Breakfast was good, choice of meats egg and toast plus a hot drink to keep you going through the day. The bed was comfy and the room was clean with minimal noise disturbance.

De kamer was niet zo groot maar volgepropt. De kamer en badkamer waren niet schoon en 2 kakkerlakken gezien en dood.

VERY DIRTY, it doesn't take much to clean a place just some will power by the staff, which obviously was non existent. Windows were not wiped, underneath the bed are dead cockroaches, window screens full of dust and muck, dusty room with areas that have not been wiped with a rag at all. Cracked Toilet seat seem like has not been replaced in years. Water boiler not working. A/C noisy and dirty. Karaoke by the neighbors in the back. I don't like to give reviews like these. I'm not upset and angry. It just a shame that this place is the way it is. It has not been given attention by management. Please Change, you can do better :) Maybe cut off the wifi of your staff so they maintain your place properly. I don't think they are supervised properly, nor trained.

The location is near baker’s hill and butterfly garden. The staff is very accomodating and exerted effort to packed our breakfast as early as 3am for our early trip to El Nido.

The staff were very accommodating and kind. The hotel lobby has a nice, positive vibe. My room on the second floor had a beautiful mountain view, and they even gave me free tea when I got sick. It’s a great place to meditate or just enjoy some quiet time away from the noise. The location is also convenient, close to grocery stores and nearby restaurants. Overall, a lovely and peaceful place to stay.

There are a few things that need improvement. I found a cockroach in the bathroom, and the cabinet doors were dusty and looked quite old. In the first room I stayed in, there was no water in the sink, and there were a lot of mosquitoes. The bed also felt worn out. Overall, the stay was peaceful, but I hope they can improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms.

The property is in a good location, the property itself is super cute. One of the staff fed the fish when he noticed we were watching them so they would be more lively which was really sweet of him, he also told us about the types of fish they have. The rooms themselves are really nice and clean, the aircon works really well.

The bathroom was a little bit moldy/mildewy. There is a window in the bathroom for airflow but it didn't seem to help much while we were there (we only stayed 1 night, so I'm sure for longer stays there'd be solutions).

The room was clean and well equipped. The staff were very-very helpful and nice. Good internet connection. The breakfast was tasty.

The room was a little too small but we only spent one night here so it was perfect for one night. There were only hot drinks available for breakfast for free or water.

Firstly the room was full of ants, Partner asked cleaner to use some sort of killer, she was handed a tin of spray told to use herself, Cleaners never turned up to clean room, many requests was aksed after secound day and they come at 7pm, Son splilled milk shake on bed , was reported and paid for but manager treid to charge 1800 piso and extra 1000 piso also tried to get my partner to sign a letter telling her she was being evicted whilst i was on Business, she left 3 days early as she was scared for her life as mamager was very rude and bad to her and treated her like a poor women, so much so a security man was sent to her room demanding she sign Letter. can be shown on request to anyone. this matter shall be also delt with the local authorities when i arrive back in PPC after Business in uk . Manager tried to dictate that i am not allowed to say bad things on FB about stay, its a free spech.

There are a couple of restaurant in about 10 km and closer and a really nice bakery! 🥰

The blanket is too small and just for one person max. The bed is very small and the rooms are tiny. No cleaning and changing the sheets, towels automatically. You need to ask for it, even refill needs to be asked for... Mould at the ceiling and you can smell it. Expensive Prices for rental are not fixed...a lot of extra cost coming on top after ordering. Wouldn't book it through the hotel.

There was none I didn't like.

The staff and the owners were really warm and welcoming, breakfast was provided each day, even on days when we had an activity scheduled- breakfast was packed for us. Exceptional hospitality, they also run their own tours. Location is good as well, you have easy access to tuk-tuks who can take you around to restaurants. Brian and Pearl were brilliant, would definitely recommend staying here!

We loved the friendly staff, they were very helpful with everything, my wife loved the breakfast, simple yet satisfying. The room is pretty much as showed in the pictures.

Its quite small bed for two, my legs were hanging of the bed and the fountain in the middle of the night is not a plus when you have jetlag. Recommend ear plugs otherwise you will be sitting on the toilet all the time.

Nice rome and well equipped modern aire conditioner and fridge.

I heard arguments and they were talking late into the night. At 4am I was woken by the sound of the drain from the bathroom. There must be problems

- The staff were really friendly and make the place worthwhile. - Room had working wifi, ac, kettle, fridge & hot water. Comfy bed and pillows.

- Cleanliness issues of the room was bad. We had big elephant moths living on our door, ants in the bathroom and worm in the sink. - We booked tours and transport via the hotel which didn't go to plan. One got cancelled, one was late and airport transfer was booked for the wrong time. - As the location is out of the centre they charge high price for motorbike rental compared to elsewhere.

The ambience is very good. Staffs are very helpful. Beds were comfortable. Room has small kitchenette which was very comfortable.

Need to do renovation. Bathroom was bit old. We're not comfortable with the bunk bed

This hotel was situated in a cute little area a mom and Pop hotel by a private family not a big corporation. You will get that personal family feeling I love the courtyard and the breakfast area. It was very cute.

The people in the reception absolutely didn't care of the situation, they asked me to pay more if I wanted to change room, they even didn't say "I'm sorry for the situation", nothing. No words... It was the first time after 15 years of trips that I found a situation like this. A part of the staff is nice, another part of the staff is in the wrong place and doing the wrong job. A suggestion: if you want to work in this business change approach and increase (a lot) the cleaning of your rooms.

We only stayed here one night and got there in the evening, rooms were nice but small! only 1 place to eat near it but was good, staff were lovely and beds were very comfy!

The washroom needs some renovation, and there's an unpleasant smell inside the room somewhere in the kitchen or washroom. I'm not so sure.

Me and my kids love the area,wifi and tv.I love my breakfast.The gaurd,kitchen staff,housekeeper are all veey nice and helpful.We thank the owner 's,daughter for helping us to book our first activity guiding us what to do.The owner also very nice,accomodating,giving me suggestions wjat kind of actiivites and tours good for kids and pick up service and tour guide made our holiday amazing and unforgettable.Thank you👍👍👏👏👏💪🎉🎉❤️

- location close to butterfly centre - hotel transfer service for 400 php - very friendly owner who gave us tea bags as we couldn't find them.on sale anywhere

- dingy room light - room was small and a bit stuffy - inflexible cancellation policy. We wanted to change the booking to 2 days later but they refused. In the end it was ok as our travel arrangements worked out

You can ride a jeep just outside the place to go to the baywalk or market

There was no receptionist the whole time. Only the guards were accommodating us and getting our orders. Breakfast starts at 8 AM even though the tours would start at 7 AM. We were not able to have our free bfast twice. The CR is also small. Your legs will touch the wall when you’re sitting on the toilet. The shower smells like sewage.

If you want to stay in Puerto Princesa I don’t recommend this hotel 1st it’s far away from everything 2nd no private parking you will park your car/motor to the streets of neighborhood not that safe 3rd staff not that friendly / AC leaking in the room

Friendly personal

Contacted and made an agreement with the place via WhatsApp about airport transfer, however we never got picked up and took a taxi instead. Our room had stains on the ceiling and looked overall quite dirty. Woke up to the sound of hens and other animals from the garden in the place just next to our room - noisy in the morning!

The room was not clean enough for our taste. We asked to be moved to another room, as there was a bad smell due to the enclosed space and the humidity in the room. We were given a second room, which smelled good: normal, the lady had poured her perfume on our sheets but it’s okay. The bathroom was very dirty (floor, place to put soap, stain on towels).

This place is ok for a short stay, which is what I need on transfer across towns. The room is basic but has everything. Breakfast is included in the price, although the first day I ended up without breakfast after waiting a good 40 minutes as I had to leave for a tour.

The room would do with better cleaning. It is basic, and this is understandable, but cleaning is still important. Staff were also not friendly or welcoming at all (with the exception of one security guard).

Such a nice place to stay on the way to North Palawan, the staff were incredibly nice and the rooms were very nice for one person.

All in all we loved our stay at Earl De Princesa! The staff, inklusive Sir Brian and his wife, were so so sweet and helpful from picking us up at the airport late in the evening to helping us with the planning of our day. We were also very fond of the breakfast and the beds were great!

The location was a bit far out of the city, but then we went into the city and found that we didn’t like it that much, so the location wasn’t too bad after all.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating - in fact, they were rather helpful. My girlfriend fell sick during her stay and they helped us order food, provided cutlery when we had none and so forth. The guard included was very helpful. They kept our bags when we came too early.

There wasn't much in terms of dislike; the butterfly garden is in walking distance and the main road is a street away. Nothing to dislike, in fact I'd recommend staying here as it's a reachable and good to depart from all the same.

The water heater work so fine. The security guy who worked on February 6 ( 9:30 am )is polite and friendly. I love the waterfalls and the golden fishes in the pond.

It’s the location. From the city center it will take about 45 mins to reach the hotel. Too many motorcycles and the traffic enforcers contribute to the never ending delay.

Great value for money (booked one day before arrival). Lovely patio and good room. For one day to stay after arriving late and before going to El Nido - best option possible. Highly recommended.
