Altio hotel

La propiedad esta en una zona muy buena de Cali y muy segura, hay muchos restaurantes y lugares para caminar y relajarse. El hotel tiene un servicio muy bueno tienen un equipo de trabajo excelente muy serviciales . Su desayuno muy bueno. Lo evaluaría de 10 le doy 10 . Sus camas limpias, pulcras yo tome la habitacion con balcon a la calle y es como un apartamento ,las fotos de la descripcion se ajustan perfectanente con lo que brindan. Te brindan el servicio de taxi , tiene elevador el hotel .

El hotel es bonito limpio y confortable, la atención es excelente de parte de todo el staff. El desayuno, incluido en la tarifa, delicioso cada día. La zona es segura y hay muchos lugares cercanos como restaurantes, bares, un parque, tiendas, etc.

Good location in Cali. Near many good restaurants and cafes. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. The shower head was clogged or damaged and sprayed water pretty much everywhere in the bathroom and through the shutters into the bedroom. My toileteries were constantly getting soaked. There is faje grass in the living area. I guess this absorbs the water spraying from the shower. It was a challenge to have consistent temperature in the shower. Breakfast was ok. You order from a menu with a few different egg options. Be prepared to pay extra. You want milk in your coffee? That costs extra. Make a change to the your eggs? That costs extra. There are areas in the hallways that had signs of black mold on the walls and ceiling.

It had windows but shower looks funny.

Tiene elevador y la recepción tiene la mejor actitud para atender en resolver, por ejemplo en saber donde dejar el carro porque el hotel no tienen parqueadero y te ayudan con cuestiones de dónde alquilar carro

It’s a good place to spend a couple of nights. Needs more things to do inside the hotel or at least a couple of coffee shops

Very dirty to begin with, the blankest were dirty, very difficult to sleep Bcus all the noise from the next door room you could hear it, bathroom when you shower all the water gets everywhere including the bedroom, breakfast was very limited, no parking overall way too expensive for such a not nice place.

Fue un gran viaje, la ubicación cerca del gato del río Cali, el desayuno delicioso igual su café, como era de esperarse por ser Colombia, tienen acceso controlado las 24 horas lo que te permite salir a divertirte, sin temor. que tarden en abrir, el personal super amable y la habitación muy comoda y no tiene ruido al exterior por lo que se descansa al 100% Gracias a todo el personal del hotel

I like everything from the hotel! The only con is that breakfast is a little bit slow. I wish it could be a breakfast buffet instead of waiting 20/30 minutes to be served.

Emplacement près de dizaines de restaurants, licors store , épicerie , parc , cartier très sécuritaires et tranquille en retrait du boulevard , chambre avec un balcon un gros plus pour les longs séjours ! Se je reviens à cali ce sera au Altio assurément 👍

staff and people are so kind!!!! wonderful food options for free breakfast, clean of and laundry resources are readily available. we even had packages sent to the hotel for us and they were dealt with very easily. thank you so much

It was described as a "4-star hotel" but it felt more like a higher-end hostal. Cleaning was missed and had to be requested again (but only until 2 pm). Showers had design flaw in that water went all over the bathroom floor. Rooms are quite dark and there is no sound proofing whatsoever (both from the windows and the main door). The elevator was super annoying, slow and it set off a high pitch alarm everytime you got in / out of it (which you could hear from your room at all hours). Breakfast was included but was basic and was told that I had to pay 2,000 pesos to add milk to my coffee (not a lot of money but really?). The price was good so it wasn't a bad stay, just average, hence the three stars I've given it. The furnishings were cheap and will likely not age well (wasn't a fan of the artificial grass in the rooms which was already strating to peel). Communication with the hotel prior to the stay was poor (I should have written in Spanish since the answers that came back in English just did not make any sense at all). As a "4-star hotel" with high ratings, perhaps my expectations were too high. I wouldn't call it a 4-star hotel myself based on my stays at other 4-star hotels in Cali (e.g. Spiwak, Marriott, Intercontinental, Movich, Hotel Now etc) and around the world. Ultimately you get what you pay for so if you're on a budget it may be a good option for you. For me I thought that Spiwak and Hotel Now provide better value for my own personal preferences.

This hotel is like a loft located in a great area called Penon! Very centrally located by the river, mall, lots of restaurants and night life. Breakfast was good it’s total worth it if you like a kitchenette. It doesn’t have a swimming pool however if you’re in town for business or exploring you will love this place.

Hotel bien ubicado, cerca a buenos restaurantes y sitios de interes turistico. Buen aseo en general y habitaciones comodas. Se oye ruido molesto de la calle. Desayuno bueno aunque cobran adicional por una pizca de leche. No cuenta con parqueadero propio

Staff is great! They are kind and very friendly. This is like a boutique hotel so don’t expect anyone to carry your bags to your room or open the door for you. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Didn’t like that the hotel is on a hill or that the surrounding streets are hills. Quite a climb at times.

Desde el momento de la llegada, te reciben con una cálida bienvenida y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. En cuanto a la relación calidad-precio, el hotel ofrece excelentes instalaciones y servicios a un precio muy razonable. El lugar esta estrategicamente bien ubicado.

Es un lugar central y de fácil acceso a quienes llevábamos un día con una agenda a tope. Su gente apasionada por la atención y estar atentos a cualquier detalle me hicieron feliz!!!

Love the area and will continue to come. The area really feels like you are in Soho, Manhattan, New York. Weekends are the best since all the artist show case their good in the park( el parque del peñón).

The room was very comfortable, clean, love the bed, a lot of pillows for my comfort. Yummy breakfast, the arepa, pericos eggs, the coffee and orange juice were delicious. I think we received more than a great service for what we paid. It was a real good deal. Highly recommend for people that love to have a nice rest after a long day exploring the city or just chilling watching movie.

Una Excelente Experiencia muy confortable la habitación El personal muy atento muy familiar nos hicieron sentir como en casa solo exhortamos a seguir trabajando así a la gerencia hacerle solo dos sugerencias #1 poner El Nombre del Hotel visible pues los servicios de Rapi por ejemplo tendían a confundirse y #2 trabajar en la insonorización de los cuartos pues si se escucha “Todo “ Ojalá y Urbanización les autorice la terraza sería un toque genial gracias

Nos habian prometido desayuno que era muy importante para nosotros pero no tienen restaurante, nos fallaron con el desayuno y en la zona no hay cafeterias abiertas tempranamente para desayunar temprano cuando uno tiene que iniciar actividad temprano. La infraestructura es mas de hotel tipo hostal. La ubicación es excelente. Descuidan cosas como proveer de papel higienico de reserva que nos tocó solicitarlo.

Nothing works I was without water my first night no shower no using the toilet I was exhausted after long day flying just wanted to take a shower and rest No way to take a shower The lock to the door doesn’t work even the woman that works there spent 10 minutes trying to lock my door Also the security door that leads to all the rooms doesn’t lock either Very unsafe and uncomfortable . Anyone can just access your room without a key So many other problems to long to list here And no manager on site!! Spend a little more and go to a better hotel

El hotel es agradable y bien ubicado. En la primera habitación había muchísimo ruido y era una habitación sin vista , por lo tanto al ser interior se sentía el ruido de otras habitaciones . La siguiente a donde me cambiaron estuvo mucho mejor , tenía balcón y cafetera.

The entry doors are not properly done and the lock was not functional. The room was not sound proof especially the entry door. Overall the room was very comfortable

New building and very clean but… This could’ve easily been a 10/10 review but my requests at check in for a quiet room didn’t happen. Room was street facing the construction in front of hotel and the elevator. I was told it’d be “tranqui”. When I brought it up in the morning I left they said “we had interior facing quieter rooms.” Expedia platinum wasn’t honored even though there was availability (they wanted extra payment). Hard to lock entrance sliding door.

I never imagined that for that price I would find a hotel of this level. In Cali there is no better option for location and price. There are 3 restaurants that I recommend very close Turk House (great surprise for lunch), Elsa Café (to go in the afternoons excellent sangria and "pandebonos") and Lakasia (Korean)

Excellent staff service all around, we were greeted and assisted magnificently from beginning to end. This is definitely the BEST place for those who prefer the home away from home environment.

Nice place,nice atmosphere, nice restaurant all around. Good service, good peoples. My only complaint is the a/c in the room.Itvwould noy cool the room properly. It ran all night and I sweat all night.Its just ro small for the room.82 outside 72 in the room.

Arrived at hotel got checked in and once trying to enter room. It appears at least a male and female was in our room. The front desk staff said someone was now in our reserved room and hotel was full. Told us we had to find another hotel. They gave no support seeing that this was their fault After a few back and forth the hotel staff said one was available due to no show. it was very strange especially that they checked us in and gave us room keys for our room that was occupied. It felt as though some un registered guest were given our room…next morning was told they would reimburse the room. It's been over a month and no such reimbursement

Room door didn’t lock, bathroom light didn’t work, staff was very slow to respond to requests on fixing bathroom light. The room was not thoroughly swept, as there was hair on the ground. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and no blanket. Breakfast was mediocre. We ended up leaving early and going to a different better despite not receiving a refund. Would not recommend!

Mi experiencia no fue del todo agradable, considero que el precio que se paga por la estadía no se ve reflejado en el servicio recibido. El servicio de internet es bastante deficiente, no tienen TV por cable a pesar de que ofrecen el servicio, la atención de algunos de los empleados muy deficiente e incluso fuera de lugar… el aseo de la habitación muy superficial.. las reglas de acomodación y tarifas no se cumplen. En conclusión, le daría un 5 de 10. Tengo que resaltar que la infra estructura es moderna y los asociados de negocio en el 1 piso muy acertados..( pizzería y cervecería artesanal excelente servicio) la mayoría de empleados muy respetuosos y amables. Considero que deben pulir y ajustar algunos aspectos para darle a los huéspedes el excelente servicio que nos merecemos.
