Hemen karşısında taverna var, gece 01-02 ye kadar müzik rahatsız ediyor, hemen karşıda taverna önünde bir boks oyun makinesi var, gençler gece gündüz gelip oynuyorlar, gümm diye topa vurunca ses çok rahatsız ediyor bomba patlamış gibi ses çıkıyor

Araba kiralayacaksanız biraz park sorunu oluyordu. Kahvaltı yeterli idi ama biraz daha çeşitlendirilebilirdi.

Yatak çok rahatsızdı, tuvalletten kanalizasyon kokusu gibi kötü bir koku geliyordu, havlular eskiydi. Kahvaltısı çok zayıftı.

Very dirty hotel, don’t believe the photos! They don’t clean at all and have major issues in their facilities and management. We could not wait to leave as every day saw lots of cockroaches in the bathroom. Last drop was 7 of them all the sizes (didn’t take photos as was in shock), I saw reviews on other platform where people told management after reporting say they were brought from outside. Absolutely lie! I saw by my own eyes at least 3 generations of cockroaches in one go! Disgusting! We didn’t unpack our luggage, couldn’t take shower or eat breakfast (which we saw at the first morning, everything was old and for us not eatable). I don’t know how the hotel has 8.4 in their reviews and says it has 4 stars. Can guess they pay for the positive reviews. Together with the city tax we paid around €200 per night for this “shelter”. They need to refurbish, hotel is overused and not clean, or at least close and do very deep clean together with pest control services every week. I wish relevant authorities had a look on this place!

Otelin konumu çok iyi Elli Beach ve merkezi yerlere yürüme mesafesinde. Karşısında süpermarket, çaprazında starbuck var. Yatak konforluydu. Odada ihtiyaç olan her şey mevcuttu. Çalışanların yardımıyla Lindos turumuzu basit bir şekilde ayarladık. Temizliği de bir çok otele kıyasla iyi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Her gün aynı kahvaltının çıkması biraz sıkıcı. Hep aynı şeyleri yiyorsunuz. Kahvaltısı ortalama.

ホテル側ではなくbooking comがいけないのだが、同系列でisland city hotel とisland boutique hotel がありこちらはisland city hotel が正しいみたい。

Tesis genel olarak çok güzeldi. Konum olarak merkezi bir yerde ve hemen hemen her yere yürüyerek gitme imkanımız oldu. Karşısında taverna var bu nedenle akşamları biraz gürültü oluyor ama rahatsız edecek kadar değildi. Balkon ve deniz manzarası iyiydi. Çalışanlar çok iyiydi, her zaman güler yüzlüydüler ve her konuda yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltı bana göre başarılıydı, fiyat performans olarak yeterliydi.

Banyoların biraz elden geçmesi gerekiyor gibi. Özellikle duş başlığı kötü durumdaydı.

Absolutely not a single thing!!!

Total disappointment. We paid €1,220 for 7 nights, and this hotel not only failed to meet our expectations but completely ruined our vacation. In the photos, the hotel is presented as modern, with a good breakfast and spacious rooms. However, not a single one of those claims was true. We stayed in room 3016, which has no window. Imagine staying in a room where there is no possibility of fresh air or ventilation while two people are sleeping there. Another issue was that we were not given enough towels. After the first day, the housekeeper started leaving only one towel per person, and when I complained, she actually asked me why I needed two towels a day. Another major disappointment was the cleanliness of the room. The surfaces were never wiped, the bathroom was never properly cleaned, and the floor was never mopped. We were literally staying in a room that was never cleaned—only the bed was made, and fresh towels were brought. The breakfast was also much poorer than what was advertised in the photos. On top of that, once the food ran out, it was never replenished. So if you wanted a proper breakfast, you had to be among the first guests there. On our last day, we had to leave the hotel before breakfast service started. We asked if we could either eat some of the food that had already been prepared (such as cereal) or receive breakfast boxes (packed lunches). Both requests were refused. So apparently, the €175 per night we paid—€1,220 in total—was not enough for the hotel to provide us with a couple of sandwiches before our journey home. Paying €175 per night, which is an extremely high price, and receiving so little value along with such poor hygiene is simply unacceptable. Rhodes is a beautiful destination with stunning beaches and crystal-clear water. Don’t let an overpriced hotel ruin your vacation the way it ruined ours. This is definitely not a hotel I would recommend staying at.

otel kirli ve bakımsız. Çalışanlar zorla çalışıyor gibi. Check in saat 15:00 te yapılıyor diye herkesi lobide beklettiler. Saat 15:00 olduktan sonrada sıra ile yavaş yavaş check in işlemlerine başladılar ve son misafir 16: 00 dan sonra içeri girebildi.

Das Bett war sehr Bequem und das zimmer war sehr groß. Balkon war auch sehr schön und groß. Personal sehr lieb vor allem die eine große schlanke Frau beim der Rezeption mit der Brille.

das Badezimmer könnte man renovieren und es war undicht die Dusche. Das Wasser stand alles im Flur im Zimmer. Es war auch nicht Sauber. Das Frühstück sollte man abwechselnd machen, auf Dauer wirds Langweilig.

Some reception staff were not very helpful. One gave us completely wrong information.

Kahvaltısı çok kötü çoğu şeyi alıp yiyemeden bıraktık ve göz yumurtanın üstünde sinek ölmüş gördüm ve gösterdim onu aldılar kahvaltı dahil ama siz yokmuş gibi düşünebilirsiniz.

Breakfast was okay. The location was good.

We saw dead cockroaches on corridors. Pillows and towels often had yellowish stains. The hotel's own car rental service couldn't bring the vehicle to the hotel entrance; we had to walk to the office.

Tesisin konumu ve kahvaltısı çok iyidi. Ancak balkonsuz olan odamızın açılabilir bir camı yoktu. İçeri temiz hava giremedi hiç ve oldukça rutubet kokuyordu. Daha önceki konaklamamız çok çok iyidi. Bir daha kalmak istediğimizde özellikle balkonlu odalarını tercih edeceğiz.

Really nice rooms, bed comfy and nice balcony, right in the centre of everything. Good value for money.

Breakfast was pretty much the same every day, so no changes to it, which was a bit boring if you stay for longer. Except that it was great and would stay here again.

J’ai globalement apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel à Rhodes. L’établissement est agréable, et la majorité du personnel a été accueillante et professionnelle. Dans l’ensemble, l’expérience avait bien commencé et j’étais satisfaite des services proposés.

Malheureusement, mon séjour a été fortement gâché par un incident très grave. Mes lunettes de soleil ont disparu de ma chambre alors qu’elles s’y trouvaient. Après avoir signalé le problème à la réception puis à la manager, j’ai été très déçue par la gestion de la situation. Au lieu de prendre ma plainte au sérieux et de chercher une solution, la manager m’a demandé de fouiller la femme de ménage ainsi que ses affaires, ce que j’ai refusé de faire car ce n’était pas mon rôle. Je suis donc repartie sans réponse ni solution. De manière très surprenante, environ 10 minutes plus tard, mes lunettes étaient de nouveau dans ma chambre, placées sous le drap du lit, alors que j’avais déjà vérifié et retourné la chambre. Ce qui m’a le plus déçue n’est pas seulement la disparition de mes affaires, mais surtout le manque de considération et de sérieux dans la gestion de ma plainte. Cette situation m’a fait perdre confiance dans le sentiment de sécurité que l’on attend d’un hôtel.

Staff were very nice

I had paid extra for a superior room with a sea view, when I asked at reception why I didn't see the sea, she told me that they don't have sea view rooms!

Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlüydü özellikle resepsiyon görevlileri. Kahvaltısı lezzetli ve yeterliydi, konumu çok iyiydi.

Tesisin kendi firması olan rent a car firmasından araç kiraladık ancak söylenen saatten önce arabayı vermemiz istendi. Yapılan sözleşmede teslim saati açık şekilde söylenmesine karşın bu durum otelin kendi firması olduğu için otelin tek olumsuz yönü diyebilirim.

Room was ok. Breakfast good. Helpful to be able to check in 24/7 as we had a flight.

Fire alarm went off at 4am and the staff didnt know how to stop it so went on for an hour. No real acknowledgement or compensation of the disruption of this in the morning. Waited for 20 mins to check in due to chatting between staff and another customer - just not great customer service.

The location is excellent and very close to shopping areas. We were able to walk to and from the Old Town easily.The breakfast was not amazing, but it was sufficient and we never went hungry. The room was large with more than enough space for our luggage and belongings..

However, there was an extremely strong mold/mildew smell in the room. The windows could not be opened, so there was no way to ventilate the room. The unpleasant odor had seeped into everything. As I am pregnant, I was particularly sensitive to the smell and felt very uncomfortable. I did not even want to use the face towels because of the odor.The only window that could be opened was in the bathroom, but there was no mosquito screen. When I opened it to air out the room, more than ten mosquitoes came inside.
