Loved the big adult swimming pool & we had it to ourselves as they were nobody else.

The hotel offers a cheerful and welcoming including a gym and swimming pool, making it a great choice for both relaxation and family stays. Its location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby shopping complexes and other amenities. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The food was delicious, with a good variety of choices and enjoyable flavours, making each meal a pleasant part of our stay.

Le sens du service du personnel. Les équipements. La possibilité de dîner en terrasse dans le patio du bar central (très agréable) tout en commandant les plats dans les autres restaurants, qui sont trop climatisés.

Un peu excentré même si situé à proximité immédiate d’un très grand centre commercial, mais l’accès piétonnier pour s’y rendre n’est pas aménagé.

I love the fact that the pool was not crowded even on weekends. Rooms were clean. Breakfast spread was great.

The hotel has a great resort atmosphere, with a peaceful and tranquil environment. The staff are friendly and welcoming👍🏼

Firstly, my room had a connecting door, and the door was quite thin, resulting in poor sound insulation. Unfortunately, the guests in the neighboring room were extremely loud, laughing and cheering for several hours. Secondly, the water in the children’s pool was a little cloudy, and I could feel quite a lot of sand on the bottom of the pool. When I booked the hotel, I mentioned that I was celebrating a birthday. Although the hotel stated that special arrangements were not guaranteed, I was still a little disappointed that there was no birthday setup or gesture. Lastly, the buffet at the restaurant downstairs could be improved. The salmon did not seem very fresh, and the clear noodle soup was rather bland. In my opinion, the hotel’s breakfast was much better than the dinner buffet.

The house keeping service is superb bad for a 5 start hotel. Checked in with empty conditional and 2 towels for family room. House keeping didn’t come and have to notify them to come to clean the room. And best part is left out giving us towel after clean up the room. Have to call to ask for towel. The given room was so noisy at nite and like sleeping next to road side. Sound proof very bad.

I made the reservation via Booking.com. I paid for room with breakfast. But, when I checked-in the hotel said the reservation was not inclusive of breakfast. W Whose fault? The public must be well informed this is going to happen when making a reservation via Booking.com and with this hotel.

La stanza era molto ampia, molto pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort come ad esempio (a parte frigorifero e cassetta sicurezza) asciugacapelli "professionale" (non di quelli attaccati al muro), ferro da stiro con relativo asse, bilancia, accappatoi e pantofole. Acqua offerta, così come bollitore con té e caffé. Inoltre, nel bagno oltre set di cortesia standard/alto anche separatamente docciaschiuma, shampoo, balsamo, crema corpo, tutti di ottima qualità. La colazione poi penso di poterla definire come quella migliore mai trovata nei miei molteplici viaggi sia per qualità che per varietà. Staff gentule e molto sorridente. La vicinanza al mall è un ulteriore "plus".

Nulla di importante. Se proprio devo citare qualcosa e spiegare perché non ho dato "eccellente" allora commento quanto segue. Quattro cuscini nell'ampio e pulitissimo letto, sicuramente di pregio ma tutti alti, io avrei avuto bisogno di qualcosa di più basso. Credo di aver capito che ci fosse una navetta per il mall, mal non me l'hanno chiarito all'arrivo. Ultima cosa la posizione che certo è ottima come vicinanza al mall ma non è né in centro a Putrajaya né a Kuala Lumpur...se fossi stata lì per turismo e non per lavoro (con persona che mi venivano a prendere) probabilemente avrei scelto un hotel più centrale.

The staff (except for the ‘unfriendly’ manager during check-in who did not provide the interconnected rooms until we agreed to upgrade to a family room & paid an extra RM100 per night) including the security, doorman, bellboy, driver of the shuttle van, housekeeping were friendly & helpful.

Too many steps at the entrance - not very accessible- needed staff to provide & push wheelchair for elderly guest.

Rooms are clean,spacious.air conditioning is GOOD, FOODS are good, as always..front office personnels are attentive, especially Ms Zahidah but some of the male personnels needs more training, some are very sour faced and are not attentive enough..

A few of the male front office personnels are sour faced, and when smiling, looks too fake to be ignored..one by the name of izwan or azwan in particular..

The ambience👍👍👍👍👍 is just like by the sea. Very nice and cooling. The building might be old but the layout and furniture are still good. Staff 👍👍👍👍👍are very friendly and accommodating. They were also very helpful and thoughtful. The guard saw me walking with my luggage at the parking, he quickly came to assist me.👍👍👍👍👍 There is also free shuttle to IOI shopping center. We wanted to go to IOI but the shutter car was late. We waited almost 20 mins. One of the reception drove us to the mall. 👍👍👍👍👍 so very thoughtful of him. Not wanting us to wait long and in the month of Ramadan.

“Extremely disappointed with our experience in Palm Garden Hotel Putrajaya. We choose this so call a Tribute Portfolio Hotel by Marriot Bonvoy to have our special buka puasa with family for this holy month of Ramadan. However, we were shocked to discover that the information posted in their official website and social media pages regarding “Early Bird” promotion was completely wrong and like a “scammed”. This is unacceptable if the hotel is not ready to honor their promotion they should not be posting any misleading and information to public. We feel scammed. A hotel under Marriott brand should uphold higher standards of honesty and transparency. Very disappointing experience! #marriotbonvoy #scammed #kdnk

Nice and cozy

I was really excited to stay at this hotel, as it was my first visit. However, my first impression upon entering the lobby was a bit disappointing, as it felt quite warm compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. For a 5-star hotel, I expected the lobby to be cool and comfortable, but unfortunately, it felt more like a 3-star experience in that aspect. During check-in, my room was not yet ready, so I had to wait at the designated waiting area. While there was a place to sit, it wasn’t very comfortable due to the warm temperature in the lobby, which was especially challenging for me as I am pregnant and traveling with children. That said, I would like to sincerely commend Mr. Aiman for his outstanding service. He truly saved our trip. He was very attentive, handled the check-in process quickly, and did his best to get our room ready as soon as possible after noticing my condition. He also kindly offered me a welcome drink while I was feeling hot at the reception. His efficiency, kindness, and care made a huge difference and were greatly appreciated. Thank you, Mr. Aiman, for your excellent hospitality and support. Despite the initial discomfort, his service left a very positive impression on our stay.

I checked in on Saturday, but unfortunately the hotel was very busy due to a group arrival. I had to wait almost one hour for my room. The reception staff asked me to wait at the waiting area. After 30 minutes, I approached the reception again to ask about my room status. The manager, Mr. Aiman, politely asked for my permission to personally check on the room. After about 10 minutes, he resolved the issue and I was able to get my room. I really appreciate his effort and professionalism. Thank you for your help, Mr. Aiman.

We like the family terrace as it was soacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was really good and have variety of choice.

The staff in the restaurant were not too impressed. We have to clear our own table each time we want to bring more food. They were not attentive and not too enthusiastic maybe about their work. The only 2 staff I saw working so hard was the Chinese guy & Malay gentlemen both with spectacles were really very busy . The concierge guy were too afraid to give instruction to 1 brainless MPV where he just parked right in front of the lobby and left the family sitting in the car and the rest of the cars wasted 10mins . The concierge guy should have told him to move his car and park at car park. A 4-5 star hotel like this should train their staff not to be afraid to advise the client.

Outstanding Service & Recognition The staff are the true heartbeat of this hotel. As a Marriott member, I felt truly appreciated. A special shout-out to Ms. Zahidah from the reservation team for her wonderful efforts in making me feel so welcome, and to Mr. Syabil at the front desk, who was pleasant, friendly, and always smiling. ​3. Thoughtful Gestures I was pleasantly surprised by a birthday cake and a lovely welcome token. These personalized details made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another room number. ​4. Food & Dining Quality The breakfast buffet selection is focused, but the quality is impressive. I particularly loved the "Kopi Dulu" session—a beautiful, nostalgic touch that brought back fond memories of the good old days. ​5. A Note on Sustainability As a suggestion to further enhance the guest experience, it would be wonderful to see the hotel provide drinking water in glass bottles instead of plastic. Detail cleaning the glass edge and tiles edge in the shower room will be an add on perfection.

I had a great stay at Palm Garden Hotel Putrajaya. I was pleasantly surprised when my room was upgraded, which really made the experience even better. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was good with a nice variety, and I also tried the in-room dining — the food was delicious and the portions were generous. Overall, the food quality was excellent. However, there were a couple of downsides. The bathroom conditioner ran out and wasn’t topped up. Also, the poolside area needs more attention, as the kids’ slide and stairs had algae, making it quite slippery and unsafe for children. Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay.

We had a one night stay here but it was enough to impress us. Connecting rooms were requested and they were spotlessly clean. Breakfast spread was good. The pool for kids & adults are separated if you’d love a quiet time. Staffs were very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. Got to highlight that we loved the courtyard setting in the centre of the hotel, it’s lovely!
