Die Lage ist Top. Frühstück war sehr gut. Service war ausgezeichnet.

Rauhallinen hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla.

Hôtel bien situé très proche de l'agitation d'Athènes mais dans une rue au calme. La propreté de la chambre était conforme à cette gamme d'établissement. Mention spéciale pour les chambres avec spa, équipement idéal apprécié après une journée à arpenter la ville.

Le petit-déjeuner est plutôt basique. Peu de produits.

Partea electrica nu era functionala si din acest motiv am dormit fara aer condiționat si nu am avut lumina la baie. Am sesizat acest aspect pe numarul de whatsapp dar nu mi s-a raspuns.

stanza molto tecnologica e nuova, ristrutturata. posizione eccellente. ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. personale accogliente e gentile.

la colazione non particolarmente ricca.stanza con finestra cieca che dava sul cortile interno buio.

Lokalizacja, lokalizacja stąd wszędzie dojdziesz z buta. Nowoczesny pokój, ekspres na kapsułki, sterowanie smart oświetleniem i nie tylko.

Cóż łazienka mała, woda wylewała się spod przyszycia, ale to powszechny problem w hotelach. Szkoda bo wystarczyło zrobić zamykane drzwiczki. Słabe spadki brodzika. Z tego powodu woda mogła się wylewać dalej na łazienkę i dalszą część pokoju i już powstałe zacieki. Brak półki na szampon/mydło. Podstawka/półka przy okienku, jedyne miejsce gdzie można było coś odstawić pod prysznicem była odpadnięta z powodu wilgoci. Śniadanie przeciętne, ale wystarczające. Brak kawy poza tą co była zaparzona w bojlerze (mocno rozwodniona) trochę psuła wrażenia.

Beklentilerimizi karşılamadı.Rezervasyon yaptığımız oda ve konakladığımız oda arasında farklılıklar vardı.Açılamayan pencere kulpu en tepede bacaya bakan buzlanmış renkte bir pencere vardı.Rezervasyon yaptığımız oda da normal aydınlığa bakan bir pencere vardı.Oda cephesi dolayısıyla çok kötüydü.

The location was perfect and the room was very clean. The hotel seemed fairly new. Friendly staff, too.

The room was much smaller than expected. Breakfast was a bit basic in my opinion. There was not very good sound insulation. The window of the room was facing a wall.

L emplacement est géniale. En plein centre historique. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. Le lit est très confortable.

La chambre avait une fenêtre qui donnait dans un puit de lumière. Donc il ne faut etre claustrophobe.

I didn’t love the property. It was much smaller than the photos show. What I can say were the staff were great! Informative and helpful

It was very small. It appeared to be much more than it was. The bathroom (shower) needs some work. There was no view to outside as it was another. Building in-front that looks like an abandoned building. The balcony is not usable.

La struttura si trova una posizione comoda per raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni della città, ma comunque un po’ fuori dal traffico cittadino. La posizione, quindi, nel complesso è sia comoda che tranquilla. Ho apprezzato anche la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff oltre che la bellezza della struttura in sé. Ottima anche la colazione.

Ho trovato alcune formiche nella stanza e non c’erano le ciabatte per il soggiorno.

El desayuno un poco escaso

La ubicación del hotel está muy bien. El desayuno para ser un hotelito pequeñito está bastante bien y hay variedad. La encargada de limpieza es muy amable. La domótica funciona muy bien.

Al llegar encontramos calcetines debajo de la cama que suponemos que eran de los antiguos huéspedes y fue un poco desagradable. Hay poca ventilación, sobretodo en los pasillos, habitaciones y da sensación de humedad y polvo.

Ontbijt was zeer matig.

La posizione è il rapporto qualità prezzo, camera piccola e confortevole

La colazione

The hotel is brend new, all smart, verry nice and clean, perfect location, right in the city center, if we had a standard room with the day light coming into room and not room in the bellow grounf floor it would be a perfect. Breakfast is pretty good, not too many things but everything is fresh,hot and tasty.

When I made a booking for a standard room there was no warnning that the room will not have a day light. Having a window that is faced to a tall wall is absolutly something that I should know before booking.

La ubicación excelente y práctica, todo súper limpio y el personal muy amable.

Por decir algo, el tamaño dr la habitación. Es súper pequeña... pero para ser un hotel de ciudad en el que solo paramos a dormir, suficiente.

We were really excited to stay here, especially given the price, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to our expectations. The hotel itself has a beautiful aesthetic and is thoughtfully designed, but the experience fell short in several important areas. The shower floor was extremely slippery and felt like it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. The bathroom exhaust fan was covered in dust and didn’t work at all, and the air conditioning in our room was also not functioning. During the Athens heat, that made for a very uncomfortable stay. While the design of the room was attractive, the bathroom layout was impractical and not very user-friendly. Overall, the hotel looks great in photos, but for the premium price we paid, we expected much better maintenance, cleanliness, and comfort. Unfortunately, we don’t feel the value matched the cost.

Great location. Staff was great.

1. The position was 10/10 in Monastiraki close to everything. 2. The room was a junior suite and was a good size. 3. The bed was very comfortable

1. The air conditioning was sub par. It took the heat off the room but it was not up to western standards when the weather outside was 33 degrees. 2. The shower leaked, which is pretty normal for European hotels, but there were not enough towels to mop up the inevitable water on the floor after every shower. 3. The staff were constantly inquiring into every aspect of our stay to the point that it felt like our privacy was breached. We really felt uncomfortable. I’ve never experienced anything like it before in many years of hotel stays. Having said that, the staff were mostly friendly. 4. However on day 2 my partner and I were verbally upbraided by a female staff member at breakfast for storing some eggs which we had bought, in the bar fridge of our room. How this made any difference to her I don’t know. But the next day she apologised and offered to buy us coffees which were not part of the breakfast menu. 5. The breakfast was good, but I always felt like they were slow to fill up once levels were getting low. If you got to breakfast late there wasn’t much left to eat

היו באזור עבודות בכביש שסירבלו את הגישה למלון - המלון לא הודיע מבעוד מועד. הייתה הפסקת מים לכמה שעות שלא באשמת המלון. התחזוקה לוקה בחסר, אין מקום לתלות מגבות בטוש, אין מקום להניח שמפו. באחד החדרים המים זלגו מחדר הרחצה לחדר .... והייתה אורחת נוספת שהתלוננה על אותה בעיה גם אצלה. ריצפת הטוש לא נקייה ( כתמים) . היו לנו בחדר נמלים. ארוחת בוקר דלה ביותר. החדר נחשב גדול אך צר וארוך....אין מרפסת והנוף לבניינים וגגות. בעלות ששילמנו או בתוספת קטנה אפשר למצוא בית מלון הרבה יותר טוב.

Ottima posizione per visitare la città. Camera accogliente moderna, pulita con tutti i comfort. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Da migliorare la colazione forse con qualche biscotto.

Bien situé, proche de tout. Le personnel de l’accueil était très chaleureux.

Le ménage est malheureusement fait qu’en surface, malgré nos remarques rien n’a été rectifié. Le personnel de ménage nous pressait parfois que ce soit pour quitter la chambre ou le buffet.

The breakfast was very good. The champagne given to celebrate the anniversary of 2 of our family was very thoughtful.

The older staff person setting up the breakfast was very unfriendly and not helpful.

Hotel nuevo y muy cómodo. La cama era muy cómoda y la habitación estaba muy bien equipada y limpia. Todo el personal del hotel era muy encantador y resolutivo. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a 5 minutos de la estación de Monastiraki, cerca de muchos restaurantes. El desayuno ha sido muy aceptable.

La iluminación de la habitacion era compleja, con muchos botones. Había una señal de emergencia encima de la puerta que iluminaba bastante durante toda la noche.

Eşimle birlikte konakladık. Çiftler için gayet uygun bir otel. Konum, çalışanların ilgisi, otel teknolojisi, odaların yeni olması, tuttuğumuz oda küçüktü fakat olanakları iyidi, kahvaltı salonu küçük ama gayet kullanışlı idi. Kahvaltı seçenekleri gayet iyi ve doyurucuydu. Odalar hergün temizlendi.

Olumsuz bir durum ile karşılaşmadım.

Hôtel situé au calme au centre d'Athènes. Personnel dynamique, très attentif et communicatif répondant aux demandes faites. Propreté sans faille.

ארוחת בוקר פשוט לא טובה!! קטנה מאוד. אין מבחר. אין ללא גלוטן למרות שביקשתי

ארוחת בוקר בסיסית , ממליץ לפחות לדאוג לקפה טוב לאורחים .

מיקום מרכזי ונוח , צוות שירותי מאוד ועזר מכול הלב בכול בקשה .

ארוחת בוקר בסיסית לא לטעמי והעדפנו לאכול בחוץ. הייתי לפחות משפר את הקפה שלפחות הוא יהיה טוב להתחיל את הבוקר. הייתה תקלה במקלחת ועדכנתי את הצוות שאמר שיטופל.

Konumu tam merkezde, yürüyerek gezilebilir. Restoranlar hemen yanında. Çocukla olmama rağmen 3 kez gezebildik merkezi.

C'è tutto quello che serve a far gradevole la permanenza, ottima la posizione!

Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Bad sehr groß. Ebenso die ruhige aber dennoch zentrale Lage zur belebten Innenstadt haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.

Micul dejun foarte bun. Personalul de la receptie foarte amabil si atent la detalii, la fel si doamnele care faceau curatenie. Felicitari pentru asa personal! Curatenie zilnica in camere. Amplasare excelenta, centrala, aproape de toate obiectivele.

La posizione ottima, in pieno centro con tantissime attività sotto, a piedi si possono raggiungere tutte le principali mete turistiche. Anche la stanza nuovissima, molto pulita e dotata di ogni comfort, promosso!

La colazione…consiglierei di arricchirla un po’, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il dolce

La posizione ottima in pieno centro .La camera molto spaziosa e pulita . Ottimo avere accappatoi diverse salviette e asciugacapelli. Colazione ok ma si può migliorare con qualche frutto in più e maggiori scelte di dolci

L’entrata è davvero poco accogliente … prima impressione davvero brutta . Pagare un cappuccino quando si ha la colazione compresa da rivedere come pure il dispenser per acqua fredda e calda tipo da ufficio. Scaric della doccia da controllare

El hotel es nuevo. Habitación cómoda, se descansa muy bien..Original el sistema de encendido de luces ,abrir y cerrar cortinas...No hay ruidos de coches. Muy céntrico . A pocos pasos de la plaza Monastiraki. El personal de recepción muy amable. Se agradece que hable Español. buen desayuno.

-ubicación -diseño -nos prepararon picnic ya que teníamos excursión muy temprano en la mañana .

Staff, the hotel is super nice and accommodating. Ample breakfast and choices each day. Area is quieter than most in Athens as it is on a pedestrian only street. Rooms are quite small but for two people it’s fine for a few nights.

I could not get the air-conditioning to work properly to cool off the room. It was much warmer than the hallway.

Konumu, şehir merkezinde gezilecek her yere yürüme mesafesinde olması. Temizliği çok iyiydi, her gün oda temizliği istedik hiç bir sorun etmediler , her gün mini barımıza iki şişe su bırakmaları çok hoştu. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterliydi. Güvenli bir bölgede 23:00 - 07:00 arasında resepsiyonda kimse yok ama oda kartı otel ana kapısını açıyor , hiç bir sorun olmuyor. Otel yeni tadilattan çıkmış ve odalarda akıllı ev sistemi var perdeleri bile dokunarak açıp kapatıyorsunuz. Oda çok büyük değil ama bizi çok rahatsız etmedi.Yatağı çok rahat.Otelin yakınında Wine is Fine diye bir mekan var çok popüler ve çok kalabalık rezervasyon yaptırmayı ihmal etmeyin ve mutlaka deneyin çok lezzetli menüsü var.

Banyoda duşakabin yarım kapılı olarak düşünülmüş sular banyoya sıçrıyor . Oda çok büyük değil ama yeterli her şeyi var bizi çok rahatsız etmedi. Ama çok eşyalı ve kalabalık gruplar için bir şey diyemem.

The room was clean and the staff were mainly responsible. The location was good.

The breakfast was not good and had a lot of room for improvement. The options were limited and sometimes it took too long to refill the empty containers.

Erinomainen sijainti, rauhallinen ja siisti hotelli. Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Päivittäinen siivous. Aamupala oli riittävä mutta vaihtelua olisi saanut olla enemmän.

Ilmastointi oli hieman tehoton, huoneessa oli aika lämmin. Säilytystilaa olisi saanut olla enemmän, hyllykaappi vaatteille. Pyyhkeille olisi toivonut enemmän kuivaustilaa tai ripustuskoukkuja.

Άνετο και μοντέρνο κατάλυμα με όλες τις ανέσεις, εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, ιδανικό για επαγγελματικό ταξίδι, βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, το προσωπικό απίστευτα εξυπηρετικό και φιλικό, πλούσιο πρωινό, καθαριότητα σε όλους τους χώρους.

In de hotelkamers heerst DESIGN over functionaliteit, bruikbaarheid, handigheid, efficiëntie. Op zich was de inrichting wel aardig vormgegeven, en was er digitale bediening (verlichting, airco, e.d.). Maar, de onhandigheid van de kamer tijdens ons verblijf, die verwachtten we echt niet. Zoals: geen haakjes voor je (gebruikte) handdoek, je kon ‘m niet uithangen. Geen laden of handige planken waar je je kleding uit je koffer kon neerleggen (alleen een plank die veel te hoog zat, dus buiten ons bereik, óf die veel te laag bij de grond zat en daarvoor moet je echt op de knieën). Er waren geen haken in de muur, waar je je jas kon ophangen. Wel fijn dat er kleerhangers waren maar de open kast waarin ze hangen is te ondiep waardoor de hangers schuin komen te hangen. De televisie had geen signaal, dit speelde in alle kamers, dit hebben we direct bij aankomst gemeld maar aan het einde van de week was daar nog steeds geen oplossing voor (“vanwege Pasen geen monteur beschikbaar”). Het (verduisterende) gordijn sluit niet op de muur aan waardoor de verduistering incompleet blijft. In de douche loopt het water WEG van het afvoerputje, waardoor de vloer buiten de douchecabine onder water loopt en je de badmat moet gebruiken om ‘de dijk te dichten’. Degene die dit soort ontwerpfouten maakt moet hier zelf eens verblijven!
