Location in IOI City is the big plus for this funky hotel

Arrived early but even with my Gold Status I could not check in without paying extra unrealistic charge.

We had a very pleasant stay at Moxy Putrajaya with our family and two young kids. The hotel was clean & comfortable. The location is excellent, especially with IOI City Mall just beside the hotel, which made shopping and finding food very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we really enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Definitely a great choice.

Nothing major to complain about. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The car park is confusing. Need to enter the mall carpark then enter again to hotel carpark. I validated the hotel parking but still need to pay for RM5 for mall parking

也許因為許多住客同時抵達/離開，以致無法享用免費機場接送服務，但無損愉悅的住宿體驗😄

my room was near the elevators...so I could hear rthe elevator rings.....

我是素食者，早餐選項有點少，除了素食區少數餐點外，其他食物都無標示，更沒有英文。 房間關門聲有點吵，幾乎都能知道有人離開或進房間了。

Very conveniently located in relation to the convention centre. The included breakfast buffet was excellent.

Room cleaning was hit or miss. Room had no closets or drawers. Room was kind of small. Staff service/capacity seemed variable. Bar on 18th floor had great potential but was unusable due to loud music. Long lines for check in due to slow desk service. The hotel had a jazzy retro style that didn't appeal to me.

It was full and ran out of hot water. Plus the coffee machine at breakfast just took way too long.

The breakfast buffet spread was good but what stood out was the excellent coffee. They used Starbucks coffee beans which I have to admit is one of the best as far as hotel coffee is concern. The close proximity to the airport and IOI mall(the biggest in SEA) are other plus points. There is an escalator from the hotel that goes direct to IOI mall's food haven. Room was very much decorated in a BOHO style much to our delight. Staff were well trained and amicable.

Room didnt have clothes storage spaces and ironing board. Hangers were also inadequate.

Excellent location - Just a few steps away from IOI City Mall Putrajaya for endless shopping and eating experiences. The lobby area was very lively with lots of games for adults and children to enjoy. Breakfast buffet was good with a lot of food varieties for all sorts of palate. We were also served welcome drinks while we waited to be checked in and the apple juice was delicious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and water pressure was excellent.

Our room was on the 18th floor and the door between the rooms and lifts were very hard to maneuver especially with our luggages perhaps sliding doors would be better. Rustic room but it was a bit small.

Location was excellent, right next to IOI Shopping Mall, food galore! To go to the airport is not as far as staying in KL city. Has a nice swimming pool. The Lobby is very funky with games etc, love it! They provide a free shuttle bus to the airport. Breakfast was excellent.

Booked the shuttle bus to the airport a few days before. Not many time slots. The bus came very late, which got me worried.

It didn't seem ready when i checked in. There was no plastic thrash and sanitary bag. I have to request it but only to be answered by a foreign worker who insisted there was never a sanitary bag prepared in their hotel rooms. However, i guess someone understands it, and they send it to my room

we went to check in at 4.30pm. she asked to wait until they call us and the room is not ready.

The hotel ambience especially the lobby is so cozy, it feels like home to me. The kids enjoyed playing the games provided at the location. the hotel aroma is so relaxing and feel relieve.

The facility provided in the hotel is okay apart from no cabinet or closet being provided due to limitation of space in the room. Need to provide more hanger to hanging our clothes.

Very clean and new hotel with direct access to IOI City Mall. The staff were really friendly and helpful from the second we stepped in. The rooms were comfortable, clean and looked very new. Will definitely be staying with Moxy Hotels in the future!

Very clean, comfy and quiet rooms. The shower is excellent. The enormous IOI City Mall is right next door with plenty of food and shopping options. Enjoyed the live music at the bar.

I’ve stayed at both Moxy Putrajaya and Putrajaya Marriott Hotel, and the price was almost the same. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Moxy. The location is definitely a big advantage, it’s within walking distance to the malls, which makes it very convenient. The hotel is clean, the pillows and mattress are comfortable, the buffet breakfast was good, and the reception staff were helpful and friendly. I also had a small issue with my room during my stay, but the team attended to it immediately and handled it well.

The only downside is the standard room size. Compared to Marriott, the room feels quite small and narrow, with limited space for luggage (only small luggage fits comfortably). There is also no iron or ironing board provided in the room.

Clean and lively setting, alert and helpful staff, including Nazri, Apit and Sahli, fast check-in response, generous buffet breakfast over 4 hours, fast and prompt lifts, free airport shuttle, wheelchair friendly, room with view, strong water pressure, close proximity to mall. Two thumbs up!

The soft bed could be firmer for a sound sleep.

1) The staffs are very prompt, polite and helpful on requests - Our water heater could only go up to room temperature. After providing feedback to the staff, it was fixed within 3 hours. 2) There is a laundry place with washing machines and dryers. Need to pay to use, but at a RM 5 per wash/per dry as of Jun2026.

Loved that it was so close to the IOI shopping mall. The staff were excellent. Facilities were great.

The hotel is conveniently located within the mall, making access effortless, while shopping and dining are readily available; the lobby also offers activities to keep visitors engaged.

I waited about 15 minutes due to limited staff and a growing queue, then given my contact number and will contact me once the rooms are ready. After 1.5 hours with no call received, I approached the lobby and was immediately handed all room keys. Without following up, I wouldn’t have known how long the wait might have continued. It was lucky that the hotel is within the mall.

The location which is about 35 mins from KLIA! Great buffet food and the staff are very friendly and helpful! The reception lobby area is very welcoming too!

Just a minute walk away from ioi city mall. Loved the decor style of the hotel and rooms. We enjoyed the game facilities at the lobby. Just ask the concierge for the tokens and equipment to get started. Rooms were clean. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Hot water and shower worked very well. Very friendly and polite staff right down to rooming service and cleaning staff. Enjoyed the great breakfast spread and lovely dining environment. The teh tarik was really good.

I was just a little disappointed that the hotel ran out of Earl Grey teabags on one of the breakfast days. But that's not a big deal.
