Hotel Ideal Senawang

The pillows have sweat smell difficult to sleep and the water flow is too slow unable to complete a bath in 10minutes, need at least 30-40minutes for a bath… also they have given me an air conditioner controller which unable to use, after exchanged also same cannot use, have to keep on walking upstairs and downstairs to change controller for three times only can be use… worst is the bad smell of sweat on all the four pillows

Overall, I would rate my stay as decent. I understand that I should not have the highest expectations given the price paid, but cleanliness should never be compromised. Specifically, in Room 222, I found stains on the bedsheet, and both the pillow cover and pillow were not in good condition. Regardless of the hotel's price range, I believe cleanliness should always be a top priority for every hotel, as it directly affects guests' comfort and overall experience.

Location, environment, room.. very nice. But even it shows Breakfast included, no trust. There are no breakfast. Even no restaurant inside the hotel.

Nice hotel, but no lift. My parents got knee problems, so very hard for them to climb the stairs. Had to cancel our Jalan2 Cari Makan plan due to this problem. This hotel not suitable for you if got OKU and Elders in your entourage.

very disappointed with the facilities where the iron and cattle are not prepared in the room. they prepared the iron at the iron corner and all the guest have to share. and sadly, the iron is not in the good condition.

Nice comfy resort. but a bit noisy as it is near to the main street.

Was going for a short stay. The help desk was friendly and they give a hand whenever we call. Jus that we need to call them ourselves (own phone). The environment is quiet and parking is available all the time. Jus that the WiFi in the room is bad. Overall very satisfied

Too far from main road. Room is too small. No wifi as advertised. Please revise the room rate.
