Un hôtel que je recommande vivement ! L’emplacement est vraiment top : au calme, tout en étant à moins de 5 minutes à pied des restaurants, des bars et des boutiques. Le stationnement est également très facile tout autour de l’hôtel. Le personnel est exceptionnellement sympathique, souriant et attentionné, que ce soit à l’accueil, au petit-déjeuner ou pour le service des chambres. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour votre gentillesse ! Et surtout, une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. 🌊☀️ Nous avons passé un très beau séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Le seul petit bémol concerne parfois quelques oublis au niveau du linge de salle de bain, notamment les tapis de bain qui n’étaient pas toujours présents. Mais franchement, rien de bien important au regard de la qualité générale du séjour et la taille de la salle de bain un peu petite une personne forte ne rentre pas dans la douche

Struttura centrale ad Hersonissos, con ristoranti di ogni tipo sul lungo mare e negozi per lo shopping e prodotti tipici. Per chi vuole prenotare auto o escursioni appena usciti dall hotel ci sono i gabbiotti per ogni tipo di informazione. Struttura pulita, cambio asciugamani e camera igenizzata tutti i giorni.. balconcino con vista mare spazioso e accogliente con tavolini e sedie. La colazione abbastanza ricca sia per italiani che per persone estere. Il personale è cordiale e sempre disponibile per ogni domanda o esigenza.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - blisko centrum, ale w spokojnej okolicy. W pokojach czysto i bardzo życzliwy personel. Piękny widok podczas śniadań.

Wybraliśmy pokuj z widokiem na atrium, jednak nie spodziewaliśmy się tego że nie będzie w nim okna. Po zgaszeniu światła w pokoju było całkowicie ciemno bez względu pory dnia- zero światła dziennego co było nieco przytłaczające. Łazienka bardzo mała - woda z przyszycia lała się na całe pomieszczenie. Śniadania nieco monotonne.

Size of shower, toilet too close to shower unit and most of all no wardrobe do had to live at of our suitcase as not enough space to put clothes. Breakfast was not good.

Ανακαινισμένο, όμορφα διακοσμημένο με πολύ ωραία θέα τα δωμάτια στη θάλασσα. Το προσωπικό πραγματικά ευγενέστατο. Τα δωμάτια σχετικά άνετα, το μπάνιο πολύ ωραίο. Διέθετε κρασί για κέρασμα και κάψουλες καφέ. Επίσης πολύ όμορφη θέα η αίθουσα του πρωινού.

Το δωμάτιο όταν φτάσαμε δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα καθαρό. Υπήρχε λεκές στο στρώμα. Το ανεμιστηρακι στο μπάνιο δε λειτουργούσε. Πολύ μικρή ποικιλία στο πρωινό, και όλα πολύ κρύα. Αυτό ήταν απογοητευτικό.

Le personnel est véritablement aux petits soins, et nous tenons particulièrement à souligner leur efficacité et leur réactivité ! L’emplacement est parfait et l’hôtel est très intimiste, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Il y a peu de monde, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement d’une expérience calme et de qualité. Nous avons notamment eu un souci avec la climatisation en pleine nuit, vers 2h du matin. Nous en avons informé le personnel dès le matin et, dès le midi, la climatisation avait été entièrement remplacée. Une réactivité vraiment appréciable ! Le petit déjeuner est également très agréable, dans un cadre mignon et chaleureux. Nous devions partir très tôt le dernier jour et, après les en avoir informés, le personnel nous a gentiment préparé des box afin que nous puissions tout de même profiter de notre petit déjeuner. Une attention qui nous a beaucoup touchés. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et surtout son efficacité. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons vivement cet hôtel !

das Frühstück wird ziemlich spät serviert, erst ab 8:30 Uhr, an Ausflugstagen muss man auf Frühstück verzichten und es unterwegs kaufen; die Kaffeemaschine im Frühstücksrsum war sehr schlecht, es gab nur den schlechten löslichen Kaffee.

Die Lage zum Meer und zu einem kleinen steinigen Strand ist super. Das Personal ist sehr sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit und versuchen alle Anliegen Schnellesten auch persönlich zu beheben. Sehr schön. Bezahlung und Service war alles problemlos.

Die Zimmer haben wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Hotel liegt am Rande einer touristischen Partyhochburg mit vielen angetrunken Menschen, die gerne bis tief in die Nacht zu lauter Musik aus den Clubs und Bars feiern. Tagsüber eher verschlafen zum Wochenende ein belebter Ort mit vielen Geschäften für Touristen. Ein Mietwagen ist sinnvoll um auch die bergige Umgebung zu besuchen. Parkplatz sind in den engen Straßen schwer zu finden, ratsam ist es einen der großen kostenlosen Parkplätze aufzusuchen.

Ottima posizione! Centrale ma abbastanza tranquilla! Leggermente spostata dalla zona più caotica dei locali . Potevi tranquillamente andare al mare nella spiaggetta sottostante l’hotel!

Le stanze anche se carine, veramente minimal e molto piccole! Con pochissimi arredi . Noi eravamo al secondo piano con balcone vista mare!

Очень приятный персонал. Заселили на 2 часа раньше. В номере была кофемашина, чайник, чай, кофе, бутылка воды. Чисто, уютно. Около отеля столики и стулья, можно посмотреть на море. Завтрак на открытой крыше, вид красивый.

Рядом негде купаться, везде камни и волны, приходится идти на маленький кусочек грязного пляжа.

Breakfast could have been of better quality with the cooked items being prepared in smaller quantity but more often. Pool just a plunge pool.

Die einzigen zwei Pluspunkte: Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut (der Strandzugang liegt direkt über der Straße) und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Team vor Ort kann nichts für diese Missstände – die Hotelleitung hingegen sollte sich schämen, Gästen so etwas anzubieten. Nie wieder

Dieses Hotel war leider ein kompletter Reinfall und wir können vor einer Buchung nur abraten. Die im Internet gezeigten Fotos entsprechen absolut nicht der Realität – hier wird mit geschönten Bildern getäuscht! Der angepriesene „Pool“ ist ein Witz und gleicht eher einer größeren Badewanne. Selbst an einfachsten Basics wie Hotelschlappen wird hier gespart.Das Hotel ist extrem hellhörig. Wir hatten das Pech, sehr laute Nachbarn über uns zu haben, und die mangelhafte Bauweise hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir jedes einzelne Geräusch ertragen mussten. An Schlaf oder Erholung war überhaupt nicht zu denken.Der Zustand des Zimmers und des Bads ist eine Frechheit: In der Duschkabine wuchert Schimmel. Zudem ist das Badezimmer eine totale Fehlkonstruktion – wenn man auf der Kloschüssel sitzt, stößt das linke Knie zwangsläufig gegen den Toilettenpapierhalter, weil alles viel zu eng ist.Ein absolutes No-Go in puncto Sicherheit: Der Safe im Zimmer war nicht einmal befestigt! Man hätte den Tresor samt Inhalt einfach so heraustragen können. Von einer sicheren Aufbewahrung der Wertsachen kann hier keine Rede sein.

Sinceramente la pulizia poteva essere migliorata, per essere un hotel 4 stelle, gli asciugamani erano consumati e grigi. La colazione ricca ma starei più attenta alla pulizia.

Great location, friendly and attentive staff, and an excellent breakfast. The charming courtyard with its small swimming pool creates a relaxing atmosphere. A wonderful place for both a short getaway and a longer stay.

The location is ideal in a quiet part of the resort and within easy walking distance of the bars, restaurants and beaches. The hotel is small with great sea views in the rooms on the front of the building. The bedrooms are well decorated with good fixtures and nice bathroom with powerful shower. A balcony works well for views of the sea. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The dining room for breakfast is disappointing and the breakfast could do with rethinking. Make sure you are in for breakfast early as it was not replenished.

I was very thoughtful about booking this hotel. As there wasn't many recent reviews. I am so glad I booked it. The room was amazing had everything you need, nice shower, a coffee machine and kettle. We didn't book sea view but had a lovely balcony facing the pool. It does not have many facilities and the pool is very small but as we were not staying in all day . It was perfect. It was beyond spotless and great big comfortable beds. It's in the middle of all restaurants and shops and at the same time peaceful. Would recommend 100%. Staff are amazingly helpful and so polite.

There is nothing I can fault about this hotel

Perfekt läge vid stranden men lugnt på dagarna och kvällarna. Lätt att gå dit saker händer. Personalen var mycket trevlig, hjälpsam och lätt tillgänglig. Fräscha, moderna rum med allt man behöver.

Das Hotel ist sauber und es hat alles, was man braucht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist unschlagbar.

Das Hotel wird in der 4 Sterne Kategorie angeboten, ist nach mitteleuropäischen Standards aber eher 3 Sterne. Das sollte man beachten. Grundsätzlich ist aber alles okay und sauber. Das Frühstück dürfte ein wenig abwechslungsreicher sein (Süsses und Joghurt ist gut).

Het zwembad viel wel klein uit maar met alle mogelijkheden in de buurt was dit geen probleem, verder niets aan te merken

Понравилось шикарное расположение отеля. Рядом все есть, но при этом тихо. Бары, рестораны и пляжи - все в пешей доступности. Очень вкусный завтрак, где каждый найдет что-то подходящее для себя. Невероятная чистота и приятный аромат в отеле. Очень внимательный и классный персонал.

Posizione fronte mare ,vicino ai locali e ristoranti, ottima perché subito sulla passeggiata lungo mare , ma silenziosa per riposare,stanze molto confortevoli e pulite dotate di tutto il necessario, personale cordiale e molto gentile,siamo stati molto bene.

Tolle Lage direkt am Meer, gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Unterkunft. Die kleinen Städte in den Bergen sind super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mega Aussicht beim Frühstück.

At the beginning of Kristi's welcome, we already felt at home. We took a room facing the sea, very important, just go out onto the balcony and you are on the sea. Strategic location close to everything, but in a quiet spot. The pool is very small but when there is a beach who needs a pool. Good breakfast. And excellent service from all the staff who are always happy to help with a smile on their faces… We will definitely be back

Het was prima. Goede locatie, behulpzaam personeel. Kamer was wel aan de kleinere kant.

Ga wel tijdig ontbijten, want richting het laatste uur is er vrij weinig brood meer over.

Süßes kleines Hotel. Super Lage mit einem tollen Ausblick aus dem Frühstücksraum im 3 Stock. Würde ich für einen Kurztripp immer wieder buchen...

Jammern auf hohem Niveau Ich war im 3ten Stock. Das Zimmer liegt neben dem Frühstücksraum und durch die Vorbereitungen wurde ich leider früh geweckt...kein Drama

Just about everything! The location is fantastic! The beach is 20 meters away and there is an excellent fish restaurant 50 meters from the door. Most importantly, the staff is super friendly and helpful! The breakfast is ample and very good too. We had one of the premium rooms with balcony facing the sea.

A little more storage space would have been nice but certainly not a big problem.

Πραγματικά δεν έχω λόγια για την εξυπηρέτηση! Δεν έχω ξανά συναντήσει κάτι τέτοιο! Ευγένεια, καλή διάθεση και πρόθεση να κάνουν την διαμονή μας αξέχαστη. Κλείστε οπωσδήποτε δωμάτιο με θέα την θάλασσα αλλιώς απολαύστε αυτή την θέα από τον χώρο του πρωινού. Ηταν πραγματικά υπέροχα όλα.

Entsprach nicht der Beschreibung von...Bar, Restaurant, Wassersportangebot ( Saison) KEIN PLATZ (Türhaken..)für Ablage, Kleidung /Koffer, kein Nachttisch( Lade/Lampe)..für 2 Nächte wär es toll gewesen, für länger?? Frustrierend

The breakfast was good and people like vegans also will be satisfied with food choice. The seaside view from the breakfast hall is amazing. Hotel location on the sea promenade is excellent. Staff is very helpful and polite. Room served with a cofee machine and a tea cattle.

Propose that breakfast in hotel will be available from 7.30a.m. The breakfast at 8.30 is too late for guests who choose any of excursions around the Crete. Excursion busses pick-up people from 7.45 a.m. on a walking distance about 5 min. from the hotel. The breakfast boxes offered by the hotel isn't the best choice for travelers (jam or honey, bread with cheese & sausage slices, juice.

Patiko vieta. Patiko labai administratorės, bufeto darbuotoja taip pat ir kambarių tvarkytojos. Visos buvo labai malonios:)

Patiko viskas, išskyrus kad kambario duše nėra ventiliacijos ir labai jautėsi visada drėgme. Nakti labai burbuliavo garsiai baseinas.

Надзвичайно чистий та охайний готель, номер, ресторан. Привітний уважний персонал. В моєму номері була простора ванна кімната та балкон-тераса із шезлонгом. В номері гарне освітлення, є стіл, що дуже зручно, якщо потрібно попрацювати. Сніданок дуже смачний з достатнім вибором (овочі, фрукти, сік, йогурт, сири, гарячі страви, хлібо-булочні вироби, кава, чай та інше). Зручне розташування готелю. На мою думку в готелі комфортно усе. Дякую! Впевнена, що оберу це місце знову.

Μόνο το οτι μυριζε όμορφα ο χώρος και η κυρία που ήταν υπεύθυνη για το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετική.

Καταρχάς είμαστε Ελληνες και οταν γυρίσαμε στο δωμάτιο το βράδυ να χαλαρώσουμε λίγο στην τηλεόραση δεν υπήρχαν Ελληνικά κανάλια παρά μόνο 9 ξένα. Ζητήσαμε να μας συντονίσουν την τηλεόραση στα ελληνικά και μας είπαν οτι δεν γίνεται γιατί θα "φάνε" πρόστιμο. Δεν ανέφεραν τίποτα όμως για αυτό στην περιγραφή των δωματίων. Υπήρχαν πολλά σημεία σκουριασμένα σε διάφορα έπιπλα-κάγκελα-μπάνιο. Η τουαλέτα ήταν τόσο μικρή που ένας ευτραφής ανθρωπος σίγουρα δεν χωράει. O εξαερισμός στο μπάνιο δεν λειτουργούσε. Τα κρεβάτια δεν ήταν καθόλου άνετα,Τα μαξιλάρια άθλια. Οταν άλλαξαν τα σεντόνια το κατωσέντονο δεν το άλλαξαν καν. Η πόρτα κάτω λειτουργεί με κωδικό μετά τις δέκα το βράδυ που κλείνει η ρεσεψιον αλλά παρόλα αυτά επειδή δοκιμάσαμε έμπαινε όποιος ήθελε εύκολα χωρίς κωδικό. Η ρεσεψιον που υποτίθεται έκλεινε στις 22:00 από τις 21:30 ηταν κλειστή. Γενικά ήταν μεγάλη απογοήτευση το ξενοδοχείο αυτο.
