The house itself very convenient and happy to be stayed..

The swimming pool is under maintenance which we are not aware and also the management.. Once we reach the swimming pool it is under maintenance. Very disappointing

The place was cozy looking and neat.

There were tiny ants all around the place. Bed sheets were very itchy until we had rashes. Saw some tiny spiders around. The 2 double bed air-conditioning was not strong. But my kids managed with a fan. Please rectify all these comments given and sure you will get 5 star rating.

There was no light in one of the bathrooms. The TV remote was repaired so we could watch a movie with the family.

Mudah enter masuk rumah guna password.

Jem keluar masuk guard, Tiada mesin air bertapis, safety kurang tiada lock dari dalam, Bilik sempit utk 7org, krem, TV susah setting dengan internet..Tiada ruang solat.

what I like the most about this property is the cleanliness and the ease of checkin and checkout. The property can fit up to six adult at one time.

From carpark to lift is having problems.... Didn't mention which exit place to use... There are two exits place near to my carpark....at first I just saw only one... Then carry all things together with baby and go to exit place but no button to lobby or go room floor... Call the guy and the guy also don't know how to explain and ask me drove out to find security... With baby and things, it creates lots difficulty...at last I request the security phone and he guided me... If not, I think I will leave and choose other hotel... That time was at midnight.. After the security guided me, I only knew there was another exit door... They should label or send the video to guide

- Access at guard house , every time need to explain et. no system - upon check-in, 2 window latches were missing. Property manager was notified and repairman was sent the next morning. No thorough inspection of the property before accepting guests - the water dispenser was not frm any recognized brand and no sign that it was regularly maintained. - no kettle was provided due to the water dispenser

Its very nearby to the town and maximum is around 10-15 min drive only.

The host and pic is very accommodating in our request. I do get constant update or guides from the host to reach the place and info on the surrounding places.

The place manager, Ms Tang, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The property is clean, well-maintained, and very kid-friendly, perfect for families. The location is also superb, making everything easily accessible.

Great experience with very convenient parking—made everything so much easier.

1. The guard check is inconvenient. We had to queue every time, especially when the lane was occupied by new check-ins. 2. The door feels insecure. It is made of deck wood with only one digital lock. 3. It was noisy at midnight. There were drunken people shouting outside, causing sleepless nights. 4.We stayed for 10 days but only received one housekeeping service, despite being charged cleaning fees for the full stay. 5. Household supplies were insufficient for a 9-night stay, and there was no follow-up from the owner to check or refill. 6. The lift feels unsecured, as anyone can access it without a security pass.

Clean and cozy Host was quick in response and friendly.

Parking is on the ground floor and no need to drive up and up like normal apartments. Best facility is there’s water filter machine, no need to worry about drinking water whether hot cold or warm. TV had all the apps Netflix Disney plus that already has account signed in so you can watch easily. Living area is quite spacious.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable. No shelf near basin to put things in the toilet. No place to hang the wet towels or clothes. And all the doors are not well oiled, there’s sounds every-time you open close them. The whole apartment rooms didn’t had fan, it’s aircond only, it was quite hot in the day upon checking in so you had to full blast it for awhile to get it cool, then in the night it made the air very dry and our nose was pain. Also maybe cause the aircond is facing directly at us at the bed head and it is quite a small room. Already tilted the airflow down instead of directly at our face but its a small room so regardless it still didn’t feel so comfortable.

The accommodation does provide the basic necessities such as a water heater and filtered water. Besides, the good part is that free parking is provided, which makes it especially convenient for families traveling by car.

The overall interior design and renovation are decent, but the cleanliness is not up to standard. The floor was extremely dirty — my socks turned black after walking on it. The dining chairs were very unstable, with loose screws that couldn’t be tightened and even fell out at times. One major downside is the entry process through the guardhouse. Although I was told by the host that my car plate had been registered in advance, every time I entered or exited it still took a long time to scan. The security was very slow, often requiring repeated reminders, and sometimes they even ignored vehicles, causing delays in getting into the accommodation.

Car park lift lobby is eerie and dark during daytime because lighting timer were set to off. swimming pool water is murky.

Beds were comfortable. Host was quick to respond to questions. Towels were provided. Host provided a playpen for baby. Decent stay.

Bathroom needs proper cleaning as the floors were 'slimy'. Washing machine provided, but no drying rack nor space for drying. Sorry to say that swimming pool of the property was dirty.

The whole accomodation is not as per advertised. The place is dirty, there are smells all over the washing basin, sink and pipes, like something rotten inside. The walls are dirty, the beds and pillow have smell as well, and there are obvious stain on the bed sheet and quilt cover as well

Overall the place is clean, just that the washroom got some urine smell

The kitchen sink tap is broken and was not fixed. No drying rack. The iron is also broken.

The apartment provides a washing machine, refrigerator and extra pillows. The agent was also very helpful. The location is also near to Gerbang malam and Ipoh Night market (only a short drive and affordable price if you go with Grab).
