Ethos Suites

Første og fremst så likte vi atmosfæren på stedet. Vi ble tatt godt imot, og Dimitra var veldig hjelpsom og hyggelig. I tillegg var det gode senger, flott bad og beskrivelsen av leiligheten var i samsvar med slik den var. Det var rolig og internett fungerte fint. Rengjøringen av rommet gjorde de tidlig, og etter avtale med oss, de spurte når det passet :). Dimitra og Lola var på tilbudssiden hele tiden. Og vi likte oss så godt at vi har allerede bestilt til neste år. Og selv taxi sjåføren sa Dimitra is the best :) hun er hyggelig mot alle.

Det er jo Hellas, og da man ikke skylle ned dopapir i do som vi i Norge er vant til. Men vi ble vant til bøtten ved siden av til toalettpapir.

Very clean and modern, unlike most properties we stayed at in Greece. Location was terrific, too.

Narrow stairs are very difficult with heavy cases, no lift. 2nd level tiny balcony is not worth the extra flight of stairs. And the view is not great.

We loved the location of the hotel. Further from the main harbour but close enough to be part of the action in Chania. The room was beautiful especially the bathroom. The real standout was Dimitra at the front desk! She was so informed and helpful in helping make our stay memorable. She gave us special tips, information, helped us book experiences and more.

The facility is near to the center of Hanya and has clean, spacious rooms. You can drink your morning coffee on the balcony with stunning view. The host Dimitra was extremely helpful made our vacation more enjoyable.

Our room didn’t have sink in the kitchen. We had to use the bathroom.

Very clean and new and also very close to the old town

Breakfast is too late (from 9am) if you want to visit beaches in the early morning, since they could get very crowded

L’établissement est très bien placé, la ville est très facilement accessible. Le personnel a été très aimable ! Le logement était très propre et la literie confortable :)

Il a été impossible d’obtenir le ménage le matin, qui n’a pu être fait qu’en plein après-midi. Il n’y a pas beaucoup d’intimité dans le logement car la salle de bain et les toilettes ne sont pas véritablement fermés par une pièce distincte. Assez bruyant s’agissant de la suite du rez-de-chaussée : nous avons été réveillés chaque nuit par le bruit.

L’emplacement est parfait, en centre ville mais à proximité de parking et accessible en voiture. Les chambres sont très propres.

Everything was very clean, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the breakfast at the lovely restaurant by the harbor was a real treat. The balcony had a beautiful view, too. We would happily come back!

Parking can be a little challenging during the high season.

Comfortable and easy accommodation at check-in, nice large balconies, very good AC, quiet and good location, very comfortable beds. Nice service and hospitality every day. Great Coffee place in the corner outside hotel. We can definitely consider returning.

Das Apartment wäre noch toller mit einem weniger spritzenden Waschbecken/Wasserhahn und einer Möglichkeit, das Geschirr selbst zu spülen. So musste sich immer das Personal darum kümmern.

Obiekt bardzo ładny. Bardzo blisko do starego portu i niewielkiej plaży (która jest w przeciwnym kierunku). Pokoje sprzątane bardzo dobrze na żądanie, a nawet Pani często sama się pytała czy posprzątać. Można w recepcji wypożyczyć parasol na plażę oraz ręczniki plażowe. Szczególne podziękowania dla Pani recepcjonistki, Pani Dimitra jest super profesjonalną osoba, udziela super rad, jest pomocna, i bardzo bardzo miła. Informacja dla szefa: trzeba naprawdę doceniać takich ludzi, należy się im premia😁😁😁

W pokoju brakowało jakiejś szafki, jakiegoś miejsca na walizkę. Choć to jest taki mały minusik bo wiem, że pokoje nie są z gumy i nie da się wstawić do nich wszystkiego czego życzą sobie klienci

The location is excellent for exploring Chania. The building is spotless, modern, and very well maintained. Everything is thoughtfully designed, making the stay extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend it—you can book with confidence.

Personnel très accueillant et attentionné , hôtel bien placé pour aller sur le port et la vielle ville. Chambre très belle, conforme aux photos, le lit est confortable.

We had a Fantastic. All the Staff were Great. Perfect Location, Modern amd Clean.

Ethos Suites was located a great part of the Chania Old Town, and it was such a nice experience. We had a room on the top floor with such a nice view and small balcony. The highlight had to be Dimitria, who was so helpful with whatever we needed. We organised a bus tour through her, and, because I was too young to rent a car, she also arranged a private transfer to Elafonissi at a great price. She gave us towels and an umbrella for the trip and we loved every minute of it. She gave us suggestions for where to eat, and told us how to get to the bus stop to go to the airport. Thank you Dimitria!

There could have been an ironing board in the room

Ein Highlight in Chania. Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal dort und wir wurden erneut nicht enttäuscht. Jeder Wunsch wird von den Lippen abgelesen. Alles rund um die Altstadt von Chania ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Von Strand bis Restaurants ist alles in der näheren Umgebung vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Had a pleasant stay at Ethos Suites and everyone working there was so attentive and extremely helpful. Very comfortable room and would highly recommend!

The Room we had was on the ground floor with no views and the bedroom was a mezzanine room, so pretty small & dark.

Nagyon jól felszerelt (TV, klíma, hajszárító, kávéfőző, törölköző stb.), nagyon tiszta, kényelmes szállás. A hölgy, aki felvette velünk a kapcsolatot még az utazás előtt, nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt.

Everything!!! Location was perfect, right in the old town but away from the noise. The shower pressure was insane- so good! Bed was comfortable, room was so spacious. Very clean. Balcony was perfect too. Saturday farmer markets right on the street! Our receptionist, Dimitra was the best. Always so friendly and helpful, providing recommendations based on the wind for the day, just always happy to help. She even organised a lovely surprise as we stayed there for our honeymoon. Honestly couldn’t have asked for better accomodation.

Ήταν καθαρό με όλες τις παροχές που χρειάζεσαι για να είσαι άνετα σε καλή περιοχή των Χανίων και εύκολη παραλαβή των κλειδιών για το δωμάτιο.

Είχε φασαρία το πρωί από τον δρόμο και κάπως διαταράχτηκε ο ύπνος μου αλλα μπορεί να έτυχε σε μένα. Κατα τα άλλα μια χαρά.

Moderne und saubere Unterkunft. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk mit tollem Ausblick. Obwohl die Unterkunft direkt im Zentrum liegt, ist das Haus gut isoliert und man hört nicht viel von der Straße.

Im Haus ist es jedoch sehr hellhörig und man hört die Leuten aus den Nachbarzimmern. Auch das Zuknallen der Nachbartüren hat uns oft aus dem Schlaf schrecken lassen.

Great location, quiet, quick short walk into the main harbour area. Apartment was nice and clean. Staff friendly and helpful.

Bathroom was a little cramped and dark, just lacking in space to put things a bit, but it was clean and facilities were modern and overall very nice.

My stay was truly wonderful. From the very beginning, the warmth, kindness and hospitality made me feel welcome and cared for. Dimitra was exceptional,always attentive, professional and genuinely kind. There was a small inconvenience but it was handled with care and efficiency. They really did everything possible to resolve it quickly and to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my time there. That level of dedication says a lot of the people behind the hotel. They recommended excursions to me and they were perfect!!! The location is exceptional and the breakfast served at Salis is perfect, looking at the sea....a beautiful experience and I will come back!!!!! Sincerely, Alexandra

Tolles Apartment und sehr kurzer Weg an die Hafenpromenade. Das Team war super nett.

Beste Unterkunft die ich erlebt habe. Wunderschönes Maisonette-Zimmer, absolut sauber, tolle Lage und einwandfreie Ausstattung. Bett war top.

Jammern auf hohem Niveau: abends und in der Nacht war es etwas laut von der Strasse. Aber absolut im Rahmen (ich bin sehr lärmempfindlich)

Location so clean and lovely people

Modernes, stilvolles und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer in einem neu renovierten Haus mit separater Dusche plus Toilette. Fenster auf zwei Seiten, gutes Bett. Ideale ruhige Lage nur wenige Gehminuten vom alten Hafen, mit Gratis-Parkplätzen in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Ethos Suites is a great place to stay and explore Chania. The location is perfect! Just a short walk to the water for a quick morning swim to start for day, you can easily walk to the old harbour in about 5-10 minutes and you’ll find plenty of restaurants and Cafés nearby. The room (202) was beautiful. High ceilings and we appreciated the maisonette style a lot. The small balcony with its nice view over the water was much appreciated. We enjoyed many breakfasts in the morning sun there :) The room was cleaned daily and we got new coffee capsules every morning. The receptionist Dimitra is such a wonderful and lovely person. She helped us with a car rental, provided plenty of inside tips and recommendation and organized a taxi for us on the night of our departure. Lola, who cleaned our room, is so sweet, humble and wonderful as well. Thank you both again for accommodating us at Ethos Suites.

There are only 2 things to keep in mind when staying at this lovely property: 1) the walls are very very thin, so you will here everything from your neighbours. 2) the bathroom is nice, but quite small with very limited space to place your toiletries.

Das gesamte Team war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage, direkt am Hafen und trotzdem ruhig, hätte nicht besser sein können. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr sauber und wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

The property was very well located, prefect for exploring the old town. The room was very clean and easy to access outside the main reception. The host was very accommodating and always available if we ever needed anything.

Overall the room was well equipped however we felt it could have done with more storage/areas to leave our bags. Also, a hook for the bath towels next to the shower would have been convenient as the towel rail was quite small.

The apartment was clean, of high quality, and exactly as pictured, and the staff were generally very responsive and helpful. Located centrally and close to both the old town and the waterfront. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend staying here!

The walls of the apartment are thin and we were unfortunately staying next to some noisy guests on the top floor, who were also smoking in the room as the smell was evident in the corridor and when we opened the door. Whilst we did flag this issue,, we were simply told that no other complaints had been made and that the smoke was probably coming from elsewhere.

Incredible location in Chania just minutes to marina and many restaurants and coffee shops. Large local produce markets right outside your door on a Saturday.

Lots of stairs if you are on an upper floor. No lift. Difficult with luggage.

Nowocześnie urządzony, czysty apartament, łatwo dostępny check in. Lokalizacja bardzo dogodna. Bardzo pomysłowo urządzony apartament z nietypowym prysznicem walk in z wejściem bezpośrednio z pokoju. Fantastyczne kosmetyki hotelowe. Darmowa kawa, herbata i czajnik.

Jedna kołdra na dwie osoby to za mało. Również w łazience przydałoby sie więcej wieszaków na ręczniki.

The reception was very helpful and friendly. The entire apartment felt brand new, very modern, and you could even smell how new everything was. It was extremely clean. Both rooms had smart TVs with Netflix, which was great. There was also coffee and water provided. Overall, we felt very comfortable, and the bed was super comfortable as well. Everything was perfect.

La chambre est propre et l’hôtel est neuf à proximité du centre ville

Très déçue par mon expérience. La chambre réservée était annoncée avec une vue sur la mer, pour laquelle un supplément est demandé. Pourtant, à notre arrivée, on nous explique que cette mention ne garantit en réalité aucune vue, et que les photos de l’annonce servent uniquement à “donner envie”. Je trouve cela trompeur : les visuels et la description ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Malgré notre remarque, aucun geste commercial n’a été proposé, seulement une explication peu satisfaisante.

Very nice and comfortable apartments in the city center. I really liked the beautiful decoration, very clean, comfortable beds. I really liked the high-quality Greek cosmetics in the bathroom. Beautiful view of the sea. It's a pity that we only had to stay one night. There is a free public parking lot next to the apartments. Although it was full, we were lucky, we found one free space. Excellent service, we received a lot of information about the easy check-in.

There is noise from the street at night because there are many bars around. Scooters are loud in the street. You can also hear everything from the neighbors. We were unlucky because in the middle of the night our neighbors were talking loudly and it felt like they were standing in our room.

Our time in Chania was enchanting. Our accommodations at the Ethos Suites was huge part of it. A perfect location! There are many restaurants, shops and a market up the street. There is a parking zone, very close by. Thank you!
