The price to be more affordable
Breakfast was limited, no mushrooms or hash browns
Excellent services
Everything was great
The rooms were a good size, clean and well maintained.
Lack of on site parking.
The staff were so professional and polite they were all very helpful and full of fun
Poor facilities we didn’t get what we paid for. Disappointing
Spacious clean room
Parking and check-in were under the name of a different hotel. Breakfast had a poor selection and was out of cutlery, glasses, places to sit and a lot of the food options
Like the spacious rooms
The breakfast was very basic and the breakfast area was very cramped, we were bumping into fellow guests. There weren't enough staff to clean the tables or even greet us at the entrance of the restaurant to lead us to a vacant table. The television system was not working during the whole stay. We were even unable to stream music or programmes
The noise in the room was so bad, it was something linked to the A/C and it was going on even after switching it off You need to go to reception to tell them to make up the room and it needs to be before 10 am The breakfast restaurant can get filled up easily and no decent place to sit for breakfast
Breakfast was delicious, loved the fruits stand. The staff was amazing.
Wanted more variety on the the English breakfast such as hash browns and mushrooms.
Nice little hotel. Near tain station and shops. Good transport links.
Nobody to take your luggage to checkout, you had to take your own luggage ro your room. Reception staff did not go out of their way to help you make your stay pleasant. Breakfast was the same everyday, not much option. Rundown area, no nice restaurant nearby. Basic hotel.
Proximity to Windsor and the rooms were lovely
Hotel is located in a large roundabout with only 2 parking bays. Had to find off site parking which didn’t feel particularly secure. Food was very basic and over priced
Staff
There is no space available directly in front of the hotel entrance for pick-up or drop-off.

I would like to take a moment to recognise two outstanding members of staff, Jess and Moses, who genuinely made a difference to our stay. I was staying at the hotel with my family, and from the very beginning, Jess and Moses were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. What stood out most to me was their attitude. They were always smiling, approachable and happy to speak to us in such a warm and respectful manner. It might sound like a small thing, but it really isn’t. When you’re away with your family, having staff who greet you with a genuine smile, speak to you kindly and make you feel welcome can completely change your experience. Their positive attitude made us feel valued as guests and honestly added so much to our trip. You can tell when someone is simply doing their job and when someone genuinely cares about the experience they give to others. Jess and Moses clearly care, and it shows. They are both a real credit to the hotel and deserve to be recognised for the excellent service they provide. Thank you, Jess and Moses.
Nice welcome at reception, very comfortable room with kitchenette, good Beds (also extra bed), clean and modern
Parking ca 300m away with no supervision (in case you travel with a fully packed car you better remove all valuables over night). Breakfast was not matching our expectations and doesn’t fit to the very nice rooms - poor choice, often empty, staff struggling with refill. I recommend to book without breakfast and search for breakfast outside the hotel.
Gut gepflegtes Haus mit schönem Restaurant (indisch) Großes Zimmer u Bad, ideal für einen Menschen mit Behinderung Parkplätze für MmB im Innenhof
The staff were amazing. We had extremely good care and the room is one of the cleanest we have ever seen at any travel destination thanks to Anna Maria Z. She clearly put in time and effort to ensure our family had the best experience possible and made everything as clean as possible to the point we would feel that we are the first ever guests in the room.
Quite location Good atmosphere Room size very nice Good value Very clean All services is available
I am a Marriott Titanium member and decided to stay here for my relocation back to the UK from the US as it is like an apartment, When I arrived there is no parking outside the front, not even a lay-by to drop off cases but after a call was told they have a place at the rear I could use, which was nice as I had 4 large cases and needed somewhere to unload. Arrived in to front desk and staff were friendly and share with Moxey which is fine. I got a one bedroom apartment and room comes with microwave/grill dishwasher and 2 induction hob. No oven. Room was nice and roomy and all I needed, I called maintenance once and there were super quick and friendly and one of the best I have had anywhere I have stayed. Went up for the breakfast and that unfortunately to me has let the place down as I am here for a month and exactly the same food every day not one substitution, not even the loaf of you cut. This sort of hotel is made for long stays and not just 1 or 2 nights so if your looking to stay longer than a weekend will get tiring. I did bring this up to the food and beverage operations manger who’s attitude was it is what it is and this is corporate, which is odd as others around the world I have stayed in do rotate things, to me it seems a way to save on money. On weekends they do run out of food quite a bit and takes time to replace as I think they are understaffed. I am writing this now having breakfast and can hear customers complaining about no food out as all gone and no plates or bowles. Laundry is free which is great and you need your own detergent which is fine and a big Tescos a short work for food and groceries. I am here for another 3 weeks and seeing anything improves for breakfast but not holding my breath.
very clean and comfortable fantastic staff
spacious, relaxing, great staff and overall amazing fit for purpose.
we went to breakfast and found a (faily big) spider in the beans, we informed the staff and they didnt seem to be overly bothered even after showing the spider.
Everything met my expectations
Nothing
Modern, clean and well managed
Nothing
When we arrived and went into our room all looked good. Then my partner noticed poo on the toilet button that flushes it we called downstairs nice guy came and cleaned it, then awe where told our ac would be reset and sorted when we came back from London when we came back it wasn't, we then tried to move rooms to one with ac as I am athsmatic and unable to breathe with bearly any air from window, there where no more rooms so we where stuck. It was my girlfriends birthday and our anniversary and ii was so upset that we where unable to have a drink and have fun in our room or get a good night's sleep, it was too hot we did go to reception but he confirmed there was nothing he could do until next day when a manager comes in. Then in the morning we went for breakfast which I paid for i asked for vegan sausages and the lady said we cant have them, we dont eat pork and it was 940 so pickings where slim she said it would tske 30 mins to cook sausage to its to late but I explained we dont eat pork etc she then walked of and was shouting about plus in the kitchen with other members of staff, I told her her behaviour was unacceptable and she continued to speak to me like I was being unreasonable and not understanding. I just really am unhappy with everything, 3 different people we went to and they where great but was unable to fo anything. I have 100% wasted my money and it wasn't a special night as I planned. The hotel said I can have a full refund but it would need to be done via booking.com his name was sabatiao. Please refund me asap
I had a lovely stay at the Mariott Residence Inn. The room was very pleasant, big, with a comfortable bed, a desk, a sofa and a well equipped kitchen. It was absolutely spotless and quiet, despite being on a busy street. But the best was the welcome at reception. I was very kindly greeted by Anv and Christian, who went out of their way to make sure I knew my way around the hotel and to help me with a small issue I faced. They would always welcome me back with a smile and took the trouble to learn my name. Thank you very much, Anv and Chrisitan, all my best and hope to see you next time I come!
wonderful informal multi generational space where fun is encouraged and the staff are happy. really great place.
location sucks cause its slough.
Perfect location, clean and spacious; really good value for money!
Nothing really it was spot on.

We chose to stay in Slough because of its convenient proximity to Oxford and Heathrow, and the Residence Inn Slough was the perfect choice. We found the location excellent, being within walking distance of the train station and a large Tesco store. Additionally, the one-bedroom studio we stayed in was very nice. I especially want to highlight the exceptional service we received on the morning of our departure. We had to leave very early to catch a flight, and it was raining heavily at 5:00 am. The receptionist on duty, Kam, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Kam assisted us in ordering an Uber and arranged for the car to meet us in the courtyard so we would not get wet while loading our luggage. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture.
All the staff were excellent, from check in, housekeeping and restaurant. Very well designed self catering room. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen facilities. Highly recommend for fast access to Heathrow Airport.
A guest set off the fire alarm at 3.30am while making toast in their room! Evacuation well managed by hotel staff.
The room was great! Hotel very cool
The parking, real issue for me, arriving after 8.30pm so was dark etc. Reception did sebd someone to get me but the morning was hard work to get someone to take me to my car.
Good amount of space
Always seem to be given a disabled access room with booking. Car park is quite a walk away and hard to locate. Check in was in the moxy - chaotic and noisey
The rooms were amazing and also the facilities.
I appreciated the small kitchen. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was pleasantly soft! I also liked the efficient air conditioning, which brought fresh air into the room. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.
Soundproofing could be better. I could hear people talking in the room next door. Traffic can be heard clearly from Wellington Street, especially the constant emergency vehicles. In the mornings, housekeeping caused noise in the surrounding rooms. Slough is not a particularly pleasant environment, which is why I didn't go out alone after dark.
Room was nice
They’ve charged me for a meal that my wife paid for in the restaurant on my debit card
There was a good drinks selection available in the reception whilst we were told our pre payed room was not available.
Arrived at 1am after a long journey only to be told there was no room available because the hotel had overbooked. What made it worse was that they clearly had hours to inform me beforehand and process a refund, yet they allowed me to arrive in the middle of the night with nowhere to stay. The only option offered was to take it up with Booking.com or drive 20 minutes to another hotel. Very poor customer service and unacceptable handling of the situation.

Fabulous room and facilities. Spotlessly clean.
Room and hotel was great. Spacious, clean and cosy.
Town center looked a bit unsafe at night, but this not a hotel problem.
Good service and great experience. Room was well cleaned and arranged. Amazing job by Anna Maria. The lady at the reception was also very friendly and helpful.
Spacious studio with Kitchenette.
Perfect, location, room, free breakfast, free parking nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
None.
The room, customer service and location
The same breakfast everyday
Great location and easy parking . Lovely hot tub and good communication with host .
Great room with added amenities va normal hotel rooms. Very clean and spacious. Great rooftop bar.
I recently stayed at the Residence Inn Slough and wanted to specifically recognize a member of the staff there, Kurt. During my extended stay, I spent time at the on-site restaurant, Jim’s Restaurant (on the 9th floor with a good view), as well as the Moxy bar and lounge downstairs, where Kurt works across both. Over the course of my stay, his consistency and professionalism really stood out. He is incredibly friendly and approachable, always taking the time to have a genuine conversation while still staying on top of everything around him. He clearly knows what he’s doing and does a great job managing the flow of the shift, all while keeping the bar and dining areas exceptionally clean, organized, and welcoming. It became something I looked forward to when stopping in to eat and or just have drinks, interacting with Kurt. His level of service made a noticeable difference during my extended stay. If you’re visiting, I highly recommend stopping by for both a good meal, drinks, and the excellent service that is provided. Thanks, Kurt! Hope to see you again next time I’m there!
Super clean and modern with friendly staff.
The breakfast was just okay, not bad but not great.
Spot on Everything just as it should be
The staff at Marriott Residence Inn Slough have been exceptional in making sure my room is always in good condition and ready for me to carry on with my days. Susan has gone above and beyond in making me feel like home. Thanks
Extended stay. Friendly and professional staff. Had to extend my stay, and Karen was able to keep me in the same room.
Huge rooms and great location to the train station. A little confusing with the two hotels in one building so the branding could be better but handled well by the staff
Breakfast. Couldn’t make a fried egg for some reason?? Probably wouldn’t have mentioned the rest of the chef could cook a fried egg. No beans or tomato or hash browns. Veggie sausage had to be especially made
Fijn ontbijt, Fijne, grote en schone kamer met keuken, en een heerlijk verblijf.
Niets
Spacious rooms and so many amenities , very good staff, very clean, very promt service, very good and neat rooms, very good view, absolutely nothing to fault!
Only one cleaner changed our bed sheets and really cleaned the room when it was her shift. The others did not.
Great team, very clean

I am staying for almost a month here. I’m very happy with the cleaning service. Manpreet did an excellent job ⭐️. My room was spotless and well organized. Highly recommended 👏
I found the whole expeirience very satisfactory, the rooms were top class, staff were wonderful.
The location wasnt great for walking or dining out.
Czysty, komfortowy pokój.
Brak uwag.
Location near tesco and station
Seperate parking, felt insecure.
Great value, excellent amenities. Close to Legoland

Very good rooms comfortable
No problems
Location Good view The kitchen was a +++
The noisy exhaust Staff could be more courteous
I really enjoyed the room, on the 5th floor but the place is vast and so many interconnecting rooms and doors to navigate. Check in is in the restaurant which the only functioning front door to the area and breakfast is served on the top floor with its amazing, far reaching views. The room was absolutely spotless, the bed was super comfortable but the things that would elevate it is better food in Moxys, a better breakfast including cold water and a bigger area to serve it on. The streets around the hotel are colourful! Parking for my boyfriend in his high topped van was also interesting. There basically isn’t any parking with high topped vans in the whole of Slough! Stressful! I would say my stay was 3.5 but Ana Maria, our cleaner and comfy soft furnishing bumped it up. Receptionist Kam was also smiley and lovely.
Overall experience is really good. Thank you Ana Maria Z for our room setup… We really liked the decoration.
What looked like dried dog poo found next to the children’s bed. No idea if these are dog friendly rooms or not but either way it’s not ideal to be finding faeces on the floor of your room after it should have been prepared after the last occupants.
Lovely size room, comfortable bed, great kitchen facilities in the room, nice and quiet. Clean room and bathroom. Food was very good. Polite and helpful staff.
Shower was quite weak. Parking situation isn't great.
Really nice big room Friendly and helpful staff
The location… The car park being away from the hotel The breakfast wasn’t great and two busy
Clean, comfortable, quiet

Huge rooms. Everything is new, shiny and clean. Near a nice group of restaurants and shops for lots of great food options. I used the kitchen which was great to have available. Laundry onsite was super easy. Would stay here again when needing to be in the area (was a business trip). Staff were all helpful and friendly. Thank you Ana Maria Z.
Great hotel in Slough-stylish and comfortable! Shout out to the night front desk staff (Kam, Kenton, and Sam) who were especially patient and helpful!
Comfortable great decor very close to Lego land and other attractions.
