The pillow and blanket were smelly and they’re not providing mineral water in the room. If you take the mineral water in the room, you’ll be charged for that. That’s so inconvenient for the guests

The soap’s container that attached on the wall in rm A105 was broken . Unable to pull or push soap to come out. The toilet bowl was not flushed on the first day enter. The water was dark brownish and I had to flush first before use.
