Τα πάντα !! Πολύ καθαρό και προσεγμένος ο χώρος ! Ο ιματισμός ήταν καθαρός και μοσχοβολούσε ! Αριστη η συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού !!

We ate out for breakfast so can't comment on the property's food offer. The apartment was very spacious with a large, comfortable bed and good shower. The location was excellent: very close to the old town and harbour and within a short hop to several restaurants, cafes and bars. Despite this, we found it quiet and didn't have any noise issues

I would have rated everything excellent except we couldn't get the AC to make the room cool enough. Also the room had no windows giving a view which made it feel rather tomb-like. Actually I would argue as to whether "apartment" is an accurate description - apartment implies it should facilitate self-catering but there were no cooking facilities or food storage, only a kettle and coffee machine

Minaret Suites was in an excellent central location on a pretty laneway lined with restaurants. Our suite was spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable with a sofa, balcony and well sized bathroom and balcony too. All the staff were very friendly and helpful before and during our stay. We would stay there again without hesitation.

Our room was quiet but our friends who were with us and in a different room discovered their room faced onto the laneway opposite a venue which played music very late into the night, past midnight. We weren't aware of this when we booked. They coped with this but would have appreciated forewarning and asked for a quiet room. Otherwise they also loved the accommodation. We have nothing we didn't like. Loved our stay.

Ada was exceptional! She made the experience so smooth and seamless . She called the car rental place and made arrangements for the car to be returned, set up a ride to the airport and helped me with my luggage. She went above and beyond which was so wonderful and I would definitely stay there again! It felt like home away from.

The family room was spacious and very clean. We appreciated the breakfast option and having the balcony space. The location was very good. Parking was close enough and we were able to leave our luggage at reception after check out to roam freely.

Εξαιρετική διαμονή! Η τοποθεσία είναι πραγματικά ιδανική, στην καρδιά της παλιάς πόλης των Χανίων, με τα πάντα σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, προσεγμένο και πεντακάθαρο, με πολύ όμορφη ατμόσφαιρα και όλες τις απαραίτητες ανέσεις. Η καθαριότητα ήταν άψογη σε όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο, φιλικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να μας εξυπηρετήσει και να μας βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Μείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι και σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά σε επόμενη επίσκεψή μας στα Χανιά. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που να μη μας άρεσε. Η διαμονή μας ήταν εξαιρετική και όλα ανταποκρίθηκαν στις προσδοκίες μας.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. Its location in the middle of the Old Town was perfect, with so many restaurants and bars just a few minutes away that it was hard to choose where to go! The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with booking activities and sharing great restaurant recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Minaret Suites and Apartments and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern and brilliantly located base in Chania. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. We were particularly grateful to be given early access to our apartment on arrival. After travelling, being able to get settled straight away made such a difference to the start of our holiday and was hugely appreciated. The apartment itself was extremely modern, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. There was everything we could possibly need, including a coffee machine, kettle, fridge, safe, ironing board and iron, slippers and a vanity pack. There was also a very welcome bottle of raki waiting for us, which became part of our evening ritual sitting out on the balcony! The attention to detail throughout our stay was excellent. Coffee was regularly replenished, along with biscuits, there were always plenty of fresh towels, and the apartment was cleaned every day. The bed was made daily and we had fresh sheets on most days too. The shower was excellent, and the air conditioning deserves a special mention because it actually worked brilliantly — particularly important during a hot Cretan summer! The location was perfect for us. Although Minaret is right in the heart of a busy and lively part of Chania, once the shutters were closed we experienced very little disturbance. At the same time, step outside and you are within easy walking distance of so many wonderful places, including several of our favourites — not least Stis Anna’s, where we spent more than a few evenings! We visit Chania every year, and location, comfort and feeling at home really matter to us. Minaret Suites and Apartments delivered on all three. Friendly staff, excellent facilities, fantastic housekeeping and a superb location. We had a brilliant stay and would very happily return.

Fantastic location, air conditioning through ought and able to leave our bags before our room was ready. Clean and great outdoor areas to enjoy. Would definitely recommend to any family. King bed and 2 singles. Busy street at night till early hours but shutters help block the noise and light.

Localização no centro, numa rua com restaurantes e esplanadas mas sem ruído no interior do espaço. Rua sem carros mas conseguíamos estacionar a cerca de 300 m, apesar da muita procura a partir das 20 horas.

Apenas algum ruído de chaminé de restaurante que ligava às 8 horas da manhã.

Molto difficile trovare parcheggio in zona, essendo molto centrale. I posteggi vicini che non sono riservati ai residenti sono pochi e spesso occupati quindi bisogna parcheggiare lontano. La camera era carina ma molto piccola.

Stanza molto ampia in pieno centro, nessun rumore dall esterno anche se in una strada affollatissima la sera. Rifanno il letto ogni mattina, dotato di ogni comfort, punti sostenibilità per lo shampoo, shower gel e crema corpo in boccioni anzichè singoli sachet. Materasso perfetto, abbiamo dormito come ghiri!

Non è una critica ma più un suggerimento, la tv dovrebbe aveva solo canali in greco, non avevamo uno specchio a figura intera e sarebbe stato utile un modo per poter appendere gli indumenti bagnati del dopo mare

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και άνετα μεγάλα δωμάτια. Η ντουζιέρα ειδικά ήταν εξαιρετική. Σε κεντρικότατο σημείο που μπορείς να βγαίνεις στο λιμάνι με τα πόδια. Πεντακάθαρο επίσης!

Το ψυγειακι το οποίο δεν διέθετε κατάψυξη και ότι δεν χώραγε μεγάλο μπουκάλι με νερό.

L'accueil des gérants. Leur amabilité. La possibilité de laisser ses bagages en consigne avant la prise de la chambre et après les formalités de départ. Très utile. L'emplacement du logement est parfait pour partir à la découverte de la ville. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Il nostro soggiorno al Minaret Appartamento & Suite è stato semplicemente perfetto. La struttura si trova nel cuore di Chania, in una posizione comodissima: circondata da tanti localini, negozi, e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei bus, ideale per muoversi facilmente in tutta Creta. La camera era grande, luminosa e sempre pulita, con un bagno molto comodo e una doccia enorme. La pulizia veniva effettuata ogni giorno, con cambio degli asciugamani ogni due giorni, un’attenzione che abbiamo davvero apprezzato. Ogni mattina trovavamo anche cialde per il caffè, un piccolo gesto che rende il risveglio ancora più piacevole. Un grazie speciale a Catrine, che ci ha accolti con grande gentilezza e disponibilità, permettendoci di fare il check‑in con un’ora di anticipo. E un ringraziamento anche ad Ada, che l’ultimo giorno ci ha custodito le valigie, permettendoci di goderci Chania fino all’ultimo.

Ma chambre standard avec fenêtre donnant sur le couloir et pas une cour intérieure comme on s’y attendait. Les gens passant dans le couloir ont vue sur la chambre. Pas d’ouverture vers l’extérieur.

Abbiamo avuto un inconveniente con il lavabo della camera, ma la signora della reception è stata di una gentilezza e professionalità unica, ha risolto prontamente in serata chiamando il tecnico.

Excellent stay! The location was ideal—just away from the main tourist area, with plenty of lovely local restaurants and bars nearby. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Highly recommended!

Everything was great!

Il Minaret suite è un b&b costituito da vari appartamenti in diversi edifici limitrofi (distano alcuni metri gli uni dagli altri), con un'unica reception. Nel complesso è un'ottima struttura nel cuore della città vecchia,molto pulita e confortevole. La nostra camera era di dimensioni nella media e dotata di tutti i comfort... bollitore, frigobar, armadio spazioso. Il vero punto di forza è secondo me la zona bagno, divisa in 3 aree, wc, doccia enorme e ampia zona lavabo. I prodotti corpo sono di ottima qualità. La nostra stanza aveva anche un piccolo balcone che dava sulla stradina antistanti piene di locali e di negozi. È possibile richiedere la colazione al costo di 9 euro a persona, recapitata direttamente in camera sottoforma di box ( la si può scegliere tra alcune varianti, in reception il giorno prima). Ci siamo trovati veramente bene.

La struttura non è dotata di ascensore.

Camera spaziosa, nuova e con balcone con affaccio su una delle vie pendolini principali. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato: macchinetta del caffè nespresso molto apprezzata per la prima colazione, shampoo, bagnoschiuma e crema all’olio d’oliva spaziali. Come benvenuto era presente anche una piccola bottiglia di Raky (liquore tipico), forte ma buonissimo! La posizione in pieno centro è perfetta per poter visitare la città ma anche alcune delle spiagge più belle dell’isola. Ci hanno dato la possibilità di lasciare le valigie dopo avere fatto il check out in modo da sfruttare tutta la giornata, staff gentilissimo. È prevista inoltre la possibilità di fare colazione ad un costo aggiuntivo di 8 euro a persona (noi abbiamo preferito farla fuori). Se dovessimo tornare a Creta sicuramente alloggeremmo qui! L’isola ci ha incantato

Cuscini non comodissimi, suggerire di aggiungerne uno in memory e aria condizionata che punta dritta contro il letto quindi non il massimo. Per il resto tutto magnifico!

Die Schlafcouch für Gast 3 und 4 war nicht optimal. Das andere Bett war gut.

Not having elevator is understandable but not having a porter is not. Lady at the desk on arrival wanted to help, but it was heavy, on departure the ladies were not happy to help which I understand but there must be a solution, sorry this is the only negative thing.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Πολύ ευρύχωρα δωμάτια. Οι Κυρίες που φρόντιζαν για την καθαριότητα των δωματίων ήταν απίστευτα ευγενικές.

Δωμάτια χωρίς χαρακτήρα, τα οποία χρειάζονται maintenance κατα περιπτώσεις.

Cool, clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable! In the heart of the old town so easy access to restaurants and tourist attractions. Friendly staff and efficient cleaners!

The location in the old town was great. The apartment is in cobbled street next to restaurants and within easy walking distance to the marina, a labyrinth of shops and bus stops station. The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished.has a huge comfortable bed. It has a terrace with sunshade which we loved using in the evenings before heading out to dinner and a small balcony overlooking the street which was lovely to use in the morning, if you like people watching and the street waking up.

A little noisy until late so may make sleeping challenging for light sleepers. Was fine with windows and shutters closed and aircon on to cool the rooms. Tiles in the shower cubicle needing a little attention as the grouting was black in places.

The size of the room was big and worth the price. The bathroom was amazing! good shower! The bed was so comfortable! Best I’ve slept since being in Greece! Staff happy to help and friendly. We had a cute little balcony. Close to restaurants that were amazing!

Fridge not safe for milk - but staff more than happy to store milk downstairs. So not a big problem.

Stanza tripla pulitissima, nuova ed impeccabile. Il terzo letto era un vero letto e non una grandina o cose simili. Dotata di macchinetta del caffe' e capsule. Ci hanno offerto acqua e raki. Kit da toilette come nei migliori hotel. Centralissimo, con facile parcheggio nelle vicinanze (si trova in area pedonale). Nonostante la via sia molto frequentata la stanza e' ben isolata acusticamente. Persona gentile e accogliente.

L'isolamento acustico all'interno non e' ottimale e dalla scala si sentono tutti cio' che si fa in stanza......

The location was excellent. Very near to the Chania River of town and plenty of bars and restaurants just steps away from the accommodation

The toilets has a slight smell but this might be a general issue in the Greek island There was no parking available however we were provided with plenty of parking options 10 mins away from the accommodation

Great location with many delicious restaurants nearby. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Our deluxe room felt a bit smaller that we anticipated so I would book the larger room next visit.

Did not have breakfast

When shown to our first room which advertised a balcony we were very disappointed as you could not sit out on it with any comfort. It was more like a Juliette balcony. The staff remedied this the morning after with a room with a wonderful balcony as we do like to sit out with a coffee.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and perfectly located in the centre, with easy access to everything. The staff was extremely kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, especially the Nespresso coffee machine and tea selection, which made the stay even more comfortable.

An open-air window would have made the space even better.

Άνετο μικρό διαμέρισμα που άνετα φιλοξενεί τρία άτομα με όλες τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο και αρκετά οικονομικό σε καταπληκτική περιοχή στο Παλαιό Λιμάνι.

Είναι από τις λίγες φορές που δεν κάνω αρνητικά σχόλια.
