La habitación queda dentro de un restaurante, sales de la habitación y hay comensales afuera, la habitación no tenía ventanas y la cama y las almohadas regulares, la zona si es muy linda

The room and staff were great! I felt very comfortable and safe traveling solo staying here and will stay here again in the future. Very walkable to all of the popular areas.

I paid for two rooms, when we arrived one of the rooms didn't have a towel, the other room's bathroom was completely dirty, the bathtub was dirty, we also left a bag of things I had bought and when I returned to my room after the walk I found it open and with fewer things.

The staff was super friendly and the room was fine. However, the Internet was down for the three days that I was there, which meant I was not able to do important work on my computer that I had been counting on.

Buena ubicación, limpio, personal atento, el desayuno incluido muy rico; el restaurante muy bonito! Recomendado!

This place was fine. The people in the cute bar check you in and they weren’t super attentive. I got confused about which room was mine and ended up hoisting my suitcase up a very narrow staircase unnecessarily. The bedrooms are right next to the kitchen. The door only opened from inside the room with a key and the key was extremely tight and had to be opened just so, turning door knob and key same way I got locked in at one point which was a little scary and the guys that worked there were not super sympathetic about why being locked in a windowless room in a strange city while people working in the kitchen make jokes about someone being atrapado might be unsettling.

If you’re looking for just a room to stay at this place is great if you’re looking for more of an experience or trying to find a place that’s quiet this is not ideal. Rooms center around the restaurant outdoor courtyard so there is music but overall it was a good experience- check in took a little bit long, but rest was great.

Había mucho ruido porque la cocina estaba a lado de la habitación que rentamos y teníamos que pasar por en medio de la gente para entrar a la habitación

La experiencia no fue nada grata, no pude cambiarme puesto que los hospedajes ya eran muy costosos en la zona y ya no podia moverme siendo que iba por negocios. Dormi, literal a lado de la cocina, no se menciona nada de esto en sus descripciones, las habitaciones a lado del restaurante, ruidoso sin agua caliente etc, etc, etc,

Un lugar bonito, muy cerca del centro de convenciones, en general bien...

Nothing spectacular - functional

First of all, the name of the hotel is not what is advertised therefore no one can find it. The room lock and faucet had to be replaced when we arrived. There is no hot water and when I asked, I was told that hot water is not needed in Cartagena. Pathetic! Breakfast is served from 8-10am too late for tourists like us who arrange early tours. It should be earlier as breakfast was part of the reason we chose this hotel. There were no blankets on the bed, just sheets. When I asked for one, I was told they didn’t have any. And the worst part was the manager, Alexandra. She said she would wait for us to arrive on a late international flight, but when we arrived in the neighborhood, she failed to answer the phone to give us directions so we had to rent another hotel on our first night. When I fronted her, she lied about it and never apologized. She is not an asset to the hotel! That is certain. However, the rest of the staff were very kind and accommodating.

Had a room with no window , right next to the kitchen. Not pleasant. Room got smelly, and our clothes smelt after two days. The kitchen bin was right outside our door. Staff were ok. Nice cold water available. Breakfast was on the tight side. No variety and no flexibility at all.

Apesar de ter considerado uma nota boa para a estadia como um todo, faço uma resalva com relação ao barulho entorno do quarto, pois fica ao lado da cozinha do estabelecimento comercial que tem mais estrutura e venda para Bar. Assim como, poderia ter pelo menos agua climatizada para banho. No mais, o atendimento do Cesar e Time foi impecável!!

this property is close to everything great location, however it’s a house with a courtyard and an active restaurant so the noise level is high 7-11pm where people are literally right outside your room door. Great place staff are attentive, rooms are abit small.

I was not aware it was not a hotel. The room was next to the kitchen and the first night the room was full of flies. There was no fridge. The room was fine. The staff were super friendly and encouraging me to practice my español. The owners were accommodating after there was water damage to the room. We liked the area as it was truly within the walled city. The restaurant El Besos had a unique menu and the staff again was awesome with selections.

Absolutely lovely accomodation in the hip Getsemani area. It is in an old house, the rooms are clean and good (most important: they have AC!!). The restaurant (El Beso) is fabulous (try the shrimp kofte!), the breakfast is basic (egg dish arepas, coffee, juice) but I did not need more. The owners are absolutely lovely. Just be aware of two things: 1) No hot water in the shower - no problem for me due to the hot temperatures; 2) It can get noisy during restaurant opening hours (~10pm) but I always bring ear plugs when travelling. Also, if you have problems with stairs- the upper level rooms can only be reached via a narrow staircase. But for me an absolutely great accomodation in Cartagena! Would come back!

The room I stayed in was on the ground floor right next to the restaurant…like literally opened my door into the restaurant where diners were eating and the kitchen. It was super loud and very overstimulating all day long - I think that any neurodivergent person would have a really tough time staying there.

En realidad no es un hotel, es un restaurante y rentan habitaciones. No tienen agua caliente, hay olores nada agradables que salen de las cañerías de los baños. Las escaleras para subir a las habitaciones son incómodas y peligrosas.

The staff was excellent. They had great recommendations on local events. Also, the location is perfect for nightlife! In a great area of the art district.

Breakfast was poorly. Service people were loud. We stayed in a room next to the kitchen.. couldn’t rest well.

Not very senior friendly facilities, and the same breakfast every day. The location is excelent though

Atendimento excelente. Nos permitiram antecipar o check-in sem custos adicionais, atendentes muito atencioso, havia garrafa de agua no quarto, que era reabastecida de acordo com a nossa solicitação. Café da manhã ok. Um ponto negativo para mim foi o chuveiro com agua gelada.

A televisão não funcionou e nem o cofre.

Great location

This is a great place to stay in a wonderful neighborhood that is lively, walkable, and very safe. The only downside was the noise at night, but everything else was absolutely wonderful.

Our room was small but comfy. Restaurant downstairs from room was one of the best. Food and especially spicy margaritas were soooo good. The only thing I would change is maybee they could provide extra comforters for room can get cold at night. Thanks for a good stay we definitely recomened this hotel close to all the hot spots.

La propiedad está conservada, tiene los servicios básicos, el desayuno es rico. El personal es muy amable.

We stayed with Casa Be Getsemani for three nights and had a wonderful time. The boutique hotel has only a handful of well appointed rooms, meaning their staff are able to be super attentive. The in house restaurant was the best food we had in Cartagena, so be sure to spend an evening dining with them. Everything was clean, safe, and hugely convenient to get around Getsemani and the old town. We will certainly be back!!

This small hotel is such a gem! It is walking distance from just about everything - the neighborhood is safe & vibrant. The rooms are tiny and we couldn’t figure out how to work the TV and there is no hot water but the overall experience was a great one. There is a small restaurant attached to the hotel with AMAZING food and drink options. The staff was also wonderful and very helpful. 10/10 would recommend and go back.

Recomendable y muy bien ubicada dentro del barrio de Getsemani, permite visitar a pie todos los lugares de interesde historicos de la ciudad. El desayuno incluido muy bueno y elemental para comenzar el día. El personal muy amable y acogedor. Gracias a todos.
