Reviewed Aug 6, 2026La habitación era amplia, la cama cómoda, todo limpio, las instalaciones en buenas condiciones. La piscina y la terraza tienen muy buenas vistas. Tuvimos un contratiempo en el viaje y se adaptaron y nos ayudaron enseguida.
Ponen música en el restaurante desde las 6 de la mañana y se escucha desde la habitación, deberían controlar el volumen. El desayuno podría mejorar

Reviewed May 8, 2026I loved everything about it, it’s comfortably the room was spacious and the AC was wonderful. It’s modernized and they have great customer service. They have free breakfast and decent WiFi (Starlink) the views were amazing and you can freely explore the town without being bothered. And best of all the food there is top tier!
They charge way too much for a ride to the Port if you’re taking a Ferry. They give you a free ride to the airport but not the sea port, it was roughly over a 1,000 pesos. There is no taxi services on the islands but I was blessed enough to find an affordable tour guide to help. Other than that I have no other complaints.

Bed bugs in plastic dining rattan chair. Cramped and pricey rooms. Inventories for food ingredients seemed not a priority bec when we arrived starving there is no food (burger bec no cheese, no pizza) for our American guests. Speedboat cannot be rented bec supposedly the captain was on training, etc.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2025We stayed for over a week in a suite room with a noise every day from 9 in the morning until 10 in the evening. Workers don’t mind at all even you ask them to lower the music volume. Loud music even the bar/restaurant have no guests, as the workers have to enjoy themselves. This hotel is not for relaxation or comfort but if you want to party and no rest then stay here.

The speed of the service could be better and if possible, it would be good if the ground level rooms could have their own passage way instead of it shared with guests who are eating in the dining area. It was so awkward to swim in the pool and to pass by soaking wet while they were having their dinner buffet. 😂

Reviewed May 8, 2025Absolut et af de værste steder jeg har boet i de 26 år jeg har rejst rundt i Filippinerne. Ekstremt meget larm fra musik anlægget tidlig om morgen, ikke fedt at blive vækket til. Meget langsomt og dårlig service i hotellet restaurant. Det kunne tage op til 20-25 min efter man havde bestilt drikkevare før de kom.
