B&B HOTEL London Heathrow

Nice hotel, good location for various purposes, friendly staff (special thanks to Hasan at the front desk). Everything was good, clean and easy.

The room was clean and a good size and there were a few options for getting to the terminal

Rooms were nice and clean. Bathroom was clean, but had a step in shower, a bit more difficult for the senior customer. The breakfast was okay, and included some hot options.

Walk in showers, not many people take tub baths anymore and the walk in shower is much more convenient. It is nice to have some NON-pork or beef options on the breakfast meats.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, easy check in process and good location for a 1 night layover out of London Heathrow. Bus station is directly in front of the lobby

Room wasn’t clean when we checked in, dirty towel in the bathroom and the room just felt a bit dirty overall. Solid 1 night stay for the value.

I was there for a week and there was no option to get my room cleaned during that week. I also asked for some gluten free bread on my first day with breakfast. The bread had mould on it.

We had a great stay at the hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and smelled fresh with no unpleasant odors. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, making our stay even more comfortable. The staff, especially Hassan and Dwark, were very accommodating, helpful, and attentive. They granted all our requests and took immediate action whenever we needed assistance. Frontline staff, especially in hotels, should always have a warm smile and pleasant attitude. Hassan and Dwark are great examples-friendly, welcoming, and always ready yo help. The bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the hotel, which made getting around very easy. The value for money was just right, and we were very satisfied with our stay. We will definitely stay here again! 😊 Highly recommended!

Having stated at a B&B Hotel elsewhere, I was surprised to find that the one at Heathrow had a small restaurant attached. The menu was limited but sufficient, prices reasonable, food more than acceptable and served quickly. All ideal for a 'pit stop' before or after a flight and with regular shuttle available. Best of all, it was very clean and comfortable with great rates for an airport hotel.

It is situated approximately mid way between T 2-3 & T5 but the shuttle only runs to /from T5. It is not really much of a drama but if heavily laden, elderly or travelling with children, may make the added disadvantage of needing to transit via the underground a little difficult.

Great location if you are travelling out of Heathrow airport.

Bad wirkte etwas abgenutzt, aber nicht dreckig. Es gab Seifenhalter, die nichtmehr benötigt wurden, die jedoch immernoch an der Wand am Waschbecken und der Duschwanne montiert sind. Auch die Abdichtung des Wannenglases war nicht mehr fest und daher auch nicht dicht.

Leaking toilet and very squeaky bathroom door in our room. Prior stays in other rooms did not have these issues.

Es lief alles recht unkompliziert - und ich war schon sehr genervt, wegen des ausgefallenen Fluges. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr nett. Zimmer und Bad sind schön groß, das Bett bequem.

Very quiet considering so close to flight path

Room was decent sized and reasonable priced. Staff were friendly. Even though it is close to the airport you couldn't heart the planes. For the price we paid it was just what we needed.

Beds weren't very comfy. There were childrens cards left in the bed from previous occupants. Shower head was faulty and no bath plug to be able to have a bath. Self check in is very long winded, was asking for all guests details, no option to select 'same as'. Got woken up really early from staff creating loud bangs, unsure what was causing it (deliveries?). Was aware that there was a charge for parking, however if you have a large car you may struggle to get into the car park. Very narrow entrance. (Inform reception if you do as when we checked out they did say they had alternative spaces).

Convenient and practical for our purpose (overnight stay with our dog). Super friendly and helpful staff.

Great, simple, practical! Kind staff, good breakfast buffet! I stayed there with my two kids and they loved it too. The 24h reception is very useful! We arrived late in the night at the airport and the taxis didn’t want to take us (I think they wanted longer trips). So we ordered an uber and it brought us to the hotel comfortably in 12 min for GBP31.

Parcheggio carissimo, si è praticamente obbligati a parcheggiare da loro visto che nel paese non esistono parcheggi liberi.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful especially the male receptionist. The room was clean, comfortable and very suitable for our needs. The hotel was easy to get to from the airport and to our final wedding party destination. We would use the hotel for our base again if ever we return.

Earlier check in was expensive given it is only 3 hours earlier but …

The bedroom window doesn't open which I like to do at night. However it might be noisy from planes if it did and it was nice and quiet.

Check in unkompliziert, Frühstück war okay, Parkplatz kostete 15£.

Klimaanlage hat im Zimmer nicht funktioniert, es war extrem stickig und heiß (25,5 Grad Celsius). Ein anderes Zimmer konnte uns nicht gegeben werden, wir haben nur einen Ventilator als Kompensation bekommen. Fenster konnten um zu lüften nicht geöffnet werden.

Family Room is good, it has bunk bed that is strong and safe.

The AC smells and they don't have Refrigerator (They said the room doesn't have it). they don't have a phone so if you have question you should go to the reception which mostly you need to wait for.

Got to hotel in evening - somewhat confusing self check in- difficult to find confirmation # on my booking.com to enter to the kiosk. other than that, all was really good.

Hotel hoppa shuttle very expensive. Reception not welcoming. No working soap in both shower and hand basin. No bar fridge. Asked for a plate and knife to cut up fruit-was told I'd have to go downstairs and collect it (after a long trip). Was told nobody available to bring it up. Very poor service.

The hotel is at the outskirts, so the locations is pretty quiet and peaceful. Its really near to Terminal 5, so it was easily accessible. The staff was really sweet to me. The lobby area of the hotel was also well maintained. The room I stayed in was nice too, very clean, neat and spacious, just like how it is shown in the pictures. Overall the stay was very comfortable. I didn't have the breakfast from the hotel. Because I felt it was a bit expensive. But otherwise I enjoyed staying at the hotel. Thank you.

They said there was air con but it didn't work. I asked the hotel to turn it up and they said they would but instead k spent the whole night sweating without any sleep. After requesting a partial refund I was ignored.

Parking seems a bit overpriced. Breakfast would have been significantly cheaper at the airport and in retrospect I would not have has breakfast at the hotel. The carpets in the hallways are in rough shape and should be cleaned or replaced.

Service is not warm. The room is not clean at all. The toilet paper is watered and the towels are not clean. We lost a battery charger in the room but so difficult to get it back. This is a place I will not recommend.

This was the 3rd time staying at the hotel. I was greeted by a a happy receptionist who got me booked straight in. I had one of their local beers and something to eat in the eating area, the food was nice, hot and served fairly quickly. The room was comfortable and clean and the air conditioning was already on which was a bonus.

The 2 times I previously stayed, I don't recall having to pay for my on site parking, this time I had to pay £15 for the night, still cheap considering Heathrow charged me £15.50 for just over 1/2 hour when picking up my son the following day.

First night, no hot water in the shower but the staff kindly changed our room the following day.

The gentlemen who checked us in was super friendly and extra helpful in helping us sort out transport to the airport. The room was very comfortable for our needs.

I liked the accommodation for allowing us to check in first thing in the morning after our plane ride and letting us have a late check out for only 20 pounds additional. Also, Front Desk staff was super nice and helpful. Also liked that there was an easy breakfast to grab.

Whenever I come they have either heating or cooling issues. Once i was there in winter and there was no heating, room was too cold and nowadays in summer it's too hot . Air con doesn't work.

Super Lage zum Flughafen. Einfacher Check-In. Topisolierung, kaum Flughafengeräusche.

Wenngleich irgendwann mal renoviert, alles etwas abgewohnt und halbsauber. Zimmer riechen teilweise noch nach rauch. Natürlich durch Flughafennähe viel Bewegung auf den Gängen, auch in den frühesten Morgenstunden.

I only stayed because I had an early flight from LHR. Therefore, I didn't really use the facilities and left earlier than breakfast is served. Still, the room was modern and cute with sunset views and the city bus that goes to LHR is directly in front of the hotel. Bus travel is less than 10 minutes from Terminal 5.

The little details. Blackout curtain was dirty on the wall facing side, faucet in bathroom moved a lot etc.

The customer service of the manager resolving a booking issue I had. He was so warm and welcoming and this made me decide to cisit again. The hotel room is so lovely with all amenities for convenience. The location is top, with close proximity to the airport. Thank you so much
