停车场弯道窄小，大车进出不是很方便，只提供一辆车停车位，是一大家人来的话，其他车需要停在马路边，不是很好。泳池也不是很干净，感觉管理层好像没有什么人打理这栋楼。

Reviewed Oct 20, 2025Fue pésima la actitud del chico que nos atendió, cuando entramos a la recepción no nos hizo caso, sentado en el sillón ni nos dijo nada suponíamos que era alguien que vivía allí, entonces nos acercamos a preguntarle y ahí fue la sorpresa, era él quien nos tenía que dar las llaves,.... el recepcionista. En todo momento sentado en el sillón con la cabeza agachada hablaba sin mirarnos y con la boca muy pequeña y en voz baja, Le enseñé la reserva y después de diez minutos sin saber nada le preguntamos si teníamos que esperar mucho tiempo, y nos dijo que no éramos los únicos clientes, después de media hora se dignó a darnos las llaves y sin ninguna explicación se fue, era como un escape room tuvimos que adivinar qué habitación era con los números y letras que habían en la llave, gracias al chico que estaba en el ascensor pudimos llegar. Cuando entramos a la casa los aseos estaban todo mojado hasta los cristales, el váter, el lavabo, el papel y un dedo de agua en el suelo,

Parking lot- unable to park inside if your car is bigger than Alphard/Velfire. U can try but it is very risky to get scratch or knock the edge on the way up and coming down. No stove for light cooking

The way to carpark is too narrow & very very very difficult to go up, especially for big car. Not recommended for new driver or girl to drive to carpark. Bathroom drainage very very very slow, flood happen when taking bath.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2025El apartamento es cómodo para una familia de cuatro personas, limpio y bien cuidado. La comunicación para el check-in y check-out muy fluida. La piscina está muy bien, y abre hasta las once de la noche. Se pueden dejar las maletas hasta las cinco de la tarde en una oficina cerca del edificio por un precio económico.
Algunos platos de la cocina no estaban bien limpios, aunque por desgracia eso nos lo hemos encontrado en otros sitios por Malasia. Todo lo demás sí estaba bien limpio, ninguna otra queja.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2025The owner was very responsive, detailed and helpful. Very proffesional in handling matters and inquiries. The unit was clean, suitable for small families of 5 to 6. The air condition, fans and view was perfect. The rooftop pool was also easily accessible. It felt very easy to check in, although it was a self service concept. It is near to Ipoh Town, all necessities like mamak, clinics, hospitals are nearby.
The unit seemed like it was closed for a long time, there was a strong smell of medicine like smell. Not sure, where it was coming from. Maybe can put air freshener.

The check-in time is quite late, starting from 3 PM. When I visited, Ipoh was extremely hot, so if possible, it would be great if guests could check in earlier—I’d even be willing to pay extra. However, the staff couldn’t accommodate my request, citing that cleaning was still in progress. Is this now a standard policy for all accommodations? If possible, could Booking.com implement a feature—such as early check-in priority—for excellent bookers or frequent guests?

The parking is too slope and should to be very careful when going to next parking level. Inside house only provided with 2 bowls and 2 small plates and no spoon/forks. The plates not enough to eat properly. Host may arrange more big plates and spoon/forks.
