This time the TV worked, so I was happy about that. Nice facilities.

If you have recognised the need to have "GIRLS ONLY" Hostel, you should actually make it girls only. It says on the booking.com that it is, but they were mixed. It is annoying always to think how are you dressed when you are outside the capsule -wearing a bra, pijama and always to have that red light in your head -there are guys near me at night. Men don`t have to think about this stuff. It is good to know that for every woman in prison there are 14 men. Just citing a fact!

Il posto é molto vicino ai mezzi, pulito, sicuro per i bagagli. Lo staff mi ha permesso di lasciare il bagaglio lì durante la giornata anche se il check out era per le 10, ho apprezzato estremamente questa cosa. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo

Non funzionavano un taglio di cuffie per la TV e non ho trovato il bollitore.

Nice place to sleep, cozy. It feels safe. It is like a hostel with 4 bedrooms in one room, but there is privacy, as they are separated. There is a TV and headphones in each pod. Nice common area. Very well located, near to the city center, restaurants, supermarkets. It is very clean.

The pods are very tiny. There is no kitchen. One may hear all the noises of the neighbours in the other pods,

Die Kapsel ist hübsch komfortabel, allerdings hörst du alles. Auch Sachen die du eigentlich net hören willst🤣🤣🤣, Die Stiegen sind super hart, nach 3 Proben is die Tür aufgegangen. Um halb 6/6 war nicht mehr an schlafen zu denken, weil du jedes Geräusch usw hörst

Man bekommt, wofür man bezahlt - etwas mehr Privatsphäre als in einem Hostel, aber nicht die Annehmlichkeiten eines Hotels. Meiner Meinung nach war es in der Kapsel relativ bequem. Bei meinem Aufenthalt war es auch sehr ruhig, da die meisten Kapseln nicht belegt waren - wenn man Pech hat, könnte es aber wahrscheinlich auch etwas lauter sein.

Ruhiges Schlafen.

Kaum Personal vor Ort, schlechte Erreichbarkeit, wenn der Code nicht funktioniert.

L’endroit etait propre, les capsules confortables. L’endroit est à 15min à pieds de la gare et à 20-25 min à pieds du centre.

Manque un petit coin cuisine ou juste de quoi chauffer de l’eau.

My first pod hostel/hotel. Really nice vent slots in pods so it was never stuffy and pods were clean.

The facilities would use a bit of upkeep. The shower faucet and drain specifically and airco could be a bit better. Would be nice if inside the pod there was a small shelf for glasses and cellphone.

The locker at the entrance doesn't notify when the door is open and how to open it. Not only for me, but another customer had the same issue at 10pm. And he was getting upset and aggressive The towel is very small The air-conditioning is not working on the capsule, I had to sleep with the door open The isolation is not great, I can hear couples making love in the capsule next mine and I din't feel secure There is no WhatsApp number and I didn't get a reply to my questions and concerns I sent via SMS and email in the evening. In the email to check in, it says we can reach at any time. The plug to charge the phone on the capsule worked but with a very low power. My phone didn't charge to 100% in 7h.... There are lockers but no real explanation how and when you use them. If I want to use them after check out... There is no space to open your luggage, just right in the middle of the commun area in front of the camera (no real privacy)

Irreführend eine DoppelKAPSEL als „Doppelzimmer“ anzuführen. Dusche wurde bei der Einrichtung NICHT als Gemeinschaftsbad angeführt.

It was a truly horrible stay from booking to check-out from the hotel. I accidentally paid three times for the hotel. When ordering, instead of confirming receipt of funds, a form appeared stating that the reservation was not confirmed. I wrote to the support service but they didn't refund my money. The hotel wrote me a letter with incorrect address details and hotel access code. I was able to check in only at 7 pm when I received the correct address and the correct access code. There was standing water in the shower because the drain was clogged. There was fungus on the walls of the shower cubicle. There were no bed linens on the blanket, and under the covers was part of a PCR test.

Nur eine Kleinigkeit, das Wasser in der einen Dusche floss nicht richtig ab. Nachdem die Putzfrau dann aber da war, war alles wieder trocken und sehr sauber.

Man hat seine Privatsphäre, in 10-15min bei U-Bahn/Bus/Zug/…

In den Kapseln ist es sehr warm und mein Spinnt hat nicht funktioniert Ausschlafen geht nicht, Putzteam am Morgen ist sehr laut

It was a very pleasant, quiet, and comfortable stay. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped with everything you might need, and conveniently located in a central area, making it easy to get around. The biggest advantage was the privacy offered by each individual capsule, as well as how spacious and comfortable it felt — you never feel claustrophobic. The bed was comfortable, there were enough bathrooms for all the guests, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.

I would have preferred the air conditioner to be a bit more powerful. During our stay, there was a heat wave with temperatures close to 40°C, and even at the lowest temperature setting, it wasn't able to cool the room sufficiently.

The location was amazing. I also enjoyed the privacy of the pods.

One of the bathroom lights wasn’t working. While the main room itself was air-conditioned, the pods were not.

Es ist alten Weibern nicht verboten, auf Bäume zu steigen. Trotzdem würde ich beim nächsten Mal lieber ein unteres Bett nehmen. 🤭

Die Lage ist wunderbar, man ist superschnell im Zentrum, sogar zu Fuß.

Es könnte ein Tisch in der Unterkunft sein, an den man sich mal setzen kann. Das wäre schön für die Zukunft.

Für 8 Tage nur zwei Miniatur Handtücher die nie gewechselt wurden. Auf meine beiden Anrufe wurde 8 Tage(!) nicht reagiert. Und das für einen extrem überzogenen Preis. Danke für nichts!

Wygodne łóżka, były ręczniki i suszarki do włosów. Był też podajnik z zatyczkami do uszu.

Brak czajnika, brak jakiegokolwiek stolika i krzesła w całym obiekcie (jedynie mała, niska kanapa). Kapsuły nie są dźwiękoszczelne, więc słychać wszystko, co się dzieje na zewnątrz.

The accommodation offers excellent value for money. The bathrooms and showers are always clean and well-maintained, and the hot water works perfectly. The property is very close to the city center, which is full of tourist attractions, and there’s a tram stop right in front of the building, with a subway station nearby. I really appreciate the privacy you get in your own capsule. The Robin Wood team is incredibly friendly.

The pods are good fun, and very comfortable. Multiple lighting options inside.

No hay instalaciones comunrs como sillas mesas dispensores de agua micronfass.. solo 2 baños y 2 duchas para al menos 12 capsulas.. no hayningun contacto con personal si se requiere alhuna consulta.. solo la mujer de limpieza...dan solo una toalla de mano..podria ser mas grande para la ducha. Caro por lo que se ofrece

A localização é muito boa, apenas a 15 min do centro, as camas e as casas de banho estavam limpas

Não tínhamos privacidade nenhuma, dava para ouvir tudo das outras capsulas, principalmente em cima de nós. Não nos deixaram uma toalha grande para tomar banho, isso foi um absurdo porque no anúncio diz que tem toalha!!! O chuveiro é muito ruim, a água espirra para todos os lados. E para quem tem claustrofobia não recomendo porque as cápsulas são muito apertadas…

The property is kept very clean. The toilet and the shower room are very spacious, and surprisingly the "capsule" as well. The mattress, pillow and blanket were comfortable, and in my space the air ventillation was exceptionally good. The hotel itself is easy to reach, the location is quiet and safe, even for a solo female traveller. There are also lockers on site, though I didn't need them for my small backpack.

This is a capsule hotel, and the "capsule" itself isn't soundproof at all. With earplugs this issue can be mitigated. Though I could sleep really well using them, I still woke up several times to the impact of someone slamming the door somewhere. It would be nice if the doors had some kind of bumper or silencer as anti-slamming measure. Also, opening the door outside is a bit of a riddle. I managed to open it after a few tries, but it might be worth adding a sentence or two to the e-mail sent with entrance and wifi code.

Relatively close to city centre. Good facilities, and the double bed pod was spacious. Shower and toilet were clean. Pod was clean.

A/C didn’t affect the pod particularly so was a little harder to sleep. Some more ventilation holes would be good.

Jedynie dodalabym suszarki w drugiej częśc hostelui, a nie tylko w pierwszej części hostelu

Zuverlässige Kommunikation und wirklich sehr gute Lage (fussläufig zum Hbf, Naschmarkt, Sacher...), in einem angenehmen Stadtbezirk. Anschluss an die Öffis in der Nähe... Unkomplizierte, einfache Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, für alle die auf jeglichen Luxus verzichten können. Die Räume sind gut gelüftet und klimatisiert.

Bei der angebotenen Übernachtungsmöglichkeit hängt der Wohlfühlfaktor stark von den anwesenden Gästen ab. Am Anreisetag war das leider ziemlich unangenehm (laut, unordentlich... gebrauchte Bettwäsche im Duschbereich...) glücklicherweise war das am nächsten Tag überstanden. In den Duschen sollten die Duschköpfe getauscht und die Fliesen gereinigt werden. In den geräumigen Duschkabine ist ein unangenehmer Geruch (Abfluss?) wahrnehmbar. Die bequeme Matratze hatte einen Fleck.

スタッフはいない。メールで、入口の開け方と部屋の番号の連絡が来たけど、鍵の開け方がわからず。 電話は繋がったから開け方がわからないと伝えたら動画が送られて来て、なんとか開けられたけど、そもそも、宿の場所が本当にここで合ってるのかわからなかったし、不安しかなかった。 室内は、ソファ１つしかなく、テーブルもなし。 ポットやレンジもない。ご飯を食べる場所もない。やむなく、カプセル内で食べるしかなかった。 3日宿泊したけど、初日から、変な声で唸ってる人がいて、しかも常連ぽい人。次の日も、また別に大きく唸り声を上げたり、朝6時から大きな音で音楽かけて、大声で話す人がいたり。とにかく毎日怖いしうるさいし、全然寝られない。

I liked that this property was completely self service, however whenever we had a problem they were very easy to get a hold off. The capsules are clean and very spacious.

The location was ok but it was a little far from the city center.

Great location, quick entry system, clean sheets and bedding, the pod is large enough and doesn't make you feel claustrophobic (I could sit up inside without much problem). No need to formally check-in / check-out which saves time

I probably had bad luck but one of the sinks was clogged and so was one of the toilets, another toilet had no working light. If your pod is next to the entrance door, you will hear a lot from the street, there is very little noise isolation (but disposable earplugs are provided). TV in my pod had very weak signal (nothing loaded) and one ear cushion in the provided headphones was peeled off. The entrance door seems like it's made of plastic and doesn't feel very secure as a barrier

Όλα Ένας μεθυσμένος άνδρας θεώρησε κατάλληλο να επιστρέψει τα ξημερώματα και να φωνάζει επί πέντε ολόκληρες ώρες, ρίχνοντας νερά παντού. Μάλιστα άναψε τα φώτα και με τις φωνές του τρόμαξε τους ενοίκους του καταλύματος. Θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει επιτήρηση.

Die Locker lassen sich teilweise nicht mehr richtig absperren

There was a TV inside the capsule which was great. The lighting inside was also good. Also, the location is great.

It would be good if one could lock the door of the capsule from the inside. Also, perhaps some sort of small net attached on the inside wall for your small personal belongings would be useufl

A szállás azt adja amit egy ilyen helytől várhatunk ezért az árért, se többet se kevesebbet. A szállás tiszta, rendezett, nagyon jó elhelyezkedése van, közel a tömegközeledési lehetőségek. A kapszula tiszta és kényelmes volt, ahogy a szállás többi része is. Felmerülő kérdések esetén gyorsan és készségesen választ kaptunk. A “lakótársaktól” nyilván függ az élmény, de azt tapasztaltuk, hogy ottlétünk alatt mindenki igyekezett annyira halk lenni amennyire csak tud.

Muy buen servicio por el precio, cumple con lo necesario si lo único que se busca es un lugar para dormir. Si hay mucho ruido afuera se escucha todo en el pod pero esta bien.

Top Lage, gute Kommunikation

Leider in der Nacht nicht besonders dunkel und kaum Schallisolierung. Man hört alles. Leider auch keine Möglichkeit sich an einen Tisch zu setzen.

Das KOnzept mit den Pots ist genial. Man ist zusammen und doch für sich. Ich habe mich nie gestört gefühlt und die Atmosphäre war sehr höflich und rücksichtsvoll. Die Lage ist genial, in 5 Minuten ist man an der U1, kann aber auch zu Fuß zur Oper gehen. Der Raum ist sehr sauber, es gibt sogar einen Fön. Ich komme bestimmt wieder, auch wenn ich schon über 60 bin. Es gibt ja keinerlei Personal vor Ort, aber wenn man anruft, bekommt man sofort eine nette Hilfe.

Ich würde mir Tische und ein paar mehr Sitzgelegenheiten wünschen, Platz dazu ist ja da. so kann man mal am Tisch etwas essen oder vielleicht einen Laptop bedienen.

Die Unterkunft ist eigentlich ganz ok, die Pods sind sauber. Leider sehr hellhörig, am zweiten Tag lag im Pod ober mir ein Mann der sehr laut geschnarcht hat, aber damit muss man in Hostels eh rechnen.

Es gab leider nur ein kleines Handtuch, würde mir ein großes wünschen.

Az elhelyezkedés, és felszereltség. Nagyon rugalmasak, először hideg volt, de felhívtam őket, és azonnal kapcsoltak fűtést.

A vendégek, erről a szállás egyáltalán nem tehet de első este borzasztó hangzavart rendezett két spanyol lány, ráadásul angolul sem beszéltek, így nem igazán tudtam nekik szólni

The pod was comfortable to sleep in. There is a possibility to store luggage for the day.

I've been to capsule hotels and i don't think this is how you should do it. Everything is in one continuous space, even the sinks for washing, so you're bound to wake up when other people get up earlier than you. I got there late at night and wanted to dry my hair after a shower, but i didn't want to wake people who were already sleeping. The layout is awkward and there is nowhere to comfortably change your clothes. The shower i used was small and everything got wet so it was difficult to get changed there too. So basically things are awkwardly designed. You're there brushing your teeth in the same space people are hanging out in.

La ubicación

La almohada no era cómoda. La Tv no funcionaba pues el mando no tenía pilas. Se escuchaba el ruido de la calle y del interior del hostel.

Cumple su cometido a la perfección. En su lugar para pasar la noche y durante el día hacer turismo. Tiene todo lo necesario para ello.

Se escucha todo. Asegúrate de llevar tapones.

Easy acess, calm, good location, cosa capsules.

My sheet was not very clean, headphones broken. One neighbour got locked out of his capsule in the morning ans personel were not reachable for 1,5 hours.

Capsule pulite e molto carine, ogni capsula ha la tv con dotazione cuffie, servizi sempre puliti. Staff sempre presente per qualsiasi cosa.

Della struttura non posso dire nulla, anzi! ma alla fine dipende sempre il rispetto che hanno gli altri ospiti. Essendo un posto dove tutti possono accedere e le capsule non sono chiuse complete, il rumore dei vicini si sentono.

Izdevīga atrašanās vieta. Gana daudz izlietnes.

Apraksts bija viegli maldinošs - nebija pieejama tējkanna. Nebija skaidru norāžu kurš skapītis kurai kapsulai, bija jāmeklē brīvs un jācer, ka drīkst, jo uz vietas personāla nav.

Clean and comfortable

Very neat and safe. For any queries, help was available over phone through out the day.

May be the storage shelves can be made a bit bigger for luggage

Me gustó la idea de las cápsulas, porque es como un hostal pero con un poco más de espacio personal. Los baños y duchas muy limpios, igual que todo el lugar. Bien para una noche.

Como no hay recepción, no se entiende bien cómo funciona el establecimiento. Y no hay avisos claros para una “convivencia” clara. Las personas dentro de las cápsulas pueden prender unas luces fuertes que alumbran afuera de las cápsulas. Nos tocaron unos vecinos que nunca las apagaron durante la noche y nos tocó golpearles la puerta para que las apagaran a las 2am porque no podíamos dormir. No apto para claustrofóbicos.

At the end of the day, it’s a hostel and there’s not much that can be done. The location isn’t too bad and everything is walkable.

When I first got in, most, if not all, the common spaces were dirty and they weren’t cleaned until late in the morning after. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper for one afternoon and it was gone before the morning.

Todo muy limpio, la ubicacion centrica y muy amable el hospedador, nos permitiò dejar nuestras maletas en el locker despues del check out

Alles war sehr sauber und es herrschte eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Der Platz in den Boxen war ausreichend. Ich habe für eine Konferenz in St. Florian eine günstige Unterkunft in der Nähe gesucht und dafür war es ideal. Es gab Cafés zum Frühstücken in der Nähe. Mir hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Check-in war sehr unkompliziert.

Très bon logement, en plein centre de vienne très agréable et confortable. Très contente de mon séjour et de ce logement avec un rapport qualité prix parfait

Petit bémol l'isolation sonore est inexistante ce qui peut être perturbant au début, mais tout le monde essaie de faire le moins de bruit possible.
