Na 4 dagen in een luxe resort te zijn geweest, de laatste dag ervoor gekozen om hier heen te gaan. En nu pas had ik het gevoel echt in griekenland te zijn. Echt heel authentisch en super aardige mensen. Super leuk ingericht en ik voelde me helemaal thuis. Het personeel was super behulpzaam en gaf ons tips en hielp ons met verschillende dingen. En als wijnkenner kan ik zeggen dat de wijn die ze ons serveerden heerlijk was .

Alles was goed.

We absolutely loved Erofili! ❤️ Erofili is a truly authentic place in the heart of Hersonissos — clean, cozy and full of that special Cretan atmosphere. The apartments have everything you need: comfortable rooms, fresh linen, a well-equipped kitchen, fridge, and a beautiful balcony. And the balcony… honestly, you won’t want to leave it in the evenings. 🌅 The location is perfect. The beach is literally 100–150 meters away, with plenty of different options in both directions. Along the coast you’ll find cafés, restaurants, cocktails and everything you could possibly want for a perfect holiday. But all of this is only part of what makes Erofili special. The people are the real treasure. ❤️ Nikos, Klaudiana, Despina and the whole team are incredibly warm, kind and genuinely caring. They helped us organize a beautiful surprise for our daughter’s 19th birthday and supported us with everything — restaurants, transfers, buses, beaches and places worth visiting. And every time we met, they welcomed us like old friends. One small thing to keep in mind: Hersonissos is lively and very popular, especially in the evenings. There can be quite a lot of taxis and tourists, and sometimes it gets noisy. For us, this was simply part of the atmosphere of such a vibrant place. Some people and some places come into our lives by chance — and somehow stay there forever. Everything is excellent: the treatment, the service, and the cleanliness.

And nothing.

From the minute we checked in, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The apartment was clean and spacious and had all necessary facilities for cooking and cleaning. There is a great view of the mountain from the balcony. The location is great, right next to supermarkets and the main tourist street.

Great location, clean place

Lokatie was top. Eigenaar was heel aardig.

Lite redskap i köket. Kranen var svår i badrummet.

Location was good . A/ C good . Shower good .

Too many stairs . Room nothing like pictures . Noisy area . Bed uncomfortable after a couple of days . No Kettle .

I really liked the atmosphere in the whole object. This location was just perfect, close to the main coast and main street. Service was incredible and everyone were super kind. I can only recommend it to everyone.

Sometimes too loudy neighbours, so I guess walls aren't very thick.

Size of the room

Shower very bad, kitchen also bad. Very very old and poor furniture.

Great location: the beach, restaurants, and shops were all within a short walking distance, yet the street itself was quiet. A large shaded balcony with a direct view of the mountains. At night, there was a beautiful view of the illuminated houses in the mountain villages. Friendly and helpful hosts. A complimentary bottle of white wine provided by the accommodation.

The kitchenette could have used a bit more cleaning, and there was no frying pan available; we bought one ourselves and left it for future guests. The water pressure on the top floor is very low in the evenings, but it is still manageable.

Les logements ne ressemble pas exactement au charme que dégage les photos mais la chambre était vraiment suffisante. Personnel incroyable ! Toujours pleins de conseil et au petit soins. Facile de se garer même si la voiture nous a été très inutile. Emplacement parfait !

Très très vétuste pas entretenu, ne vaut pas le tarif par rapport à la communication sur le site Booking.com (voir photos) Salle de bain d'une autre époque avec une lumière qui clignote que j'ai du réparer, et plein d'autres choses délabrées. il est dis un jardin c'est plutôt un terrain abandonné. Le petit déjeuner est à prendre dans un bar à 300m au lieu de café jus d'orange et croissants, on a eu café ou jus d'orange pain après un moment on nous sert une assiette avec une saucisse industrielle, des fayot en boite ... Appartement très bruyant

Central location, friendly staff, clean rooms, however not enough space or equipment for cooking if you were planning to self cater. Room had air con which was a nice extra as the days were very warm. Would definitely stay again, nothing fancy but if all you are looking for is a base of operations and somewhere to sleep.

The owners were very kind and made us very welcome! The room was big, quiet and clean. The only thing bad to say was the kitchen stove. It was VERY slow, making breakfast with it was almost impossible.

We booked this accommodation last minute with TUI holidays and I feel I must review. The apartment was spacious, functional and comfortable and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants we were very impressed. This may not be modern or top notch, however the facilities are great, with all you need for a relaxing holiday.

Appartamento essenziale…. niente di che. Qualche problemino ma il personale si è attivato subito per porre rimedio. Struttura in posizione strategica per muoversi e a due passi dal centro. Il personale molto disponibile e affabile.

Il bagno non proprio ottimale. Connessione Internet che cadeva ogni 2 minuti. Un po’ troppo rumorose, le stanze affacciavano sulla via di passaggio per il centro…la sera si doveva dormire con le finestre chiuse per il troppo rumore.

Big room. Lots of outdoor space to sit out of the sun. A bottle of wine and water on arrival.

The bathroom was small and pokey. The shower was tiny and part of the glass door was missing covered with a curtain which did not stop water going onto the floor. There was no way to hang the shower head up so had to be held which was awkward. The blanket on the bed was horrible synthetic and looked really old. I did not want it in the bed.

Accommodatie zat op een goede plek in het centrum. We konden op het laatste moment hier terecht omdat het app dat we geboekt hadden waterschade had. Personeel heeft ons hartelijk ontvangen.

Er was het een en ander stuk maar dit werd snel opgepakt en gerepareerd.

-Posizione OTTIMA per il centro di Hersonissos. In 2 minuti a piedi si è nella via più affollata dove ci sono locali, bar e negozi. -Staff molto gentile e sempre disponibile, con un regalo di benvenuto (vino più acqua). -Il letto un po' basso ma comodo -Aria condizionata molto buona e balcone per prendere aria. -Noi abbiamo portato da casa le nostre lenzuola ma in caso le cambiano a metà settimana, così come gli asciugamani. -Tutto sommato per una settimana va anche bene...

-Struttura molto sporca con schizzi e macchie sui cuscini e in bagno, le posate incrostate e insetti nelle lampade. -Struttura vecchia e alcune cose un po' rotte: la porta del bagno non si apriva interamente, l'asse del wc era spostata e la doccia non era ben sigillata (perciò si allaga tutto). -La cucina non è molto attrezzata: vi è solo un pentolino piccolo e una padella (spremi-agrumi e tostapane non usati). -Non si può buttare la carta igienica nel wc perché altrimenti si intasa (obbligo in tutta l'isola perché le fognature sono scarse).

Mijn dochters wouden lekker stappen in Cherso. Een hotel geboekt voor hele gezin, voor 1 nacht. Locatie was daarvoor echt perfect. Mensen zijn super aardig, leuk ontvangst. Bedden en airco aan vervanging toe. Redelijk schoon. Voor ons prima, 1 nacht middenin het uitgaansfeest ;-)

Bedden kunnen beter. Airco oud, maar werkte wel.

Only one out if the two AC was working. We asked the service desk and they said it would get cooler. The outside room AC was blowing and not cool air. My daughters could not sleep.

Unfriendly staff, bad wifi, no kitchen equipment and the air conditioning was working poorly. The location is right by the taxi area so noisy from morning to evening. No view and not very clean. We stayed here for four nights and will never come back for sure.

I love this hotel every time, the rooms are simple but have everything you need and the location is perfect for people who like to do everything by walk

We really enjoyed the location of our hotel (plenty of locals, taverns and beaches). Also the breakfast place was really good (too much food maybe, but with excellent quality ). AC worked perfectly!

The bathroom wasn't perfectly built (the drain was kind of broken and the shower didn't have a screen in order to block the water out of the shower). The breakfast place was a bit far from the appartment. We needed to go somewhere else to work during our stay and the distance together with the late opening time didn't allow us to enjoy the breakfast as much as we wanted.

The only good thing about this apartment is location.

Apartment was very very dirty. I had to clean it by myself. Also I’m going to contact customers service, becouse there was a man who filmed as at night. From his window only thing he could see was our window. I started to scream to my husband that there is a man who is filming. So that man immediately closed the window and we heard that he left room. And I don’t think that he is a guest, becouse all the other rooms in bilding was free. Also, from his window he could see us sleeping in bed.

Great location, pleasant reception and a free bottle of wine with water in the room on arrival. Very long balcony that connects both bedrooms. Free car park nearby

The Hydro Shower as advertised didn’t function and was very tired. The bedroom door handle was not attached. We could have been locked in the bedroom if I had closed the door firmly. Neighbouring room used a speaker to play loud Rod Stewart music on the balcony until 2.30am. I contacted reception via the provided WhatsApp phone numbers to no response but the messages were shown delivered. The mattresses are very firm but the pillows ok. The single curtain barely covered the patio doors. Overall price matches the expectations In the cupboard above the bathroom somebody had disposed of a large 30 tray of actual eggs and an empty can of larger dated 2019. This didn’t affect my stay but made me smile

The apartment was excellent, offering clean sheets and towels after a few days. We were also provided with a bottle of wine and two bottles of water. It was quiet, and the hosts were pleasent. The apartment's location is ideal, close to beaches, restaurants, and clubs. I highly recommend the Mythos restaurant directly across from the apartment for its great food and hosts. If you're seeking a well-priced, well-located apartment in Hersonissos for your vacation, I would strongly recommend Erofili Apartments.

It was a wonderful stay in these apartments, in the heart of the city. Perfect size rooms with beautiful mountain views. The owner of the apartments is nice and helpful. I highly recommend!

Personale molto disponibile e gentile, purtroppo però la camera che ci è stata assegnata non era quella che abbiamo prenotato (bensì una molto più piccola e scomoda); inoltre per una settimana non siamo riuscite a dormire in quanto gli altri ospiti della struttura erano maleducatissimi e dalle 3 alle 7 del mattino sbattevano porte e finestre con tanto di musica a palla fuori dalla nostra finestra, ci siamo quindi sentite poco sicure (essendo tre donne) Per quanto riguarda la zona poco sicura e molto molto rumorosa Mi spiace dover dare un giudizio negativo perché appunto il personale della struttura è stato molto disponibile con noi e molto gentile, purtroppo però non ci siamo trovate poi bene nel complesso

Everything was great

The owner and staff were very accommodating and hospitable. Superb location central and accessible to all my needs specially best local restaurants and white sand beach 9 minutes walk with lots of activities to explore.

The other apartments where occupied by young drunken guys that made a lot of noise all night long up to 7 a.m. It was impossible to sleep.

It was very clean and service was very good. had a fun trip, probs to the host!

Photos very misleading indeed !! Very poor equipment in kitchen. Kettle was sat on safe box in bedroom ,bathroom light socket off wall ,toilet lid broken and dangerous, cooker could not be swished off one day so inoperable after, Was assured we would have high floor and single beds .Ended up after a move to another apartment on ground floor by a very busy road with one bed in small kitchen. Don't know how to put photos on but have got them for sure.

Lovely host Nikis. Big spacious, old fashioned, budget, comfortable apartments with balcony. Simple kitchen facilities worked. Close to beach but not noisy.

Very friendly staff, great location and really large and comfy beds. The apartment is spacious which is very convenient during a beach holiday. Really good value! I will definitely stay again.

Booked a very big apartment.

The beach was super close to the apartment. Supermarkets, restaurant and bars just in few steps away. The hosts was very very kind.

Don't recommend for families, because of the noise of the nightlife.

The only good thing it was near to shops/beach/restaurants

It was dirty, old style, no like the pictures and the beds was very uncomfortable. Also one day appears maggots in the shower.

Staff in apartments is very pleasant, always smiling and wants to help with anything you need. The location is perfect and breakfast is great.

Everything in room is very old. The cabinet door was falling off from the top, our sink was leaking and Wifi is very bad.
