Great place to stay. The rooms were really nice and clean. Housekeeping every other day, we got new towels and room cleaned. Very cozy stay. Receptionist Lila was amazing

The hotel team is incredible! They were very helpful and welcoming. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable.

The only thing to keep in mind is that there is no public transportation nearby, and the closest metro station is about a 15-minute walk away. The hotel offers transfer services, which is really convenient. However, it’s worth knowing that if you need a taxi both to and from the hotel, it can almost double the cost of your stay. That said, it’s great to have this option, as taxis in Athens were not always the easiest to catch.

Jedno z najlepszych miejsc przez ostatnie lata naszych podróży, a podróżujemy sporo! W pieszej odległości do centrum i metra, klimatyczna dzielnica (nie doświadczylismy żadnych nieprzyjemnych sytuacji). Sklep spożywczy tuż za rogiem, dużo knajpek. Świetny kontakt z personelem! Zmęczeni podróżą dostaliśmy wczesny check-in, bo pokoj już był dostępny, to było bardzo miłe. Sam apartament wręcz idealny. Dużo drobnych rzeczy wpływających pozytywnie na ogólny komfort użytkowania - klimatyzację nad drzwiami, a nie nad łóżkiem; osłonięte gniazdka w łazience. Wyjątkowo wygodne łóżko. Dużo luster, szaf, półek, lampek, wyposażony aneks kuchenny. Idealna cisza. Po prostu wszystko na swoim miejscu! Człowiek się czuje jak w domu i nawet lepiej, bo co dwa dni jest sprzątanie:) Ogromny balkon z roślinami, fotelami, z widokiem co prawda na blok z naprzeciwka, ale i tak ładnie :) Naprawdę super miejsce, dzięki któremu nasz pobyt w Atenach był bardzo wygodny i przyjemny. Mam nadzieję, ze kiedyś tu wrócimy. Właściciele powinne być dumni z tak wspaniałego hotelu, dziękujemy i życzymy wiele zadowolonych gości!

Sahipleri çok tatlı insanlar, yardımcı olmak için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Lokasyon olarak gayet güzel bir yerde, bizim Kadıköy gibi düşünebilirsiniz arada eylemler olabilir ama endişe edecek bir olay yaşamadık. Tesis etrafında Atina'nın en büyük 2 üniversitesi olduğu için genellikle gençlerin yaşadığı bir mahalle, geceleri daha hareketli oluyor.

Χάρις was brilliant. He and the Exarchia House Project were terrific. The property is in an incredible location. Very well appointment and Χάρις made some super nice recommendations for dinner and breakfast. He organised taxi transfers to and from the airport. Highly recommend staying to anyone. Athens is most definitely worth exploring for 7-10 days. There are so many things to see and do and eat and to spend time slowly.

I only have good things to say about this hotel. The room is actually much better than any chain hotel. Full of comfortable details. Free Wifi worked perfectly. Air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff is super attentive and gentle, always helping me with clear directions and advice about restaurants and other tourist attractions. The cleaning ladies were also very nice. I am very picky about the bed and shower, and this place was the best in those respects as well.

I honestly cannot say anything bad about the place. Unless you are the kind of person who likes to be just a few steps from the most touristic places (say, Plaka), this is definitely a great option, walkable everywhere, and well-connected. I rented here because it was close to my conference, and I could also walk to Plaka every day (about 20 minutes). Also, 10 minutes away from the very easy-to-use metro station.

This is my favorite hotel in Athens. The location is absolutely fantastic. The rooms are very clean and thoughtfully designed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Having a small balcony in the room is also a lovely touch. The staff are definitely the hotel’s greatest asset. They go out of their way to help and make you feel welcome. If you’re looking for a hotel with great value for money, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Exarchia is the best location to experience Athens. Comments about the neighborgood being unsafe are just prejudice. Compred to other parts of the city, Exarchia was the safest and cleanest. People were very welcoming. The hotel and the staff was amazing. Our room was very spacious, very clean and had many small details that makes it more enjoyable. For example the bathroom receives sp much natural light. Amazing balcony and view. When we first arrived, the person in the lobby made us a very extensive list of restaurants, bars and cafes. We only visited those and it made our teip much better. They were always very polite and caring. Price is much lower than standard hotels.

Super hotel, świetna lokalizacja pozwoliła na dotarcie do atrakcji na piechotę, do metra 10 minut. Pokój komfortowy, z balkonem, bardzo wygodne łóżka, zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty, duża i wygodna łazienka. Bardzo czysto, pokój co drugi dzień sprzatany. Fantastyczny personel, bardzo przyjazny i pomocny. Serdecznie pozdrawiam.

L’Accueil et la qualite de l’hebergement

Haris and Lila are wonderful hosts and really make you feel at home. They gave us great recommendations for sightseeing, local bars, and traditional Greek restaurants. The room was excellent and quiet with a comfortable bed, TV, and a great shower. I was especially impressed by the bathroom amenities: toothbrush, razor, body lotion, hair conditioner, and everything you might need during your stay. A fantastic level of attention to detail. The property is also conveniently located, about a 10-minute walk from either Viktoria or Omonia metro stations, and near a few bars and good dining options.

The surrounding area can feel a bit intimidating if you arrive at night, especially on your first day. However, we never felt unsafe and did not experience any problems during our stay.

El cuadro de Bangkok no pegaba nada encima de la cama. La nevera hace algo de ruido y no se puede desconectar.

Très bon accueil et très bel appartement, bien agencé et bien équipé, au calme avec une grande terrasse. L'établissement propose une prise en charge pour venir et retourner à l'aéroport, ce qui est très appréciable. Emplacement permettant de tout faire à pied.

Le quartier peut faire peur au premier abord avec des tags et des boutiques fermées partout, mais aucun problème de sécurité, même tard le soir.

So many little extras were included with the basic room - which was fine on its own: water, soap, shaving kit, toothbrush and toothpaste, all of which really showed the attention to detail and comfort.

Fresh new room , well equiped.

All were very nice . No complaints. The area of Excharchia is special and you have to consider if it is a nice option if you are not Greek. However, it is safer that most think.

Haris disponible pour toutes informations par whatsapp. Les filles de l’accueil sont toujours souriantes, prêtes à donner leurs bonnes adresses ainsi que présentes pour toutes autres questions. Proche du métro pour les visites. Nous avons préférer nous y rendre à pieds, il faut compter 20min. Ayant louer une voiture pour la suite de notre voyage, parking sécurisé à disposition à 2 rues de l’hôtel (personnels agréables également). Petites attentions dans la chambre qui font toujours plaisir.

Staff gentilissimo e conosceva anche la lingua italiana, inoltre ci ha consigliato un sacco di posti dove fare colazione, pranzo e cena veramente ottimi. Letto comodo con scelta di cuscini

La zona per quanto comoda e con tanti posti dove mangiare nei dintorni è un po' wild, non adatta a tutti.

Very central near metros and within walking distance of many sights, if your up for a short walk Rooms spotless clean and lovely touches like bathroom essentials, if you like Area maybe be a bit daunting for some people,not for us, like all big cities,, but perfectly safe and lovely quirky bars and restaurants surrounding the area , Perfect for us.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient. The neighborhood may seem a bit unusual at first because of all the graffiti, but it is actually safe and has its own unique charm. I would definitely recommend this place!

The proximity to city center is very good. The apartment has eveything for short or long term stays. It is clean, the kitchen is well equiupd, very quiet. Both, the bad and the couch are confortable. The staff is more than nice, they help you with any request or problem. They allowed me to leave the luggage, found a shuttle for me to Rafina port, offered me refreshments when I got back from the town to collect my luggage.
