ASTIKON Xenofontos Suites

Everything was great. New, clean, great communication. Everything you need very central Plaka and close to the Acropolis.

I was very impressed with the apartments, which appear to be brand new and are beautifully designed. My stay was extremely comfortable, and I'd stay here again for sure.

Excellent location and wonderful space and staff.

The room was amazing!

This is was the best place we stayed on our trip, like they say Location is everything!

Good location and friendly staff. Clean and spacious

Very clean and modern rooms. Close to everything with great restaurants around. Easy communication with Irini. She is very helpful and friendly. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Building was a bit hard to find and parking was scarce however it was an amazing room. Very very clean. Cute. Beds were good. Would recommend.

Excellent location for walking to various sights. Contact with the host was excellent and most accommodating. Security into the building and rooms was excellent via your own personal code. Room was modern, clean and with A/C, which was precisely what we needed. Plenty of great breakfast, lunch and dinner options within immediate walking distance of the property. Highly recommend!

Great service and very accommodating. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Property was as advertised in the pictures. Location is close to everything - shopping, Acropolis, and restaurants. Property felt safe and was relatively quiet. The property is not obvious from outside the building but the property team was good at explaining how to access the property. Located in what looks like a commercial building. We rented an executive suite, which was perfect. Had a bedroom and living room with a kitchenette. Microwave, small fridge, plates and utensils were provided. Would highly recommend this little gem!

Loved this property and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay near the Plaka area. It was very clean and modern. Great communication with the staff on how to access the room and on local recommendations.

The ladies at the suites were very outstanding. Kind and friendly. Helpful Room was great and very clean.

Really great location. The property was really comfortable and we could walk to so many places as it was pretty central. Lots of nice restaurants nearby, including a lovely place to eat downstairs in the same building, and a nice bar for a relaxed drink next door. Would definitely return.

Excellent

Landmarks, shopping & dining

Location. Clean.

Astikon was fantastic! The location in Athens city center was perfect for us, walkable to everything we wanted. Security was excellent. The suite size was great and to our surprise included a kitchenette. We would definitely stay here again.

We booked two rooms for a friends' trip. The hotel contacted us via email with entry codes the day before arrival and texted with us to coordinate to meet us at the property when we arrived. The rooms were next to each other and were both extremely clean and modern, with everything we needed. A coffee maker, mini frig, strong hot showers, comfortable beds. The location is very convenient and safe. We easily walked around Plaka and surrounding areas. We had no problem calling a taxi via the FreeNow app to meet us at the hotel in the morning to take us to the airport. Very happy with our choice to stay here!

Great place hard to get to with cab !

We were warmly and professionally welcomed to the property, and orientated to property features. Thank you.

convenient location and very clean room

The gate can be a bit tricky to find, and the entrance doesn't really look like a hotel. However, the location is excellent, close to plenty of restaurants, and the host is very nice and friendly!

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment is renovated, it is big enough for a family of 4, quite, the location is awesome. It is not a traditional hotel, so if you need hotel amenities it is not for you. However, we were greeted when we arrived, received an explanation, and there is a contact info if there are any issues (we didn't have a use for that). One minus is lack of shelving space in the bathroom, for 4 people we didn't have enough space. I would also suggest adding a nightlight for families with kids. Overall I would recommend it.

Amazing room, spacious, modern and clean. Great location, close to everything sites, shops, cafes and restaurants.

Executive room was very spacious in the bathroom, living room and bedroom. Air conditioning didn’t quite reach the bathroom area so it was warm getting ready. Right the rooms were very clean and bright. I’m American and not use to tiny elevators so I took the stairs to the room. Great stay! Definitely would recommend this hotel.

This facility was excellent. Recently opened it was in perfect condition. Convenient location in central Athens.

It is clean, up to date and contemporary. Irina met us and gave orientation to apartment. She also gave us recommendations for restaurants and transportation. Conveniently located to take X95 bus to and from airport. The entrance is deceiving but once you get upstairs, you will be comfortable.

good position. a self check in apartment. if you want to book this one better book it in advance so they will send you a password to the room lock.

Irene who checked us in and gave us an orientation was so friendly and helpful. She covered everything we needed and even answered questions the next day. I hope I spelled her name right and this is the American version of how she said it is pronounced. Great stay, clean, comfortable, spacious room!!

We were arriving off a cruise and had requested an early check in. However someone had stayed in the property the night before, and it had to be cleaned. They worked very hard to get us in as soon as was possible, which we greatly appreciated! The property is very convenient, walk-able from Syntagma metro station, and very clean and modern. A !

Apartment style studio, brand new, close to good coffee shops, and Aspro Alogo for gyros!

Our stay at Astikon was great, very easily accessible from the metro. It was about a 5-7 minute walk from the Syntagma square. The room was very clean and very aesthetically pleasing. The amenities were great, we had basically everything we needed. The only complaint would be the fold out couch the mattress was a bit thin and not exactly super comfortable, realistically I would say the room is better suited for 2 people instead of 3. Our host was very welcoming and helpful, she provided us with lots of great recommendations. I would definitely recommend Astikon for a 2 person stay.
