- non c'è acqua nel frigo bar neanche a pagamento, bisogna scendere alla reception dove c'è un distributore gratuto ma non danno bicchieri. Ci è successo di notte di vagare alla ricerca di acqua e bicchieri - pulizia non impeccabile soprattutto del bagno - colazione davvero deludente, mai servita nel roof top come promesso ma in reception, e molto scarsa. Non avevano neanche il te'! - zona buona ma non la.migliore del poblado

Si no madrugas con el desayuno no encuentras nada, y justo cuando nos quedamos tenian evento en la terraza

solicité la factura al la persona de recepción la cual se molestó mucho por mi solicitud y me dijo que el sistema estaba caído que después sería enviada al insistir se comportó de manera grosera diciendo que no podía hacer nada que no había internet y cuando vio que no me retiré procedió a facturar de mala manera tomándose un tiempo cercano a las 40 min! no volveré

Tuvimos un bochornoso momento, donde una empleada del servicio intentó robarse una bolsa de compras y tocó ir hablar a recepción, hacer el reclamo, discutír y sacaron la bolsa de zapatos nuevos y nos lo entregaron … primera ves q vamos a un “buen hotel “ e intentan robarnos

Los colaboradores fueron lo mejor de este hotel, el buen trato que recibimos de parte de todos los chicos y chicas del hotel hicieron de nuestra estadía memorable. Sin duda alguna, volveré a alojarme aquí si vuelvo a Medellín.

The area is lovely, its design is very nice inside the hotel..

Because of you, your app told me that transportation was free, and when I called the hotel, they told me that transportation wasn't included in the reservation and that I had to complain to you, so I had to pay... that's not right.

El horario del restaurante, los domingos cierra muy temprano

Le personnel est trés aimable, le restaurant du petit dejeuner est très joli et la situation geographique est très bien.

Par contre le nettoyage de la chambre laisse à desirer, le deuxième jour la chambre n'a pas été nettoyé, es lits n'ont pas été faits et les serviettes de bain étaient humides: Dommage car l'hotel est très beau.

EVERYTHING!!!

Très brouillants ils n’ont visiblement pas compris le but premier d’un hôtel. La music était à fond impossible de dormir quand le lendemain je dit que nous avons besoin de dormir et demandons pour que le sons baisse on nous dit que la music s’arrêtera à 22h, elle a duré jusqu’à 2h du matin !!! Les chambres ne sont pas du tout identiques au photos elles sont toute petite. Les serviettes n’ont même pas été changé quand nous demandons de changer ils nous disent qu’ils les chambres tous les deux jours. Le petit déjeuner est vide il n’y avait casi rien.

Bad besteht aus Glaswänden mit Vorhang. Finde ich persönlich nicht gut. Leider lief die Comuna 13 Tour die wir über das Hotel gebucht hatten nicht nach unserer angegebenen Ablauf. Das war sehr enttäuschend

O hotel é lindo, tem um ambiente super agradável, a equipe é super amigável e atenciosa. O café da manhã foi muito bom e eles até tem um open bar por uma hora do dia que foi super bom! Amamos muito a estadia.

O quarto não é tão espaçoso e os banheiros podem ser um pouco intimidadores para algumas pessoas, por não serem totalmente trancados do resto do quarto.

Het hotel zit op een goede locatie in de buurt El Poblado en het is modern ingericht. De trap naar de rooftop bar is gaaf.

Op de plaatjes ziet het er mooier uit dan in het echt. Op de kamer staan geen plantjes en accessoires. Op de lakens zaten lichte vlekken en er lagen nog haren op de grond en op nachtkastje. Wij verbleven een nacht in het hotel omdat we de volgende ochtend vroeg naar het vliegveld moesten. We wilden die avond even wat eten op het rooftop restaurant maar dat bleek niet te kunnen vanwege een extern event waardoor de bar en restaurant gesloten waren. Dit was niet gemeld bij de checkin, erg jammer. Ze boden nog roomservice aan maar we zijn bij de Italiaan om de hoek gaan eten, aanrader. Het personeel is vriendelijk maar jong, receptioniste kent de omgeving niet en kon geen advies geven, we kregen een plattegrond van de omgeving mee. Als er een event is in de rooftop bar dan zijn de kamers gehorig.

Toilet was clogged, for more than two days had to go to the bathroom lobby! Said it once and when tried to flush same thing, next day we thought toilet was going to be cleaned and fixed, but nothing was done. Security box was reported not working and also nothing done. Breakfast and coffee not good! At night time the hallway lights were totally off when we woke up at 5 am which is very dangerous, in case of an emergency the stairs/hallway can’t be used because all is dark

The hotel was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The restaurant on the rooftop (Palma Pitón) was genuinely good. I highly recommend the Massaman Curry. Tap water is good in Medellin, but they offered a machine with hot, cold and bubbling filtered water, which was very nice.

The shower temperature fluctuated between uncomfortably cold and too hot without me touching the dial. The toilet lid was loose on one side. The lighting near the mirror was very poor, making shaving difficult. At breakfast the eggs were cold and the arepas stale, despite going up to eat at 8am (not at the end of service). The guacamole was also oversalted. In the room there was nowhere to put the suitcase or sit with a laptop.

Bad experience at the restaurand unfortunately. The food took more than an hour to arrive, the waiter was very kind and offered to heat it up, but the manager did not seem at all concerned about our complaint of cold food. Expected more from such a top tier restaurant.

Haber podido tener el Rooftop disponible mas días, luego del desayuno, pero hubo actividades privadas.

Lighting in room could be better

Breakfast was great on the rooftop. They even brought me a cake, as it was my birthday. Employees paid a lot of attention to us. Special thanks to Maria at the reception desk.

Not too thrilled with the curtain dividing the room with the bathroom. I get that it is meant to be a "cool design feature" but still... It is minor overall.

The place is very clean, modern and comfortable with lots of restaurants around. The staff is nice and helpful. We loved the breakfast part : the place (last floor) and offer ( delicious sweet and savory options)

I didn't like anything about the hotel at all, the room was not what I expected for the price, The water pressure in the toilet wasn't working, the jacuzzi light and jets also weren't working, and the service was very bad for the price we paid.

Door to the room are a little tricky to open. Sometimes take several try to get the door to unlock.

Lo mejor: la amabilidad y cercanía de todo el personal, desde la atención en el check in por la encantadora recepcionista Alejandra. El hotel es moderno, decorado con gusto, muy cómodo, situado en un barrio animado y seguro. La habitación es amplia, con dos enormes camas muy cómodas. Destaca el delicioso desayuno y la atención de los camareros de la cafetería.

The Somos Bold was incredible! The staff was so friendly (and spoke great English) - especially Marian at the front desk and Samuel at the rooftop bar! The location is close to everything I wanted, but still on a quiet, safe street. The rooms are so stylish and the bed was comfortable. The lounge in the lobby and the rooftop restaurant/bar always feel like a party, but I couldn’t hear a thing in my room.

The food was expired and contaminated with fungus. The Department of Health should inspect this establishment, as the food poses a serious health risk.

I was shocked, the food was expired and had visible fungus. This should never happen. The place really needs a health inspection.

Great hotel, perfectly located near restaurants in Poblado, the design is cool, staff are friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Thomas, who’s attention to detail was impressive (like remembering how you take your coffee after only one day).

A beautiful building in a very safe area of Medellin! Room was comfortable and staff were pleasant. Room well equipped.

We were on the fifth floor under the rooftop bar - it got a little noisy at times but not late into the night! I wouldn’t let it deter you especially if you’re on a lower floor!

El hotel es espectacular, las habitaciones y las zonas comunes con bellisimas se siente en un oasis tropical. El desayuno es delicioso. El masaje estuvo espectacular y la atencion de uno de los meseros de palma piton no hizo comprar la cena de noche de navidad. No recuerdo muy bien su nombre pero era algo como mauikel.

La atención de los meseros durante la noche de Navidad fue incómoda y apresurada. Entendemos que es una fecha familiar, pero elegimos y pagamos esta noche porque se nos aseguró que sería un plan especial, con orquesta y música hasta las 12, y por eso también reservamos el hospedaje para poder disfrutar sin preocupaciones. Sin embargo, el evento terminó alrededor de las 10:30 p. m. y desde antes el personal comenzó a retirar los platos sin haber terminado de comer, preguntando de manera insistente, lo cual resultó muy incómodo para el precio pagado. Adicionalmente, pedimos champaña y nos trajeron vino tinto. En general, todo se sintió con afán y por debajo de lo prometido.

he Wi-Fi connection was slow and unstable in the room. The hotel is pet-friendly, but they charge a significant fee for pets without providing any amenities. There are no food bowls, no bed to make the pet comfortable, and certainly no food. They charge, but don’t offer anything in return.

Cet hôtel est une honte!! Les chambres en réalité ne correspondent pas aux chambres proposées sur Booking! Une fois sur place, vous êtes coincés ! On s’est retrouvé à 4 dans 2 petits lits car l’annonce Booking n’est pas correct selon eux. 0 compensation (alors qje d’autres chambres plus grandes étaient disponibles!). Le personnel à la réception ne sert à rien ! Le petit déjeuner est nul (le 1er janvier c’etait franchement indécent ce qu’ils nous ont servi!). L’hôtel est très très bruyant !! Car le roof top très bruyant (musique super forte) donne sur les chambres via un escalier central. Bref, à éviter à tout prix …

This hotel was excellent. Maria went above and beyond helping us organize tours and transportation to and from the hotel. The hotel was clean and nice. It gets a bit loud at night from the rooftop but quiet from midnight onwards. The location is perfect and the breakfast is fresh and delicious. It’s very reasonably priced too. There’s a curtain splitting the room from the bathroom so just a heads up if you’re traveling with other people. Overall highly recommend!

Title Loved our stay! The room was beautiful and spotless and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Wonderfully peaceful at night. Exactly what we needed for a relaxing couples retreat.

Great location, nice neighbourhoud, beautifull and clean room en excellent staff at the reception! Yesenia and Nicolas made sure we feld right at home and made us feel we could ask for anything we need en provide for it. Also the rooftop restaurant for breakfast is super nice with a 360 view over the city. Definitly recomended. Dick, Claudia en kids from Curacao/The Netherlands

The property was clean and near to provenza

The only issue was the air conditioning, which started malfunctioning from the first night in the early morning. We reported it, but it took another night for the problem to be fixed. We were not offered any alternative to improve our accommodation; we were only given a complimentary meal at the rooftop. Aside from that, the room was very clean and spacious.

Beautiful hotel. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Close to everything. The rooftop garden/restaurant is beautiful.

I came here as a solo traveler and everyone I encountered was very kind, but Maria Alejandra truly stood out. She was incredibly warm, helpful with recommendations, and even helped me take photos since I was traveling alone. She went out of her way to make my day, and her kindness made my stay even more special. You are very lucky to have such an exceptional employee.

The coolest spot around! We got in a little late but they were able to cater to us AND get us a reservation for the amazing restaurant upstairs. Overall great experience with clean rooms, friendly staff, and the best vibes! 10/10

A trendy and stylish little hidden gem in El Poblado. Staff couldn't be kinder and friendlier, particularly María Alejandra 💕.... the building design is fantastic, with a spiralling staircase leading to the coolest roof top restaurant bar! A cool place to visit and stay😁
