part of a normal family. The place is quiet, with lots of big trees, which I loved the most, and the flowers were amazing. The breakfast was great, but I wish they had variety instead of the same thing every morning. I loved that we got to enjoy fresh fruits from their garden.. Definitely worth coming back.

And were given a tour of the very interesting house and garden. Our rooms were very spacious and tastefully furnished.As we needed to make an early departure of the following day, Leslie organised for us to have breakfast at 7:30. A big thank you to the staff for making this possible for us! ❤️ our only regret was that we were unable to stay longer but have definitely made a note for a future visit to the area!

Reviewed Dec 19, 2025The property was quiet. The rooms were uniquely decorated and beautiful. I loved the farmhouse rustic aesthetic of the kitchen and high ceilings. We were provided with more than enough privacy and space. The property is close to many activities and shopping centres so we were spoiled for choice on what to do and where to eat. We often struggle with finding accommodation that’s suitable for the whole family but this was truly perfect. Our children were able to safely play outside and out on the garden.

Ein tolles altes Haus mit einem kleinen Hofbetrieb, einem wunderbaren Pool und einer sehr freundlichen Gastgeberin. Wer hier das Haar in der Suppe finden möchte, muss lange, lange suchen. Komme wieder, das ist sicher.
