Dinah's Tourist Inn Puerto Princesa

L'hôtel est récent mais toujours en travaux, il est simple mais propre. Le personnel est adorable et très arrangeant. La piscine est super agréable. L'hôtel est vraiment excentré du centre ville mais du coup il est très tranquille et agréable. Je conseille une visite de Puerto Princessa, petite ville sans trop de touriste, mais intéressante. On a visité le marché, très typique!

L'hôtel a l'air d'être en perpétuel travaux. Il n'y a pas de transat au bord de la piscine et le bar de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas. C'est un bon hôtel de passage mais pas pour y séjourner longtemps. Je déconseille la soirée firefly, cher et inintéressante.

Just the location

The toilet is always wet and not that clean. The staff is un attentive though and the place is under renovation.

The place offers a relaxing area by the swimming pool and the staff helps to arrange tours and pick-ups. We enjoyed the Honda Bay Island tour which was surprising beautiful and relaxing (after we already experienced snorkeling in Port Barton). I would definitely recommend it. After searching, we realized that Baker's Hill is super close by and you can walk for 15 minutes or take a tuk-tuk. We enjoyed our evening there and it's definitely recommended to visit! Thank you for a wonderful stay! The room was clean and spacious. Great value for money.

It takes some time for the food to arrive at the restaurant, so order it before your start unpacking or when you wake up in the morning, then you can enjoy your meal once you are ready.

L'accueil agréable. Nous n'y sommes restés qu'une nuit et avons profité de la piscine la matinée. l'emplacement necessite d'etre vehiculé pour aller au resto. Pas de restauration à l'hotel à 10 p.m après une arrivéé tardive. Nous avons pu cependant acheté des chips à l'hotel.

Mi hanno fatto l'upgrade della stanza gratuitamente, chiamato taxi a tutte le ore, parlato coi filippini quando dovevamo comunicare. Insomma: uno staff a cinque stelle! 🤩 Il prezzo è davvero basso, vista la qualità dell'attenzione. La piscina è gradevole di pomeriggio

la posizione dell'hotel è davvero infelice: è lontanissimo da tutto, dal centro sono 30 minuti di auto, dal porto dove prendere i battelli per le isole sono 20 minuti di auto e nei dintorni non c'è assolutamente nulla. E di notte è un concerto di cani abbaianti e galli che sbagliano orario.....non tornerei solo per la posizione

We booked the room because of the pool and we arrived early so we could spent the whole day at the pool but when we came they said we could not use the pool until the next day where we had an early flight

Was here just for a night stay over before heading to El nido. The hotel is clean, decent and good rooms. The bathroom was bigger so that was a plus. As a location its pretty inside and in the night it might look slightly dead vicinity with no signage on the roads before entering the lane.

If you want a quiet location for relaxation, this is a good location. Room was clean. Service was quick and professional.

It was quite a distance to the nearest restaurants. Hotel does have a restaurant, but they are only serving a reduced / modified menu, so not many choices. If they get more customers, they might serve the regular menu? I don't recommend asking them to book tours - the tour operators were very unprofessional, took us for an "extra" side trip to an additional location (extra HOURS) and were pushing to get you to spend money at the "extra" location.

El personal es fantástico, muy amables, te intentan ayudar en lo que pueden. Te reciben con un zumo de naranja. El restaurante y su comida está muy bueno. Vienen raciones generosas, no te quedas con hambre. La piscina es un puntazo del alojamiento.

Había un gato que rondaba por la piscina y se acercaba a nosotros, varias veces tuve que avisar al personal para que se la llevaran. En nuestra habitación, el aire acondicionado daba el aire a los pies, estaría bien si lo pudieran cambiar de posición. La ubicación no tiene mucho ambiente, lo único que tiene cerca es el Baker’s Hill.

Además de la gran piscina, la habitación espaciosa y el buen desayuno, lo mejor de todo fue el servicio del hotel. Todas las personas estaban muy atentas de nosotros, y especialmente la dueña del hotel que ante los problemas que teníamos para contratar un tuc tuc se ofreció ella a llevarnos personalmente al centro de Puerto Princesa y por más que insistimos no nos quiso cobrar nada. Estamos muy agradecidos por el favor que nos hizo de forma desinteresada.

Because its too far from the main road, transportation is a little bit challenging but they will assist you on booking of extra transport.

We were almost the only ones there so we had a privat pool. The food was great although it was a bit hard to order due to bad english language knowledge. They have really put a lot of effort into food preparation. We have walked to Bakers hills - nice place for kids. Stuff was very friendly. We were picked up for Underground river tour from hotel and the taxi to airport was easily arranged at hotel and cheap as well. Perfect for short stay in Puerto Princesa.

Cash only facility. No ATM near, no restaurants near , but luckily the food at hotel was very good and inexpensive.

Staff are friendly, helpful and very accommodating. They immediately attend to our requests and make adjustment without incurring additional charges. They maintained cleanliness of the establishment.

Service here was excellent - one worker even chased us down the road to make sure we knew the right way to get to where we were going! Really nice and quiet location and really close to Baker’s Hill. Spotless room with nice A/C and a spacious bathroom. Excellent establishment!

Aircon unit in the two rooms we were in was a bit noisy and blew across the bed, so the person closest to it will have cold legs.

The best hospitality received in the Philippine's. Customer service is great. A lot of additional services provided. Rooms are modern. Breakfast is also good. I got a free transfer to the airport from the airport. Quite peaceful and relaxing.

Location is a bit far. Air con was old an noisy. Rest is quite good.

The pool and the larger room was fantastic. It was very calm and relaxing. Unfortunately, it takes a while to get into town, so best to rent a scooter if you can. Also, the breakfast was lovely but no restaurant, so you have to venture out to get food/dinner which can be difficult if you don't drive. The staff were lovely and accommodating.

It is - of course - not a 5-star hotel. With that in mind, I would say the value for money is very good. There's a swimming pool that's clean, especially compared to other hotels in Puerto Princesa (we've stayed at several hotels here in town in the past). The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was closed at the time of our visit (except for breakfast). But Baker's Hill (one of the highlights in Puerto Princesa) is within walking distance. Definitely worth visiting. Not just because of the dining options. There's also a park and breathtaking views of the countryside and the sea. The room is functional, the bathroom spacious, with a hot shower (once you figure out how the heater works :-). The TV doesn't work, but the internet is OK. The aircon works well and there are several sockets, for example to charge a mobile phone. I don't want to rate the following as either positive or negative: The rooms are located directly in front of the pool. And there may be drinking and smoking going on by the pool, even at night. I can't say it bothered us, but it's perhaps worth mentioning. Another potential issue could be that the hotel is a bit far from the center of Puerto Princesa. But if that doesn't matter to you, you can ignore it. And of course, there are tricycles and multicabs available. So you're not "cut off from the rest of the world." It didn't matter to us though, since we arrived in our own car (the parking lot is spacious, by the way). And the remote location also has its advantages. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet. We were very satisfied and would stay here again anytime.

Lastly, the shower did not have hot water, which might be a drawback for some guests. l

Quality / price ! Fantastic . Bfast was also good ( not the coffee) but all good,really good. Room was clean ,maintained, really good Aircon( split type) and good water pressure and hot water. All was really good. Pool was clean, and we booked 3 rooms on a Sunday and almost nobody in the hotel. Good satellite TV channels and Starlink Internet. ( not so good in second floor) No excessive noise of any dogs ,rooster nor moped as it is a little remote area.( better to have your car ) I ll go back. Great staff specially " Gretchen" loll. Even the owner was present in the morning.

We could check in pretty late so it was very convenient. Contact with the staff was excellent. The room was clean, pool was very nice. I left my kindle in the room and the staff member send it to my friend to collect it, super helpful! Definitely would recommend this place.

The location isn’t very close to the city centre but if you have a car or a scooter it really doesn’t matter.

Really good service, they prepared the room after I made a special request for my partner and filled it with flower petals. They also provided extra early breakfast to make sure we made it on time for our early flight and we're really helpful. Very clean, spacious room and good A/C

To mention something, the location is a bit far from the city center and any shop or transport, but if you are willing to move as a local, it is super easy to find a multicab and reach anywhere

Basic rooms, air conditioning works very well - often cold but temperature settings can be changed! Staff offer breakfast and cater to time that suits you, pool was a good size

Quiet at the time we arrived, staff not helpful with sourcing tricycles etc when needed, location is not close to many restaurants etc so tricycles needed to get around but easy to source on the corner

The location is in a quiet area but all tour operators can collect to go on tours. The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us. They were very helpful when we needed to organise tours and activities. The facilities are basic but it has all you need and felt really safe .

We arrived late upon checking in to the property, I mistakenly booked a double room instead of a single bed but they quickly rectified that by providing an extra bed for a very cheap cost. They also offered for us to borrow their towels free of charge for us to bring during our island hopping excursion. When we asked about airport transfers, the owner herself drove us to the airport. The KTV room is also very big and very clean, not to mention the food is also super good (though you would have to wait for at least an hour for them to cook it, but we kept ourselves busy with the KTV). What can I say but my colleagues and I were very impressed with the superb customer service. We would definitely stay here again once we're back in Puerto Princesa.

But overall, we have a very nice experience and they are very accommodating specifically since we have 2 senior companion. Will recommended this hotel to our friends. Thank you.

After a nightmare mix up with flights, We booked a last minute stay at Dinah’s and was not disappointed at all. All staff were lovely and very accomodating, the rooms were clean and aircon available. We had breakfast included and they asked for our preferences. Swimming pool has a swim up bar which wasnt operating as we arrived close to midnight but still a cool spot to relax.

The location is rather secluded so do rmb to book Grab to or transport beforehand.
