Reviewed Aug 26, 2026The location was strategic - close to shops (mini mart, 7e, Zus, small cafes) and easy to get foods from nearby restaurants. The surrounding is clean & beautiful. The room it self, spacious, very clean & comfortable.
There should be a fan installed in each bedrooms cause sometimes we don't want to use the airconditioner when the room become too cold. Other than that, for us who booked 1 apartment with 2 bedrooms, free breakfast should be provided for at least 4-5 person instead of 2 person only.

Pool needs to be cleaned better, quite cloudy due to heavy usage especially on weekends. Not the landlord's fault but pls feedback to management. Also, free bfast supposed to be for 2 mornings but the lady said only for one.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026We were only given four breakfast (when staying at the villa with four rooms, occupying eight persons) ONLY, and for one day (whilst we stayed for two nights) ONLY. We ONLY got those four breakfast after we asked for it !!. Take note that we stayed during week end. I really do not like the words "COMPLEMENTARY WEEK END BREAKFAST" in your title sentence. These words are very misleading and I would categorize it as false claim. The breakfast itself was a disappointment with a very sparse spread.
The floors are not clean - dusty and there are sands on the floors. Even in the bedrooms.

After we check out, I was informed that there is a broken soap/shampoo bottle, family did not broke anything. Restaurant cannot serve anything due to holiday. They are understaffed. Should have enough manpower to serve customers especially during that season since they have more guests.

The unit was very outdated and dirty. The electricity was cut all the time (we couldn’t use the water heater it gave a short). On top of that, the breakfast was poor.

The swimming pool was not clean. Murky water. Place was a little far away from city center. Had a bit of problem when my boy accidentally locked the bedroom, and it took a bit of time to unlock it as the customer service was not 24 hours.

As a mom of 3, my favorite part was definitely the washing machine 😆 And I've been to the neighboring apartment - the apartment we stayed in has a cloth drying hanger. Internet was good. Shower no issue of 'banjir'. The theme park looks big in the pics but actually it's not that big. The food prices at the cafe are cheap. The nasi goreng bodo for breakfast is a killer. We stayed on the 9th floor. The unit has 2 bedrooms - Master bed with 1 queen bed, another with 2 single beds. They also provide a single bed mattress and the living room has a sofa bed that fits 2 person. Makan - plenty of food stalls and convenient stores within walking distance. There's also a nice stall selling keropok lekor. At night you can lepak and enjoy a cup of coffee at Sechawan - just across the main road. Their cheesecake is a must try.
Our room on the 9th floor is facing half the beach, half the main road. Hence it's quite noisy at night with All the vehicles and sometimes motorbike racing. Complementary breakfast was only for 1 day although we booked a stay for 3 nights. No mirror in the room!! Can you imagine that 🥴

The villa supposed to house 12 pax but there were only 3 mugs and a few glasses! How were we supposed to drink hot coffee n tea. There was only 1 table cloth in the villa - surely you can provide more! On check out, we have to drive out pass the guard house, park your car and then only return the keys n tags! That was most troublesome! What is it was raining etc? Kindly look into these shortcomings!

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026We stayed on the ground floor, which provided direct access to the swimming pool and beach. This was very convenient, as there was no need to wait for the elevator. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and sufficient for a small family. My children especially enjoyed both the swimming pool and the beach during our stay. Breakfast options were simple and sufficient for a quick start to the day.
One drawback was the parking arrangement. The allocated parking space was located on Level 5, and it took some time to reach it. There are also a few areas for improvement. The bedsheet provided for the extra futon appeared worn out and should be replaced regularly after guest check-out. It seemed as though it had been used previously and was not in the best condition. In addition, placing a carpet or rug in the living room would make the space feel more comfortable and family-friendly.

- Breakfast option is very limited, Free breakfast only available for 2 pax, and only for the first morning. - Cockroach found in the bathroom. Tiny lizard and fly found in the premise. - Poor air ventilation in the bathroom as there is no exhaust fan. - Shower head holder is broken - Kitchen sink pipe is splashy making the kiticehnette wet. - Bathroom cleanliness can be improved.
