Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Bardzo czysto, dla mnie z żoną były dwa pokoje z balkonem na którym spędzaliśmy ciepłe wieczory. Duży telewizor w sypialni, bardzo ładna łazienka i ekspres na kapsułki. Świetna lokalizacja blisko autobusów i metra, niektóre atrakcje pieszo. Dla nas 10/10 , polecamy.
Trzeba by się doszukiwać szczegółów, co nie ma sensu.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Unfortunately, I had to leave after waking up with bed bug bites. The hotel moved me to another room, where I found mold on the curtains and bedding that was unsanitary. The overall condition was disgusting, and in my view this property has a massive housekeeping problem. The hotel refunded the cost of my stay, but that does not address the more serious issue. Bed bugs are a public health and sanitation concern, and simply changing the sheets is not an adequate response if the room itself has not been properly treated. I have also had to decontaminate my luggage and clothing and purchase replacement clothes and essential items because of the risk of bringing bed bugs home. I fully expect the hotel to claim that the photos are not from their property, which is why I wish Booking allowed guests to submit the original photo metadata along with reviews. The conditions were unacceptable, and I would not stay here again.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026El check-in fue sencillo. Llegamos tarde por la noche y nos dieron los códigos de las habitaciones. La persona que nos atendió en la recepción al día siguiente y en el desayuno era muy amable. El desayuno estaba muy rico. En la habitación hay cafetera Nespresso y dos botellines de agua.
El único inconveniente es el baño. Una ducha muy pequeña sin mampara por lo que mojas todo.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Camera confortevole e pulita. Posizione ottimale dal centro che si raggiunge anche con una camminata. Il balcone è un bel sfogo verso l'esterno.
La struttura è ancora piuttosto nuova, ma si notano già pecche dovute ad una mancata manutenzione continua. Il tappo del lavabo non funzionante, gli asciugamani lisi e sfilacciati. La colazione non è piu cosi varia e degna di nota per l'attenzione alle varie esigenze alimentari, come quando la struttura era appena aperta. Un bel capello lungo e nero adagiato sulle tiropite esposte per la colazione, è stato semplicemente tolto con un "ops", senza pensare a sostituire il contenuto del piatto. La richiesta di verifica del frigo in camera che non raffreddava, è caduta nel vuoto. Ne ho parlato con due persone diverse alla reception, ma la reazione è stata insesistente da parte di enrambe.

Das Zimmer war gerade neben Rezeption. Viel Verkehr in der Nacht ( Laut) Duschablauf ist verstopft und steht beim Duschen in einer Pfüze. Personal möchte Zusatz verkäufe machen mit Upgrade oder Morgens kostet der Kaffee extra.

I had booked a single room (apparently the only one in the whole hotel) and it is on street level, directly by the front door/reception area. This meant it was quite noisy throughout the whole night (the night receptionist playing music or making phone calls, other guests returning throughout the night, something that sounded like the laundry colIection at 5am)…would not recommend booking this particular room.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Zeer propere kamers, supervriendelijk personeel. De kamer op de bovenste verdieping is de meerprijs wel waard gezien een ruim en comfortabel teras. Het ontbijt is basic, maar netjes opgediend. De receptie is zeer behulpzaam.
Het hotel is gelegen in het Exarcheia-wijk dat een "gemengde" faam geniet. "Tourist go home" plakt overal op de muren, maar we ondervonden geen agressie van de locals. Parkeren in de buurt van het hotel is moeilijk.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026For the price I thought that the rooms felt decently furnished, everything needed was there, nice to have a balcony, and the placement was great in a nice area. I liked the breakfast, even though coffee was a bit weak for my taste.
Overall I think the stay was good, but the towels smelled faintly of mold and it did not feel good drying oneself with them after a shower. I did not feel fully clean afterwards.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Modern and clean hotel in a residential area. The staff is friendly and we even got a free upgrade to a room with a big terrace. The city centre is a 30 min walk but we preferred this. Some very good coffee places and restaurants nearby.
The breakfast was a bit basic. The roof terrace could benefit from a parasol or sunscreen.

Very disappointing stay. The breakfast was terrible: poor selection, low-quality food, and honestly, nothing looked appetizing. The room was very small and uncomfortable. The worst part was the location — the area felt extremely unsafe. We were afraid to even leave the hotel, especially in the evening, because it genuinely felt dangerous.

Caffè espresso e cappuccino a pagamento incuso solo caffè americano e te. ti consegnano un vassoio con 1 pancake confezionato, 1 brioche confezionata secca, 1 fetta biscottata 1 uovo, marmellatine e un tramezzino. that's all...molto triste

Je déconseille au voyageur solo, j'ai eu la chambre individuelle 10 littéralement à l'accueil de l'hôtel donc en plein passage donc en plein bruit. Et fenêtre sur la rue avec volet mais pas de rideau. Par ailleurs n'y prenez surtout pas le pdj, ok en quantité mais pas en qualité ....

Nie podobała mi się łazienka, prysznic jest tak zaprojektowany że zalewa całą łazienkę. Odpływ jest blisko toalety co później utrudnia to korzystanie z toalety. I w pokoju nie mam nic co ułatwi posprzątanie w łazience. No i śniadania w formie gotowego zestawu praktycznie na słodko i dużo sztucznych produktów, niestety nie był dla mnie osobiście najlepszym rozwiązaniem,

This is my second year stayed at this hotel. I went back again because the customer service i experienced with Elen, so helpful with everything!! On my recent stayed at your hotel i was denied a slice or bead in order to take my medication. before my Uber arrives to take me to the airport. the reason it was 7:50 am i am not allowed to eat breakfast until 8 am . In 7 days stayed at your hotel i had breakfast only one time!! Except that everything was really good.
Thank customer service I experienced on my last day! Eleni and Athena were so Amazing!!! So helpful with everything with their bright smiles. The 3rd girl who worked in have seen the second time that morning on my 7 days stay. she denied me to have a slice of bread in order to have my medication. her reasons i couldn't allow to have breakfast until 8 am time was 7:50 am I was waiting to my Uber who was 10 minutes away. She told me I could have coffee in my room. I don't even drink coffee and on my 7 days stayed in had breakfast ONLY ONE TIME at your hotel. That was horrible experienced. as I mentioned above I booked your hotel for the second time this year BECAUSE OF THE OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE I EXPERIENCED WITH ELEN ALSO WHO THE GIRL WHO IS NO LANGER WORK AT YOUR HOTEL.

Only issue was the bathroom, very compact which is fine but the shower screen is right beside the toilet so you can't full sit on the toilet. Also it's mean you are shoulder to shoulder in the shower. Its already a wet room shower so I would just remove it so the toilet can be full accessible
