Card entry pad from reception to lift not activated which is a security concern. Unpleasant smell in library and reception. No reception staff. Free bottled water is just tap water in a carafe. No tea, coffee, milk top ups each day. Room waste bin not emptied daily. Large water stain on bedroom ceiling, whole room and bathroom needs a paint brush up.

Brama was beyond my expectations. I received a lovely reception and was taken to a clean, well-equipped room where everything worked and was in top condition (especially the AC during a heat wave!). Comfortable bed, excellent daily cleaning, great location.

The only thing that bothered me was that in the corridor and stairway there was a strange smell which I believe may be caused by the glue used to stick the carpet. I didn't ask so can't be sure. It was there the whole time but didn't enter the room which is floored with parquet.

The aircon, the decor, the location and the cleanliness. Really stylish place in Bromley. Steps away from all the shops. Super useful with a mini fridge in the room.

I liked everything! Maybe better soundproofing around/under the doors.

I loved the serenity of the hotel. Location was great, close to Bromley center and many activities and good transport links. The staff were exceptionally nice

Decor and styling was cool, lovely quality bedding, beautiful building.

Seemed to be zero staff, we were given a WhatsApp number to message to which no one responded. We were not informed there would be a wedding on with loud music till midnight and put in a room directly above it. The shower was leaking and the shower door did not close, flooding the bedroom.

Check in was completely unacceptable. Had to wait outside for over 30 minutes outside the property while contacting the staff via phone, text and email to get access to the property - no response.

Het hotel staat in een rustig deel van Bromley en is letterlijk op steenworp afstand van het centrum van Bromley. Voldoende koffie en eetmogelijkheden in de omgeving alsook de welbekende ketens.

Mocht je meer richting het centrum van London willen gaan als in bezienswaardigheden dan zou ik je niet aanraden om in Bromley te verblijven - al zijn de verbindingen gemakkelijk en toegankelijk je bent toch al snel minimaal rond de 30 min kwijt met de trein.

Hotel was clean, receptionist friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfortable and air conditioning was a huge plus. Small things like phone chargers on the bedside lights and a fridge was useful.

Could hear road noise and had requested a quiet room. No breakfast facilities although the nearby Glades shopping centre had good facilities for this. Receptionist is not visible but behind a closed office door, so lacks a bit of warmth.

Newly refurbished/built, great decor and comfortable bed.

We were totally fine with it since we knew in advance, but this boutique hotel (20-25 rooms) has minimal facilities. If you are looking for a hotel with a front desk and personal attention, then this is not it

Someone to help us out of the building on Sunday morning. We made it eventually. No-one that we could contact on Sunday.

My room overlooked an empty courtyard so was nice and quiet. Pretty designs, great tea, fresh milk available. Lauren was very helpful thank you.Lights all clearly labelled on the switches, which helped! Good selection of books in the library.

The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Air conditioning excellent

Its just a shame there is no on site breakfast

Shower leaked

We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment. I found my room and bed comfortable. . The location appeared to be very central, but as I’m disabled and can’t walk far I didn’t take advantage of this.

I didn’t research whether parking was available so my brother had to park in the street and although he has a blue badge, he still had to go out to move the car a couple of times. My brother found his room rather noisy, there was something humming and the air conditioning rattled. He also felt his bed was too firm.

Literally, walking distance from Bromley’s center! A very nice hotel with comfortable rooms.

Spokojna i cicha lokalizacja, 8 min spacerem od stacji metra, w pobliżu deptak i dużo restauracji. Pokój nieskazitelnie przygotowany i miła obsługa. Wymeldowanie przez wrzucenie karty do skrzynki - szybko, bezkontaktowo. Super Library z automatem do kawy i miejscem do relaksu. Polecam.

Only a small thing would much prefer to have access to a kettle to a coffee machine. It’s not great for tea!

The hotels rooms are beautiful and very practical.

Rooms were a good size, clean and modern. The location is very convenient, right in Bromley with easy access to transport, shops and places to eat. What stood out the most was the staff were very friendly, responsive and genuinely helpful. I had a couple of minor issues during my stay and everything was handled quickly and without any hassle, which made a big difference.

This is a special Hotel we love it. Bromley is a great town. Has good shopping restaurants parks and is very easy to commute into C London. The hotel is close to both stations so access to Victoria or Charing Cross etc is easy.

Shame the on site restaurant has closed.

The bed and particularly pillows were even more comfortable than my usual bed. Very nicely furnished and appointed room.

There was only one person working in the hotel when I arrived - which stretched her and there was a slight delay in checking me in.

Having stayed over 20 times, its becoming a bit tired, stains on carpets etc.

The hotel was great. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was powerful and temperature was constant. We had a fridge which was good plus milk and fruit juice. The teas were very nice. The location was good for local restaurants and pubs, shops and the Churchill theatre. Buses close by and Bromley North railway station was close. We would definitely return.

Lovely little hotel in the heart of Bromley. Very helpful and friendly staff. There is no restaurant on site (there are quite a lot to choose from within a few minutes of walk), but there is a constant supply of tea and coffee in the library 😀👍🏻

The only thing I didn’t like is that the windows do not open. Why???

Very strange to be at a hotel without a proper lobby and reception desk. Also they are missing a trick by not having a bar or restaurant. Also I wasn't able to get the Bluetooth working with the TV.

The room was clean and basic, but the pseudo art deco was grim with a Picasso-style picture of nude women that my mother found offensive.

I asked for facilities for an elderly wheelchair user. There was a lift, but that was the extent of it. The doors were heavy to manage with a wheelchair. The beds on casters were not fixed to the bed-head which was on the wall, and moved when I tried to get mum into bed, and slid away from the wall when I sat her up. Worst of all, the shower had no handholds. It was a tiled box that my mother was afraid to use. I asked for facilities for someone with physical disabilities. This was not suitable. There was no kettle, just a fancy coffee machine with no instructions.
