The owner really easy to deals. The owner allowed us to c.in earlier without any charges. The facilities also good and really clean. Great place for staycation with family. ❤️

Het zwembad was mooi op het dak. Inchecken verliep makkelijk, prettig contact met de host. Locatie is goed, alles op loopafstand. Als je geen luxe zoekt is het prima.

Het lijkt absoluut niet op de foto’s die op Booking stonden. Het was klein en de badkamer was echt niet hygiënisch. Die stonk vreselijk en was ook echt niet schoon.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pool war etwas grünlich und veralgt. Könnte etwas sauberer sein.

Housekeeping didn’t do a good job, the floor at certain areas were sticky and the fan remotes were out of batteries.

Der Pool war natürlich das Highlight mit der wunderschönen Aussicht, man hat echt Ruhe und sind kaum Leute da. Die Zimmer sind super süß dekoriert und haben eine inordnung Ausstattung für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis echt top.

Der Pool war grün das hat mich bisschen irritiert aber gut kenne mich da jetzt auch nicht so aus Die Dusche ist echt kompliziert wenn du das nicht kennst hab ewig gebraucht um das zu verstehen Das Bett ist leider sehr hart habe nach zwei Nächten ziemliche Rückenschmerzen

Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel. C’est de loin l’un des pires établissements. L’état de propreté était tout simplement inacceptable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que la chambre était extrêmement sale. La salle de bain était recouverte de moisissures, notamment sur le store et autour des toilettes. Les vitres, le miroir, les robinets et la bouche d’évacuation n’étaient pas nettoyés, avec de la rouille et de nombreuses traces de saleté. Le lit présentait de multiples taches, ce qui ne donnait absolument pas envie d’y dormir. Les rideaux étaient également tachés, avec des traces ressemblant à de la sauce ainsi qu’à une importante saleté noire. Les plinthes étaient couvertes de poussière, il y avait des fourmis dans la chambre ainsi que qu’une mouche mortes sur le sol. Les murs étaient sales, avec des éclaboussures qui semblaient être de la nourriture ou d’une boisson. Les couverts mis à disposition n’étaient pas propres et la bouilloire contenait encore de l’eau laissée par de précédents occupants, ce qui est inadmissible sur le plan de l’hygiène. La planche à repasser était déchirée et les interrupteurs n’étaient même pas adaptés aux prises présentes dans la chambre. L’ascenseur nous a également fait très peur. Nous sommes montés dedans avec d’autres personnes et, arrivés au troisième étage, il a brusquement eu un mouvement anormal qui a donné l’impression qu’il avait décroché ou chuté avant de se stabiliser. Nous avons tous été très inquiets. Cette expérience nous a mis dans un état de stress, d’inconfort et surtout d’insécurité. Autre point très négatif : il n’y a pas de véritable accueil. Tout se fait via WhatsApp. Il faut contacter le gérant par message, qui envoie ensuite un code permettant de récupérer la carte de la chambre dans une sorte de boîte aux lettres. Il n’y a donc personne et pas de réception pour accueillir les clients, répondre aux questions ou gérer les problèmes sur place.

Easy check in instructions, unfortunately given wrong room, the larger two bed accommodation a lot nicer than the studio room. Swimming pool epic view, but is very busy especially in the evenings and weekends.

Bed not firm enough. Gym cardio equipment not working, machines knackered but there is a new set of weights, no air con in gym, fans only worked once. Busy roads to cross if walking into old town.

Landlord was prompt in updating. Place was surprising clean and comfortable. Would love to book again!

Superior Room - the decor and ambience feels very cosy. The facilities are all working well, especially the water dispenser and water heater. See the photos attached for superior Room. I do not have the other 2 rooms (3-bedroom and 4-bedroom) to attach. Easy to check in and check out process. When faced any difficulties or queries, I engaged the chat service and they are prompt in responding to assist.

4-bedroom Room - i got feedback from fellow travellers that the water dispenser is not working and they have to get their own water sources.

The hse is comfortable to stay.

It is spacious enough to fit a lot of people. It has 4 bedroom which is just convenient for our family. Theres refrigerator, air fryer, kettle.. theres baby cot available, but as i requested it late pm, i did not manage to get it.. so be sure to request this early.

We were able to check in earlier than expected, which was very helpful since we arrived in Ipoh around 1 PM while normal check-in time was 3 PM. Upon arrival the baby cot was missing, but after sending a message it was arranged quite quickly, which we appreciated. The beds were comfortable and nicely firm. The shower had good water pressure and warm water. The apartment was reasonably clean overall. The location is a bit outside the city centre, but it is easy to get around with Grab.

The air conditioning in the bedroom was not working properly, which made the room quite warm. There were also no knives in the kitchen. The bathroom was quite small.

There are many rules posted in the apartment, which creates a feeling of discomfort. Only plastic cups are allowed. The bathrooms need to be cleaner.

The stay was quite disappointing. There was no water dispenser, which made it difficult to prepare drinks. Basic items like coffee and sugar packets were not provided. We booked for 10 people, but there were only 6 mugs available. The mugs were also not clean and had stains. There were no cleaning brushes and no toothbrushes provided. The management really needs to improve on basic necessities and cleanliness. The facilities were not sufficient for the number of guests booked. Overall, improvements are needed to ensure guests have a comfortable stay.

super smooth check-in from booking until entering the house. house hospitality is superb. The owner is very helpful. meet all expectations, true to what is offered. unit is at the end of the hallway which is very convenient as not many people would go in front of the unit. Near the restaurant and convenient store. walking distance, just cross the road. facilities is very good, comfy and cozy. stay there again in future? of course. nice view especially when swimming and at the observation deck.

The location was very convenient, there was a great 24 hours restaurant nearby plus plenty of other shops with walking distance. The pool was fantastic - great view of the city. Gym was well equipped

I wasn't aware that the apartment didn't actually have a stove. There was just a steamer, fridge and also microwave. As I was staying for 2 weeks, I would have loved to been able to cook some dishes due to dietary requirements

Die Photos entsprechen nicht dem aktuellen Stand. Im Wohnzimmer kein Couchtisch, keine Stehlampe. In einem Schlafzimmer kein Nachttisch und keine Nachtischlampe. Die Matrazen, Kissen und Decken sehr schlechte Qualität! In der Küche lagen Microfaserlappen die entsorgt gehören! Im Bad die Fugen in schlechtem Zustand, das Bad an sich sehr klein.

The pool area was the only part of the property that matched the photos.

My stay at Ipoh Horizon was extremely disappointing and far below the standard expected. The apartment was sub-standard and lacked basic essentials: the bedrooms had no closets, wardrobes, or even hangers. There were no bedside tables or lamps. The kitchen was equally poorly equipped, lacking even basic drinking glasses. The bathroom was tiny with only a single flimsy plastic shelf and nowhere to place toiletries. Speaking of toiletries, only a bottle of body wash and shampoo were provided. The building itself is very run down. The hallways were dirty with footprints everywhere, and the lobby staff (security guards) were surly and unhelpful. I am particularly disappointed that the listing was disingenuous. The photos focused almost entirely on the pool, hiding the reality of the rooms. Furthermore, the site did not clearly indicate these were individually operated apartments. I have used Booking.com for many years and expect a much higher level of transparency and quality. I would rate this as 2-star at best. I will not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others

Just the location

The place didn't look like the one that I booked as there are a few units and my is just one of them, It is just misleading and disappointing. Just had one parking lot available and we came in two cars. the other car park outside was fined for parking just outside the condominium.

Der Pool war sehr gut

Nach einem langen Flug von Australien haben wir einen falschen Code bekommen und es hat eine Stunde gedauert, bis wir ins Zimmer kamen. Kein persönlicher Kontakt - nur über WhatsApp. . Das Bett war bretthart. Im Nachbarzimmer war eine grosse Familie mit entsprechendem Lärmpegel. Am Ende bekam ich noch eine Parkbusse obwohl parken am Hotel möglich sein sollte.

Convenient location, nice infinity pool

Carspace is small, bedsheets not that clean, i would give good rating for the convenient location and infinity pool but they could improve on the cleanliness.

Water dispenser

Although the building appears new, the condition of the unit was disappointing. There were multiple stains on the walls, and one of the bedroom doors was unable to close properly. In addition, we encountered cockroaches in both the room and the kitchen. Furthermore, the bedsheets had a strong perfume scent that did not resemble regular laundry detergent, which raised concerns that the bedsheets in one of the rooms may not have been changed prior to our stay.

Grab food delivery, always arrived earlier than expected. The rooms were a great size, and the house was clean, with a kitchen and living area!

Bedsheets had stains and towels were rather yellow and looked old. Had to buy our own hand soap for the toilets and kitchen area. Carpark was really narrow, not suitable for a alphard and vehicle that size.

Having difficulties with the two access cards to exit from car park and using the lift on the second day of our stay. But the first day everything was fine.

The entrance and exit of the car park was too narrow. Need to be careful when manoeuvring up and down the building

All the beds were double bed. Spare rooms can be 2 single beds.

The rooftop pool was quite nice

Overpriced for the area - way above the typical cost in Ipoh. It looked much more luxurious in the pictures - this is a fairly basic apartment. As we paid a lot of money we were disappointed by the standard as we were expecting luxury accommodation. Bathrooms were tiny. The location is a bit out of the way for town centre. Gym was extremely basic. Jacuzzi was cold and we couldn't work out how to turn it on.
