Sejuk ya!! 😬 Parking sangat dekat dengan pintu rumah. Belakang post guard ja, selamat! Kepada yang tengah baca review, sudah! Jangan fikir panjang, booking ja terus. Dijamin puas hati.

Reviewed May 31, 2026Bersih,sangat selesa tingkat paling bawah, setiap ruang dilengkapi aircond yang sangat baik, disediakan penapis air, mesin basuh, oven,tv, plug point yang banyak, pressure air yang bagus, wifi yang bagus dan laju, sesuai untuk keluarga yang ada anak kecil kerana berdekatan dengan playground, parking berbumbung.
Untuk penambahbaikan, gunakan tilam yg lebih elok kualiti dan juga saiz yang lebih besar untuk lebih selesa.

tdaklah terlalu kotor tpi untuk tetamu yg cerewet dari segi kebersihan perlu diperbaiki lagi

Satu je yang sy tak suka pasal air cond dia, agk bising terutama dibilik utama macam bunyi air hujan dh, so agk menggangu sedikit bila nk tdo.Air cond di hall jugak bising but it's okay sebab didepan.

Reviewed Nov 25, 2025Location worked well for us since it was centrally located to have a day trip to Port Dixson as well as the historic city of Malacca ands KL. There w as a beautiful walking path behind the property. Since Family was gathering, it was nice to be able to use a full kitchen where we could cook and bake. It was well stocked for that and the host was quick to respond to questions.
The linens were rather old and they’re needed to be a little more privacy in the child’s bedroom. But another option was good with the couch in the living room.

Reviewed Oct 27, 2025We were pleasantly surprised at how modern and sophisticated the living and dining room area was furnished. Bedrooms are also cozy, and kitchen has all required appliances. Check in and check out was easy, and the host is super friendly and helpful. Definitely value for money, and now in my list of 'favourite homestays'.
It would be great if the master bedroom ensuite bathroom is fixed with a sink and water heater.

Reviewed Jun 10, 20251. The location - close to shops and easy to find 2. Facility - almost has all basic facilities in place 3. A lot of eatery places 4. Check in process and communication was easy and smooth.
1. Safety - the front grill lock is already loose and bit difficult to open it. It is better if the locks are labelled to indicate which is for grill and door. 2. Convinience and comfort - common bathroom slipper is slippery, some pillow case is yellowish, personally to me the pillow is thin and painfull to shoulder to sleep on your side, single bedroom is bit smelly with cigarette odour and its air cond not cold enough, the fan near front door is bit noisy and could not find remote unit for living area fan.
